Casa Di Roma in Kettering

Nice clean stylish layout but not much atmosphere due to being almost empty midweek. Meal was overpriced and did not fill me up at all and I'm not a big eater.. very small portion of RAVIOLI which looked lost in a big dish as a main for £15... and sides are extra on top. Waitress suggested sides would be enough for sharing but they were not really. Tiramasu was lovely but almost £8. Restaurant was quite chilly too. Flavours were good but would go for pizza I think if returned as more substantial and value for money.

Oh my goodness! Fantastic food. Fabulous service. Really good layout of tables. Lovely atmosphere. Music on but not loud - we could sit and chat without shouting. Recommend 100%.

This restaurant certainly delivers on quality of food. We were 'early doors' diners but the room soon started to fill, which was great for mid week. Service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely return to explore the menu. Well done Casa Di Roma.

This is a lovely restaurant, warm and welcoming, family feel. Took my son for some dinner, we had pizza. It was the best ever. Other nice things on the menu though. 10/10. If we are in Kettering again we will come and visit you again. Many Thanks

Came to this restaurant for valentines evening , service was okay nothing special , the peroni was flat , suspect it’s the glass and not the beer , we had the valentines menu , myself having a prawn cocktail on a bed of lettuce , could of done with a bit of cocktail sauce on it , was okay and a fair portion , steak with mushrooms and onions , spicy fries, there was next to no flavour on a very bland steak , half was cooked medium rare half was cooked medium , there was no taste in the mushroom and onions , Overall a meal that cost more than I would of paid for , I’m from a background of hospitality and in my opinion , this restaurant could do better 5/10

We came to the restaurant for a work party and it was my first time here. The food was outstanding I was very impressed and the presentation was just fantastic. Every dish was excellent and the service was great I will definitely be coming here again….. P.S they make the best mojitos in town !!!!!

ordered spaghetti carbonara and calamari through Deliveroo. after spending almost £30 on a takeaway for one person you expect good quality food. While the spaghetti carbonara to be fair was not bad(or great), the calamari was very poorly cooked, presented, soggy and generally unpleasant and frankly shouldn't have left the kitchen. Deliveroo refuses to give you an option to complain about the quality of the food, only if it arrived late or cold (which it didn’t) Regardless of this fact, I shan't be ordering from here again.

Real Italian tiramisu! So soft and tasty! We ordered a few portions with us as a takeaway and would most definitely recommend! Made our evening:)

Our go-to Italian in Kettering! We have the food delivered to our village and it always arrives hot! The portion sizes are bigger than expected and just enough, well worth the price. Pasta dishes are packed with flavour and cooked to perfection!

This restaurant nevers fails to deliver great meals. Friendly efficent staff and resonably priced drinks. The Lamb Rump and Lamb Souvlaki were as good as ever as was the Calzone and pizza ordered by our friends. Recommended.

We ordered a takeaway from here, absolutely amazing quality and portion sizes! The risotto was beautiful and the blue cheese sauce was delicious! Absolutely love it here.

Decided to go here after seeing it was so highly rated by other customers… the service was fine, nothing special but no complaints. The food itself was mostly fine. The calamari was pretty awful. I can make better pasta at home, but it was fine. The pizza is about as good as a decent homemade pizza, so nothing special, but by no means bad. Would I go back? No. Would I recommend it? No. Did I have a bad time? No. A very middle of the lane restaurant that was great potential if they get some better chefs

Came across this place by complete chance as a tourist this rainy afternoon - exquisite food. One of the best tomato soups I have had in the longest time.. and great quality italian food ... loved the cabonara and grilled chicken too.. definitely recommend this hidden gem!

Regularly get takeaway Risotto from here. The seafood tomato one, the creamy chicken one, and the creamy prawn one are all excellent. Good portion sizes for delivery and has never been too slow.

Always a great meal and experience; the only minus point was the booking service on the website 'lost' or failed to acknowledge our enquiry to book a table this time. Otherwise it was all good; excellent food beautifully presented, and the bill is never a shock.

The food here was really nice and the owner and other staff were very friendly. I had the carbonara that was excellent and others with me had the calzone pizza which they thought was really good. All in all a really nice meal at a reasonable price with friendly staff.

This is the best restaurant in Kettering!It's not the cheapest but the food is freshly cooked and so delicious, it's worth paying a bit more for. We ate there on Saturday night [two couples] , we all had three courses and all ate every bit. The service was spot-on, our drinks order taken straight away and a complementary plate of tiny warm bread rolls and soft garlic butter was brought to the table before our starters arrived. The steak was fantastic, the prawn cocktail was bursting with prawns, the sea bass delicious, no complaints at all! We have eaten there many times now and every time the food has been perfect.

A bit uncertain when we first walked in asking about a different table to one offered but once seated at a table with better lighting found our experience here to be of good standard. Attentive service, food delicious, we enjoyed the chicken skewers, pizza and mushroom risotto. Will be back very soon.

Consistently delicious food! I’ve visited on approx 5 occasions and always had great food and great service each time. I’ve been on busy Saturday evenings and on quieter weekdays and received the same attentive service each time. On my most recent visit I had the chicken and spaghetti in green peppercorn and spinach sauce - simply delicious.

My family and I have eaten in and ordered takeaway from this restaurant on a couple of occasions, and on all occasions the food has been to a really high standard and really delicious 😋, I would highly recommend this restaurant based on our personal experiences. And they truly make the best pizza in kettering and if I could give this restaurant 10 stars then that would be more deserving.

We went for our sons 21st birthday. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious!

Really mediocre food, no music (which I don't find it nice when at a bar/restaurant), the staff left the place before the clients (which feels rude) Personally I don't like at some places paying the service charge, it feels like hidden forced tip (if I don't pay service charge, I am going to get service? Isn't that the point of going to a restaurant and paying for everything?!) Overall, very processing restaurant experience

£90. For pasta, and drinks for 3 people. Absolutely ridiculous. What I had here was no better than a ready meal from Tesco/Asda/Aldi etc. Thank God it was a business meal, on expenses. Never again.

Visited Kettering for the weekend as we were supposed to be hot-air ballooning on Sunday. Called Friday, didn't book but the staff found us a table So glad they did, the food was wonderfully fresh and tasty and not that expensive. The staff were brilliant too, attentive, friendly, professional and always had smiles on their faces. It was that good, we went again Saturday evening and it was exceptional again. We both had the fillet steak, which again was gorgeous, fresh and cooked each to our liking. If you live in or around Kettering, or just visiting, give this place a try as you will not be disappointed

Fantastic food and great service! All 4 members of our party enjoyed what they ordered and thought the portion sizes were very generous. I had the lamb rump which was gorgeous, they clearly use quality ingredients and take great care with every item on the plate. I can't wait to come again, it's so good to have such a great family run restaurant locally.

We were a table of 12 + a baby, we all enjoyed our various starters and mains, the staff coped very well with our order. The food was very tasty. There was a bit of a mix up with our bill at the end but the owner was very honest to approach us and say that there had been a mistake and returned a over payment, he could of just left it and see if we left without querying it but didn't. Honesty a rarity these days. We will have no hesitation of eating at Casa Roma again, when we are next in the area.

We enjoyed our meal here; lovely pizza and risotto. Great place and would definitely visit again. Not cheap, but worth a visit. Would have appreciated a complimentary limoncello, as you get at many Italian restaurants (we did spend over £100!).

I ordered a pizza and a portion of spaghetti carbonara to share with my wife. The meal arrived within the suggested time but things went downhill from there. The pizza was rather small for over £15 - only 10”, and was saltier than a winter...

Portion sizes tiny ,hardly any meat in lasagna and barley any chicken in pasta! Sent meal home and ordered a kebab !cost £40 for 2 drinks each and a starter 😂and waited 40 mins for main absolute joke

The food amazing the building is very nice but the staff are outstanding insuring every aspect of the meal is correct even having banter with us. Other customers very happy as well there was 4 of us none of us could find any fault at all. Outstanding 10/10 romantic but still a family oriented place.
