Great menu, which included several vegetarian dishes. We were a party of 7 and we all enjoyed our lunch meal. Service was excellent. The ladies serving us were friendly and helpful.

I used to absolutely love butterwick. I was going there around 3 times a week once. Since they've brought in a few pastrys they've gone downhill. They stopped making the brownies, cookies, cakes and big cake slices. Instead, it's just doughnut cakes and normal doughnuts. I'd happily have such a big list of items to buy, now I'd only have 2 doughnuts. Since they keep expanding the quality isn't there anymore. As well as the staff don't seem as happy as they used to be. It's amazing to see a small company become so massive, but only when they keep their standards the same. I've heard multiple people I know mention how the standards aren't how they used to be. If something is great, it doesn't always need changing.
