Not happy as the shisha pipes were smelling bad..couldn't carry on ..just ordered some food..needs to maintain hygiene otherwise good

Honestly One of my best Shisha lounge in the oxford. Great flavours, Tasty and Halal Food and most importantly Best service specially Kamran Bhaii He always provide best dink and food . Definitely coming back, would reccomend this place to anyone.

The best place by far in oxfordshire, been coming here for over a year now. The owner and staff are incredible people.I always come with a friend every other day and they treat like family. I highly recommend this place. Ps. The big guy.

Evaluate with conscience! Everything is normal in the place.. As for the provocative style, there was a Sudanese there who had a miserable style and he said it verbatim. He hated the Saudis and we left the place full of unjustified racism 😂!!! Whatever this is, this is a place to receive customers, not to express hatred for any race or region.

Really bad experience. The owner forced us to order unnecessary things saying that it’s “business“! We are students Abe the experience here for us was horrible. The owner was rude and disrespectful to the extreme. Never coming to this place again!!!!!!!

Basic flavours cannot be prepared by “experienced” staff. Highly would recommend finding elsewhere with a more polite and friendly service.

Me and my bf visited the other week - think I had a Blue Mist, and bf had a flavour which we can’t remember. But both were good, never got harsh. The guys were very smiley and helpful. Will go back again :)

First impression not great, leaky roof wet floor, shisha was good not great as they ran out of the two most polular savacco flavours. For a place way out in Oxford its alright there's no competition so nothing to compete with in terms of quality.

Went back here after a long time. Shisha was 10/10. Most the negative reviews here are because the old manager had issues with the owner who has been asking his associates to come on here and leave bad reviews. Shisha 10/10 - Ask for Fadil Service 10/10 - Ask for Hanny Atmosphere 10/10 - I think this place takes top position for best shisha in Oxfordshire

I don't recommend this place at all. Avoid it. When they opened it was good over the 3 months this place slowly become rubbish. My friends stop going there. Management level big zero. The owner got rid of the manger. Very well designed could do with more in the lounge area. I won't mention the owners Name. As he obviously don't know what he is doing. Enough said......

The best sheesha place i have been. I have been smoking here and there for last 10 years. I ended up going to high wycombe all the time as there is not a decent sheesha place around oxfordshire. Thats Until i came across cloud 10. Visiting them for last 18 months every weekend now. Sheesha is really of excellent quality. And service is really mind blowing. Always go extra miles to look after customers. Really impressed !!!! (Pre pandemic, known as Cloud 10). But, after new management (post pandemic) service quality is really poor... management really dont know how to talk with customer/ and staff for that matter. Using offensive language/aggressive body language really not the way forward, specially to staff in front of customers.....i guess, good times really comes to an end.....well, in search of a new sheesha bar now!!!

I have always been quite strict when it comes to reviewing shisha lounges, however the Clouds Shisha Lounge took me by surprise. This small, yet atmospheric lounge has many features that make it that bit much better than other lounges, such as; ordering is done through the website, or by scanning the QR code on your table, and being able to pay when you leave, as opposed to being pressured or interrupted mid-session by someone to pay. The range of high-quality, long-lasting flavours is fantastic, and food is tasty yet fairly priced, considering it being a shisha lounge, where food is often costly. Every employee was very helpful and kind, and despite the fact that my indecisive self kept asking to change the playlist every so often (😅), they did not complain. The lounge is well ventilated and my preferred temperature, that being just cold enough to not need a coat, the smells in the lounge are powerful yet are not bothersome or overwhelming, the coals of the shisha are replaced in frequent intervals and the TVs show a video loop of vibrant animations that fit extremely well with your surroundings when within the club. I could not find any faults with my visit, with my only slight criticism being that the tables are quite low, making eating a slightly messier job. I will definitely be coming back here often for my next few years at university and it goes without saying that I recommend this place.

Clouds Shisha is the best place to have shisha in Oxford! Beside the shisha, foods and drinks were excellent and the atmosphere was remarkable. Abdul is very polite and he is the best host ever! Thank you for everything Will definitely recommend to family and friends

Visited after Antep kitchen just down road , highly recommended had shisha across Uk and Middle East and this is as good as you can get , very smooth , a lot of choice in flavour and very reasonable priced , service excellent and Covid secure , temp check on arrival all accessories sealed , social distancing , very impressed

One of the best place to hangout and relax. Saidul’s shisha flavours are exemplary. Dhruvin and Abdul really affable and take good care of their customers. Masala fries are a must try.

Always sceptical when going to a shisha place outside of London. I struggle to find a place that matches the London standard. However, Cloud 10 was definitely a place that matches my high standards. The smoke was great, flavour was still going after two hours, service was impeccable and food was also pretty good, all for a VERY good price. Impressed and shall definitely come again!

From a shisha expert, this is the best shisha place in Oxford and it had there one of the best shishas I’ve had in the UK. They offer starbuzz and all I can say the shisha and service was really well. The place looks nice as well and is clean.

They do all what they can one point minhus for the really cruel surrounding nearby restaurant is guarded by police!

over the past 10-15 years, I have been in different sheesha places all over the UK. This, for me, definitely, in the top 2 and definitely best in Oxfordshire. When they opened year and a half back, I was always curious to go there but it always looked empty and so used to go to the other one in oxford, which was horrible, but, did not have any other option and to go there. Once, I decided, I will go Cloud 10 and give them a try even though it looks empty and never regretted since. A very friendly environment, friendly staffs, the owner always making sure only the right people are allowed so that the environment always remain top notch. Seriously speaking, there are nothing wrong about the place and the owner always making sure the staffs are of high standard which is a perfect attitude.

Cloud 10 is the perfect chill out place in oxford, when you arrive you are always greeted with a friendly face and a smile, they always ask what you would like and are great to recommend which flavours to have, we always try something different and are never disappointed. They then take you through to the back round where your find a nice seating area with sofas and music playing, they do a good mixture of drinks and the atmosphere is always so chilled out it just makes it a great place to come.
