Nichol and Tee looked after us excellently, great experience. Costa kept very clean and easy parking. Good selection of fresh cakes and biscuits, plus of course the toasted sandwiches. Wheelchair friendly.

The ladies are always lovely and welcoming to me and my son, they will rush to open the door for me and help me and not forgetting about the coffee 10/10.

Friendly staff, expertly managed by the very experienced Donna. Very reasonably priced food and very good tv coverage of major sporting events. And they know my wife and I by name! Their Xmas menu is out and available from Dec 2. What's not to like?!

Sorry to say that although my streak was cooked to perfection it was massively over salted. I could not eat it. I expressed my problem to the waiter who without question exchanged it. The replacement. Was in fairness cooked without the huge salting but was a little over cooked for my preference. Once I had expressed that my streak was very salty others in my group agreed that theirs was also over salted, they had eaten to much to be critical in fairness. The fillet was also rated as poor as had some sinue. Gutted because I love this venue. Staff are greet to be fair. £750 spent between 11 and not many would return I am sad to report

We went for afternoon tea with some friends. We were a group of one vegan, one dairy allergy and two non-dietary requirements. We booked well in advance with this info and we assured they could cater for us. The room is beautiful and the tea was great, however, the cakes and scones for the dairy free were neither interesting or tasty. We couldn’t actually eat the scones as they were so dense and clearly gluten free. We asked the server who didn’t know (and in fact had not told us what cakes we had either), who went to talk to the chef. It seems that they have one allergy option- which is vegan and gluten free. If we had been told this in booking we would not have booked this. Our cakes looked like they had been opened from a packet and cut in half, whereas the other cakes were beautifully decorated and interesting looking, they were sandy and we were unable to eat them. I took some home for family but they couldn’t manage them either. We were offered a glass of Prosecco to make up for the lack of edible cake but declined. No reduction in price was offered so we paid £40 each for a cup of tea and a couple of sandwiches. Very disappointed as dairy free/ vegan cakes are not difficult to make.

What an absolute joke this coffee shop is . Charged us for a baby chino £4.75. And the attitude is disgusting . The till charges as a full cappuchino and does not take anything off. What a rip off and service is awful. Dont waste your time and your money.

Had two breakfasts and two teas and cost over £20 and I am sorry to say eggs were not cooked properly and the sausages tasted cheap and poor quality and the toast was cheap bread and the tea was poor. Felt vastly over charged and left more than half of our food and tea. Won't be back I'm afraid

Just went in for an Americano, friendly staff, good service and pleasant seating area.
