Just had another amazing experience at Clouds Shisha Lounge! This is my second visit, and I actually travelled specifically to come back—it’s that good. I tried their freshly pressed pomegranate and orange juice, and it was truly delicious. Super fresh, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is always welcoming and chill, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend if you're after quality and great vibes. Looking forward to my next visit already!

Was on a long walk with my dog…. Was made very welcome in this beautiful place, perfect cuppa and the very best coffee and walnut cake I’ve ever had. Just amazing! Thank you.

Me and my friend decided to try out this place because we really wanted to have authentic chai and snacks. I ordered a Kashmiri chai and she ordered a earl grey tea. We also ordered some samosas. The samosas tasted really nice. However we had to remind the wait staff to get us them has he only brought one samosa. We then ordered two more samosas and the same thing happened. It’s as though he forgot or something. I ordered a masala chai and was given a chai latte by mistake. When I mentioned that it was wrong tea I wasn’t offered what I originally. I was so fed up at this point I decided I didn’t want anything else. The food tasted good but sadly service needs to improve. So won’t be returning. My friend also mentioned she could smell a weird smell In restaurant which is a bit concerning too. Wouldn’t recommend this place purely based on the poor customer service experience.

We’ve recently hosted a baby shower party at the wonderful Blue Ball. Emma and Carl are fantastic first class attentive accommodating hosts who made everything smooth sailing from booking to the clear up at finish. The food was great, I’d definitely rate 5 star quality, especially the beef sandwiches! Such a lovely warm atmosphere throughout the whole of the pub. We will definitely be booking again for a party venue! Thanks so much for a perfect day!

Had afternoon tea today and it was amazing! The food was great, the cakes were beautiful! I Definitely would recommend going here! And the price for what you get was brilliant. To top it off the staff are all lovely and made you feel welcome!

Viisited Butterfiles after doing some shopping in Marks and Spencers next door and it's a real bargain, you can get a coffee and a cake for under £5, which is a real bargain, and the cafe does light meals and salads for under a tenner. Owner is very friendly, iknows his customers by name( a sign Butterflies gets plenty of repeat business) and the cafe is very clean. If you are shopping in Workington, this is one cafe that's worth a look.

Rugby was on so quite loud for a baby shower suppose normally it would be OK.

Ordered the Builders breakfast and the food was quickly supplied and tasted amazing! Very polite and friendly staff. 11/10. Update as of 18/04/2025, place has gotten even better with the portions and the quality is just as good! 11/10 would recommend 😉.

Great local place. And extremely cheap. Meat raffle with some brilliant innuendos. Clean decent beer with a good range. Toilets are presentable and clean. Would highly recommend.
