Prezzo in Kettering

Had the pleasure of eating there yesterday with my partner. Amazing food, and really fair prices! We have gotten a discount on top of already great prices. Thank you.

Some food was missing so phoned restaurant and they said I have to order again which means delivery charges on top

Ok-ish, but the gentleman, when I called to query my bill from the day before, almost snapped my head off as I thought it should have been 2 for 1. Plus my fish meal was running with oil, the little potatoes were luke warm, and the fish was small for the price. Shame really. Possibly if his attitude had been better I wouldn't have posted this.

Four of us went to lunch today( Monday 30924) The food was delicious and given the current offer wonderful value. But best of all the staff and the service they provided was excellent in every way.

Beware of service charges added to the Bill!

Items missing. No chicken. Report to just eat who reply two days later to say the need to see photos and the packaging!! Yes of course I left the food uneaten!! When you try to contact just eat you get an automated reply saying they will contact you in 48 hours then they ask for photos. No chicken which was ordered in the carbonara. The king prawns was lacking greenery too. Very poor service.

This order wasn’t delivered and it is unacceptable to show as delivered

We ordered x2 vegan Pasta Arabbiata and instead received animal product based Pasta Alfredo. Restaurant admitted to the chef making the error and refused to make good and so far no refund has been received, £30+ wasted. Poor service. Poor customer care. Abysmal.

Food was cold. Salad on burger wasn’t fresh. Chicken burger under cooked. Very disappointing for a Prezzo order.

Service - Polite, attentive and efficient. Surroundings - Functional and clean, but tables are too close. Food - Well presented, well cooked and reasonable portion size Menu - Reasonable variety. Desserts overpriced. Wines - Limited selection with significant mark up. Would visit again but that might be more a reflection on other eateries within Kettering as against the attractions of Prezzo.

i never received my order, i waited the entire evening and it was family night i want a full refund, order was never even delivered

Terrible customer service, we booked a table for 6 people the place was rather empty however we had to call a waitress over couple of times as she did not take any interest in doing her job. We had to clear our own plates and put them on the table next to us so we could have some space. Our order got messed up we had to wait nearly an hour for the pizza and kids dessert. At the very end the waitress threw the bill on the table, did not apologise for messing up the order. We won’t be coming back.

I paid for cheese but didn’t get it. And when you go into the ‘help’ bit it didn’t break it down enough to mention it was missing.

Better take pizza then calzone 🌸

A nice Prezzo restaurant. Family friendly and attentive, helpful staff. The food is always a hit and there are plenty of options. The restaurant is accessible by wheelchair and there is plenty of room to maneuver. I can't comment on the bathroom.

We had an absolutely fabulous lunch today! Pizza and calzone, excellent service, delicious food, good level of music so that we could chat and didn't have to shout ... we'll be back.

The food was cold and had been prepared clearly before a driver was assigned. It was expensive and I am very disappointed my food was cold.

Two of us popped in for lunch. Chicken carbonara which was really nice. I chose the chicken Caesar salad. It was as the menu stated, baby gem lettuce, chicken and dressing. Baby gem lettuce is already pretty limp and I’ve never heard of that being used in this dish. Dressing bit sharp. It was just disappointing and could be so much better. Needs crotons, anchovies, egg, romaine lettuce, creamy dressing. Or even just a couple of these items would improve it he dish. My feedback is for Prezzo as a chain. I blame myself for not looking at the dish contents beforehand! The following day we ate at Pizza Express and theirs was so much nicer and more as it should be. My rating is based on the overall experience and not on one dish that was just lacklustre.

14:45 Pretty drab atmosphere to be honest, Service was ok'ish! I can't remember the name of the young lass ( waitress ) but as we were waiting to be dealt with she was on her phone eating a pot noodle behind the bar leaving us waiting!! 🤦🏼‍♂️ The new dishes on the menu... Some bread twist things were lacking flavour and cheese! The calzone was half empty 🤦🏼‍♂️ shame really as we usually enjoy or time here

no stars if I could, not even worth 1 start, wrong order, driver said not his problem, call the restaurant, who said it wasn't their problem it was just eat.

Pizzas not even started preparation when I arrived at indicated time for collection, poor communication from staff, toppings missing from 2/3 pizzas

I'm the food would've been nice if all the food wasn't cold and I didn't have to reheat. if i wanted cold food i would've had a sandwich. The pizza wasn't cut either. Quick Delivery and polite delivery good portion. Thanks

Cold chips and I received wrong item - I ordered spaghetti with king prawns and I ve Got bolognese, and in burger was piece of paper

I dont understand the bad reviews. Service was amazing, quickly brought out our food which was very up to standard in mine and my boyfriends opinion especially for the cheap prices. Staff were polite and efficient. We ordered the Dolce Piccanto pizza and the Rigatoni Arrabbiata- both perfectly cooked and served. Thank you for having us ❤️

DISASTER AVOID!!!!! Purchased a family meal via a delivery service from Prezzo in Kettering. The order was missing a main meal, with three other elements either missing or incorrect. When I contacted the restaurant they could not have cared less and didn’t want to know didn’t offer to try and help rectify the situation and just said, “well you should have ordered it through us”. As far as the food went it was also poor, prepared with no care or attention and arrived cold. It’s the second time we have had a similar issue with Prezzo in Kettering, gave the benefit of the doubt for the first time, we will not be using Prezzo again. One to avoid!

Not great I'm afraid Prezzo Kettering. We arrived for our Mother's Day meal to be told that just about half the menu was not available . We were disappointed but ordered anyway as it was a miracle that we all got together, plus we wouldn't have got in anywhere else anyway. The food came out and I was amazed at how little there was. I had the Tuscan sausages on a bed of lentils. They were ok but the sauce had no depth of flavour.The over riding taste was of pepper which just made it hot, not flavoursome. Nothing else with it either, no potatoes, pasta or vegetables. Also I think that as times are very hard for people three sausages and some lentils for £18.50 is a disgrace! Towards the end of the evening (about 9pm) the kitchen staff began to clear away and clean up swiftly followed by waiting staff. This spoilt the atmosphere of my special meal. I've been eating at Prezzo Kettering for about 12 years and in that time I have noticed a slow decline in the standard and size portions of food. I really do think that they are only good at pizza and pasta these days. It's a shame and I'm afraid I won't be going back anymore.

Delivery on time but food was dreadful. It was cold, the pizzas had barely any toppings. Also paid extra for additional toppings which weren’t on the pizzas. Terrible.

The food as always was great and the staff are supper friendly and polite. 100% recommend and go again!

Went to Prezzo in Kettering for a pre Birthday meal for my daughter, son in law,and 2 grand children.We had a lovely evening together,with good food, excellent service and nice atmosphere.

The portion of crab and lobster ravioli was too small. I had 5 or 6 ravioli.

All the food was lovely,service was good,very nice evening xx

Ordered 3 pizzas and received only 2. Called the restaurant and I had someone keep repeating to contact just eat as the driver probably kept the pizza for himself. Was for birthday guests and I could not eat the other 2 pizzas as they were left on the floor, not handed. Prezzo had no intention to escalate, investigate or to try to help with the inconvenience created by their contract with just eat.

Food very pricey and seabass dish very small

Paid for 3 pizzas for a birthday, had a driver who runned after pressed the call bell. He choose to keep the pepperoni pizza and left only the other 2 on the ground in front of the house. Called Prezzo and had someone talking like a robot keep asking me to inform just eat. No action to support with the inconvenience caused. Definetly will not use in the future

The driver left 2 pizzas instead of 3 on the floor infron of the door. Run away with one of the pizzas. George from Prezzo dis not helped and was keep talking when I was talking over the phone. No action to improve the cistomer service

Lovely meal and good service. Reasonable value for money but the drinks are quite pricey. Also they no longer offer the hazelnut bombe on their dessert choices.......although that was quite a few years ago. It was our favourite dessert!

Lads Night out So we were out on a Saturday night out. Neve was fantastic at serving us Really excellent customer service and the food was great A really good laugh tonight and we will definitely return

We had a fun evening celebrating a colleagues birthday. Food was delicious. We had vouchers so the cost was reasonable for food and drinks.

This is the second time this restaurant had forgotten my daughters food now I have to go her ready to take her to the shop to get her something because she has intolerance

Lovely place, great food and service just -2 stars as I hate the cashless practice which has become the norm here, and I have to be honest, it normally means I don't come. I think having the option to choose is much better for individuals and society on the whole and I struggle to support businesses who don't offer this

I paid extra for Burrata but it was missing from my pasta dish - disappointed

Call yourselves an Italian restaurant? You can't even get Alfredo right, the sauce is supposed to coat the pasta, not sit like single cream at the bottom of the dish. You can't do a decent pizza either, thin but not crispy, only thing tasty about this meal was the dessert!

Delivery time was excellent, though the food arrived barely warm, was very disappointing.

The food was lovely except that both the garlic breads all the cheese had either got stuck to the packaging or had dropped off

Very disappointed!! We went tonight as a walk in appointment and the new manager offer us a table in a corner which had garden dirty chairs!! The restaurant was very empty. We asked for a different table and we’ve been told they are very busy when clearly weren’t . Racism is unacceptable!! We couldn’t believe it in a empty restaurant they didn’t want to give us a normal table . Disgusting!!

Been there twice in last few weeks with friends and both times we have been soooo impressed. Food has been fab and service fantastic. Shout out to the manager Simon and his team who really went above and beyond today!

Lovely atmosphere in this restaurant. Food was nice, fresh and well presented. I got the chicken Alfredo which was lovely bit just wish the portion was a bit bigger. Staff were friendly and happy to help.

Always clean in here. Staff was fun and helpful with the kids.

Lovely visit. The prices have definitely gone up since my last visit but the food was delicious and just what we needed!

Ive been coming here for years, this time I had the crab and lobster ravioli which was really nice, but the portion size was a rip off, so i wouldn't recommend it. The seabass was much better value

Hot food and service started well All Food came out together for a big party ……………of 16 Though very disappointing When the staff all stood by the door in their coats waiting g to go home and a party of 16 are still In the restaurant. We paid £40 service charge to be made to feel we had overstayed our welcome at the restaurant ! It was only 21.10ths !!!! Never will I eat there again and as for the service charge your staff didn’t deserve it in the end Wished we had asked them to remove it! Also what’s with the no cash 💵??

Really poor. The pizzas have clearly been boxed flat in the delivery bag and then the bag has been tipped on it’s side so all the toppings have tipped onto their side too in all 3 pizzas. I have photos to show if needed. Would like a refund!

To be honest i like everything in the restaurant. But when it comes to the payment we’ve been told that they are not accepting cash money. I believe that the customers have right to pay with cash. If you don’t have your card with you it’s a big issue. I hope the restaurant management should consider this matter.

Had great service. pizzas were delicious. salad was fresh and tasty. table, glasses and cutlery clean . Excellent .

Went her with my friend for lunch. Had my usual chicken arabiata which was very tasty but only just warm. (I like my food hot)

Both our pizzas looked like they were delivered upside down, all stuck to the roof of the boxes etc!

Wrong food delivered. Prezzo’s fault sending driver with wrong food. Not helpful at all to correct their mistake. I had to tell her to check where our order was. I had to make her take our order number to check- and once she did it was in the kitchen still. We had to go and collect the order and when we got it back home food was awful, cold and tasteless.

Very good looking place. Great location. Hanna was a very kind and patient server. Overall the food was very tasty. I had chicken Alfredo pasta it was good but the pasta itself tasted plain. The sauce and dressing was very nice. My partner had Bolognese pasta and she did not complain at all. Very fast service, and the food was served in a matter of minutes.

A missing dish made even worse as it was the birthday girls meal!

My chicken and pepper pizza was very mean on ingredients little chicken , few raw pepper slices, and not much cheese. Very disappointed for £15. My partners calzone he said was very nice.

The calzone was not cooked ! The rest of the food was good!

I had the crab and lobster pasta, it was utterly tasteless and for £17 there was next to nothing there.

16 £ for pasta way too much with no service on it :) disappointed and will never come back. Did ask the waitress why check back has not been done or if everything was fine with the food and not missing anything, have been told there is only 2 on the floor serving, and it wasn’t that busy 👎👎

Mittelmässige Pizza, da zuviel Mozzarella aufgetragen war. Ambiente war eher kühl, das Lokal auch temperaturmässig zu kalt. Für einen Sonntag hat es zu früh geschlossen. Das Personal war freundlich.

Great food, the manager served us and he was lovely and it was a little quiet in the restaurant but we were early diners. Made it easier as we had a few little ones with us 😊
