What an absolute genius of a place. Great food, wonderful coffee, the lady serving was very friendly, helpful and professional. Loads of space for us to bring and sit with our large dog, they've not crammed a chair into every square inch of spare space, making it all feel very warm and relaxing. Despite not being local, we will definitely be coming back.

Last week they had no coffee beans and now today they don’t have any large takeaway cups!!

Best coffee in the area and the staff are always pleasant. Has a more pleasant atmosphere than most chain coffee shops.

Searched on maps for a pit stop on my long drive home. I'm not surprised this came up with great scores. Lovely little coffee shop, food selection isn't huge but very tasty. Both ladies were welcoming & polite & I was served promptly. I even ordered a to go iced coffee for the rest of my journey, as the one I'd had in there was so nice. Couldn't fault them

Burton best by far .. I visit Burton bewitched most days the staff and atmosphere is always great . Taylor and Keeley are always happy and helpful. Taylor does need a super star badge as he always makes an effort to see how your days been . Janet is also a great manager shops always clean and she’s so polite . Really loved my visit today , regularly visit bewitched at Rushden lakes but this was my 1st visit to the Burton Latimer coffee shop , it had a lovely relaxing vibe to it & all three of the young ladies working were a credit to the establishment, kind , courteous & very hard working , I will definitely be coming back 😀

I couldn’t find fault with such a nice bewitched experience. The atmosphere was lovely. I was greeted at the door by a friendly member of the team who genuinely seemed happy to be there. The coffee is bewitch standard which is perfect for me. Very enjoyable and cozy experience. They made my Monday morning better and while I hadn’t been to this particular bewitched before I will certainly come again sometime soon. Many thanks L

Always clean. Never seen a dog in there that has misbehaved or been unleashed Owners have the respect of others, which is nice. A lovely touch, is a jar of canine treats on the counter, so your furbaby can have a free treat too. Never eaten here as I've regarded the costs a little too high. No idea if most are homemade or store bought. Wether they look at you or not, as you walk in, you always get greeted, which is a good touch.

Fran and Louise make visiting Bewitched an absolute special experience. They are cheerful, always go the extra mile, know those who regularly visit how they like their drinks and snacks. They welcome dogs with open arms. These two guys are exceptional members of staff.

The best café in the area. Dog friendly, games available on request - chess, backgammon, dominoes also children’s games. Sisters Fran and Louise serving are very pleasant, efficient and always greet us with a smile! It’s a five out of five for me!

Sitting here now enjoying the best milkshake I have ever tasted (malteaser). The place has beautiful character in its decoration and a lovely open and airy feel which puts me at ease in these covid times. The smell of coffee on the air is wonderful, the snacks are delicious and everything is reasonably priced. The staff were very kind and helpful with my children's orders. I am bewitched by this little gem :)

I visited this store for the first time as I'd heard great things about the tasty coffee and lovely staff. However, this sadly wasn't the case for me. I overheard the staff member who was making my drink tell her fellow colleague that she felt very unwell and suspected it could be Covid. The other staff member asked her if she had taken a test, to which she replied 'No, I will do it when I get home.' This was AFTER she had made my drink and interacted to me! To make matters worse, the shop was entirely out of hand sanitiser as the staff member tried to use some and stated that it was empty in a very nonchalant attitude. I was absolutely shocked and didn't drink my drink as the whole experience put me off. I can't believe how unbothered they seemed to be about this considering the amount of customers that will visit that I imagine would visit the store in a day.

Nice, came on a sat pm, not too busy so drinks were quite quick. Comfy seats, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of drinks choices and cakes etc

Good quality drinks and very friendly and polite staff

5 star quality however there was a floating eyeball in my hot chocolate so I am only rating 4 stars. I will come again and show him the eyeballs as it did make me laugh. I’m worried about the hygiene and where it came from though.

When working from home, I love popping in here. The staff are incredibly friendly, the tables are the right height for my laptop without causing back or shoulder ache and the atmosphere is perfect to get my head down and feel like I've had a really productive morning or afternoon. Not to mention the amazing food!! Does mean I maybe treat myself a little too much when I'm there as I can't leave without having some Amaretti and Pistachio Tiffin.... divine. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
