Nichol and Tee looked after us excellently, great experience. Costa kept very clean and easy parking. Good selection of fresh cakes and biscuits, plus of course the toasted sandwiches. Wheelchair friendly.

This Costa is housed in an impressive building commanding a corner plot. That makes it very easy to find. It has ample parking, tables outside, tables inside and tables in a conservatory. Not bad at all, but best of all is the friendliness of the staff. Well done them!

Poor customer experience When being served it seemed to be a hassle to the staff working there rather than making it a positive customer experience . Staff don’t know what they doing.

It's the staff that make this Costa standout from all the others. The internal layout food and drinks may be the same Costa wide but it's the staff and their consistent attention to customer service that makes this one the Costa I go to. So a big thank you to Donna for your care, consideration and constant smile and to Sam, Paul and the rest of the crew. I highly recommend this Costa if you value customer service.

Visit a couple a times a week, week in week out. Staff are friendly, coffee is lovely and the little one loves the cake. Safe enough also for the little one to have a wonder around, pick her own drink and choose her own seat. Great addition to the village.

I am local to Desborough, this Costa coffee shop has proved to be very popular with the Locals. Just what our Town needed. My wife and I visit here regularly, we have found the staff to be very professional and polite. This has now become a great social meeting place, a fantastic relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone local or passing visitors, well worth a visit.

Costa in Desborough is a lovely cafe/coffee shop. The staff are friendly, helpful and always go the extra mile for their customers. If you're in Desborough or passing through, they're well worth a visit. Their hot toasted sandwiches and scones are the best!

Previously a pub, this venue opened fairly recently as a Costa coffee shop. I have visited previously with friends, when I found it pleasant and welcoming. However, this time I was surprised to find the doors from the car park locked. I checked the website to confirm opening hours - yes, should be open for another 40 minutes! Another visitor arrived and was also surprised by the closed door. They volunteered to check around the front while I waited for my friends (I had arranged to meet there). . . returned to say they had been told 'yes, we're closed, and have asked head office to change the website' ! VERY disappointed with this; basic courtesy to customers would surely be to only change hours after publishing change, but apart from that it seems poor business sense to reduce opening times so soon after launch. Will now make a point of avoiding venue.

Very nice cosy pub with friendly staff, just had drinks so can't comment on food. Had an open mic singing night while there and that was fun to listen to. Beer we had was tasty and well kept, will visit again.

We had a voucher for afternoon tea and ordered a take away. It was absolutely delicious and so fresh. The tray was impeccably laid out and had a varied choice of sandwiches, savoury pastries and cakes. Also we had a choice of scones to choose from. We settled on fruit and had a small pot of jam and a tub of cream. We even had some tea bags!! All in all it was wonderful and we will definitely be ordering a takeaway tea again. Well done to the staff and thank you.

Classic traditional British cafe with a chilled atmosphere. Friendly, family run. Took my two kids (10 & 12) for brunch. Said they liked it because it was like ‘bobs burgers’ 😉 traditional English breakfasts, paninis, baguettes and tasty smoothies. Great value. My kids are nagging to come back - they’re tired of fast food at McDonald’s and KFC
