The staff here are fantastic and the atmosphere is great, but the main winner here is the food. Freshly cooked it was delicious and very reasonably priced, the lunch menu was great. We will be back

I dinned in with my wife and our granddaughter. The mains were delivered quickly and were hot and tasted fine. We were a little disappointed that the lasagne did not come with garlic bread like it used to. However we waited a good 20mins until we could order deserts and another 15 mi before they arrived (no sure why as no cooking is involved). There was a very large children's party in at the time and it was rather noisy, an enjoyable evening but we have had better here.

Was amazing going to prezzo today I forgot the staff and cooks name but they were both welcoming and were full of banter with us. The food as unreal it was the best I've tasted before, I would recommend going to this restaurant

Firstly, I must apologise to Prezzo for rolling up with a 50% off all food voucher- but then again, you sent me it in the first place! My partner Tracie and I went to our local Prezzo last night to celebrate her birthday. We have been a few times before but this visit was our best yet. On entering, there was already quite a few diners, just enough to create a bit of an atmosphere. We were greeted by Brooke, a friendly and efficient young waitress , who showed us to our table then continued to look after us very well for the rest of the evening. After ordering drinks, we perused the menu and decided on Crab and Lobster Ravioli with a side of Focaccia for Trace and the Very Meaty Calzone with a side salad for myself. Our meals came fairly quickly and smelled, looked and tasted amazing- I’m definitely gonna try that ravioli next time! Despite being stuffed, we couldn’t resist the Dessert menu. After all it was a birthday celebration! Trace had the Quadruple Chocolate Cookie Dough while I opted for the Caramel Macchiato Sundae with a shot of espresso and they were both divine. Luckily for me, Trace couldn’t finish hers so I had to bravely step up to the plate to do it for her! All told, a really lovely dining experience and obviously fantastic value with the discount. Well done to all the staff and to Brooke for the great service.

Poor services, waiting an hour for food. Food was going on take aways instead of in service. The food was poor, with undercooked pasta and chewy chicken. Told the staff and did not do a lot about it. We asked for the meal to be taken off as did not eat. Would not recommend

Ate here last night, had a bad stomach all night, diarrhoea and vomiting 🤢 Thanks Prezzo won't be visiting again. Clearly a hygiene issue!

They had very clearly over booked for the evening, waited almost 40 minutes just for our drinks. The staff kept bringing the wrong drinks and food to our table and seemed to have no communication with eachother. Took three hours for us to have a starter and a main course, which were average at best and to finish it off it took asking four different members of staff to be able to pay the bill to leave.

Absolute joke. Restaurant was clearly over booked. Waited over an hour for a starter that never arrived. Staff arguing, no communication and still letting people through the door…. Topped off by not even being able to pay for the drinks and being told to join the queue of about 10 other people at the bar in the same situation. Joke.

A nice Prezzo restaurant. Family friendly and attentive, helpful staff. The food is always a hit and there are plenty of options. The restaurant is accessible by wheelchair and there is plenty of room to maneuver. I can't comment on the bathroom.

my pizza was frozen. the waitress miscalculated the bill, of course to my detriment. I was a regular customer there, unfortunately today I ended up with a mess

Great food, very slow service. Atmosphere spoilt by a large group of young women who decided a family restaurant is the best place to do shots and sing loudly.

Food was cold, I paid £1.50 for olives and there were 4 olives cut in half so 8 halves in total… not really worth £150 but tasty enough… however, they were stone cold and clearly been put on after it was cooked… not ideal haha

Plenty staff on Monday lunch time, food is good and fast service. Most important is hot coffee not cold.

Terrible service, after 1 1/2Hrs we walked out having only had starters. Completely ignored by staff. We watch table after table have a full 3 course meal while we sat and waited.

Order confirmed at 18:43 with an ASAP delivery time, it arrived at 21:29. Food was cold all the way through, and solid. Inedible. Pizza was smashed up in the box, topping spilled into the corners and on the lid. Very disappointed in this as was £40.

Went for lunch and had a really nice meal at the restaurant. Service could have been slightly better as we were practically the only ones in the restaurant at the time, yet it took nearly 15 minutes just for them to ask what we wanted to drink. Once ordered, food and drinks both came out very quickly and the food was great!

just paid 50quid to stand in the entrance and receive cold pizza and soggy chips. 30mins collection notice, arrive, early. have to grab an attendant. Left standing at the door for 15mins, asked twice for collection number, clearly it was ready, getting cold. so it's in the oven now, trying to warm up the rubber cheese. sorry to leave a bad review, but 50quid is a lot of money for us and the food is being warmed up to try and rescue it. probably due to the really busy evening.

I can't recall what the first delivery estimate was so 10 mins is likely not accurate. It took around an hour for a driver to be found. But then delivery was a problem as the driver said he does not have access to the map with my pin.

Went tonight for a meal there; staff were lovely and accommodating of my injured foot, incredibly polite and professional, attentive without being overbearing. Excellent atmosphere, food was lovely, really enjoyed the gnocchi (lovely to see it making a resurgence, and very well prepared) and the lemon meringue pie. Thank you for a lovely date night.

Four of us went to lunch today( Monday 30924) The food was delicious and given the current offer wonderful value. But best of all the staff and the service they provided was excellent in every way.

Ok-ish, but the gentleman, when I called to query my bill from the day before, almost snapped my head off as I thought it should have been 2 for 1. Plus my fish meal was running with oil, the little potatoes were luke warm, and the fish was small for the price. Shame really. Possibly if his attitude had been better I wouldn't have posted this.

Items missing. No chicken. Report to just eat who reply two days later to say the need to see photos and the packaging!! Yes of course I left the food uneaten!! When you try to contact just eat you get an automated reply saying they will contact you in 48 hours then they ask for photos. No chicken which was ordered in the carbonara. The king prawns was lacking greenery too. Very poor service.

We ordered x2 vegan Pasta Arabbiata and instead received animal product based Pasta Alfredo. Restaurant admitted to the chef making the error and refused to make good and so far no refund has been received, £30+ wasted. Poor service. Poor customer care. Abysmal.

Food was cold. Salad on burger wasn’t fresh. Chicken burger under cooked. Very disappointing for a Prezzo order.

Service - Polite, attentive and efficient. Surroundings - Functional and clean, but tables are too close. Food - Well presented, well cooked and reasonable portion size Menu - Reasonable variety. Desserts overpriced. Wines - Limited selection with significant mark up. Would visit again but that might be more a reflection on other eateries within Kettering as against the attractions of Prezzo.

i never received my order, i waited the entire evening and it was family night i want a full refund, order was never even delivered

Terrible customer service, we booked a table for 6 people the place was rather empty however we had to call a waitress over couple of times as she did not take any interest in doing her job. We had to clear our own plates and put them on the table next to us so we could have some space. Our order got messed up we had to wait nearly an hour for the pizza and kids dessert. At the very end the waitress threw the bill on the table, did not apologise for messing up the order. We won’t be coming back.

I paid for cheese but didn’t get it. And when you go into the ‘help’ bit it didn’t break it down enough to mention it was missing.

We had an absolutely fabulous lunch today! Pizza and calzone, excellent service, delicious food, good level of music so that we could chat and didn't have to shout ... we'll be back.

The food was cold and had been prepared clearly before a driver was assigned. It was expensive and I am very disappointed my food was cold.

Two of us popped in for lunch. Chicken carbonara which was really nice. I chose the chicken Caesar salad. It was as the menu stated, baby gem lettuce, chicken and dressing. Baby gem lettuce is already pretty limp and I’ve never heard of that being used in this dish. Dressing bit sharp. It was just disappointing and could be so much better. Needs crotons, anchovies, egg, romaine lettuce, creamy dressing. Or even just a couple of these items would improve it he dish. My feedback is for Prezzo as a chain. I blame myself for not looking at the dish contents beforehand! The following day we ate at Pizza Express and theirs was so much nicer and more as it should be. My rating is based on the overall experience and not on one dish that was just lacklustre.

14:45 Pretty drab atmosphere to be honest, Service was ok'ish! I can't remember the name of the young lass ( waitress ) but as we were waiting to be dealt with she was on her phone eating a pot noodle behind the bar leaving us waiting!! 🤦🏼‍♂️ The new dishes on the menu... Some bread twist things were lacking flavour and cheese! The calzone was half empty 🤦🏼‍♂️ shame really as we usually enjoy or time here

I dont understand the bad reviews. Service was amazing, quickly brought out our food which was very up to standard in mine and my boyfriends opinion especially for the cheap prices. Staff were polite and efficient. We ordered the Dolce Piccanto pizza and the Rigatoni Arrabbiata- both perfectly cooked and served. Thank you for having us ❤️

DISASTER AVOID!!!!! Purchased a family meal via a delivery service from Prezzo in Kettering. The order was missing a main meal, with three other elements either missing or incorrect. When I contacted the restaurant they could not have cared less and didn’t want to know didn’t offer to try and help rectify the situation and just said, “well you should have ordered it through us”. As far as the food went it was also poor, prepared with no care or attention and arrived cold. It’s the second time we have had a similar issue with Prezzo in Kettering, gave the benefit of the doubt for the first time, we will not be using Prezzo again. One to avoid!

Not great I'm afraid Prezzo Kettering. We arrived for our Mother's Day meal to be told that just about half the menu was not available . We were disappointed but ordered anyway as it was a miracle that we all got together, plus we wouldn't have got in anywhere else anyway. The food came out and I was amazed at how little there was. I had the Tuscan sausages on a bed of lentils. They were ok but the sauce had no depth of flavour.The over riding taste was of pepper which just made it hot, not flavoursome. Nothing else with it either, no potatoes, pasta or vegetables. Also I think that as times are very hard for people three sausages and some lentils for £18.50 is a disgrace! Towards the end of the evening (about 9pm) the kitchen staff began to clear away and clean up swiftly followed by waiting staff. This spoilt the atmosphere of my special meal. I've been eating at Prezzo Kettering for about 12 years and in that time I have noticed a slow decline in the standard and size portions of food. I really do think that they are only good at pizza and pasta these days. It's a shame and I'm afraid I won't be going back anymore.

Delivery on time but food was dreadful. It was cold, the pizzas had barely any toppings. Also paid extra for additional toppings which weren’t on the pizzas. Terrible.

Went to Prezzo in Kettering for a pre Birthday meal for my daughter, son in law,and 2 grand children.We had a lovely evening together,with good food, excellent service and nice atmosphere.

The portion of crab and lobster ravioli was too small. I had 5 or 6 ravioli.
