I ordered from n+n the order was incorrect, I called them and they sent a whole meal with free cola and chips. I would like to thank them for their top customer service, thank you guys.

Thank you to the fantastic la bone restaurant who gave us 12 wonderful meals to North Walsham hospital.we are facing bad times ahead, and truly grateful for lifting our morale! We are a small rural hospital and sometimes forgotten, but will be playing a part in this awful time . Thank you xx

I bought a coffee and a cake..the coffee tasted like cheap instant coffee, it was so bad I couldn't drink it and the cake was sooo dry I couldn't EAT it either...and on top of that theres no toilets! By far the worse coffee shop I've ever been to. AVOID.

¡EL PEOR LUGAR DE LA HISTORIA! ¡No se me ocurre una sola cosa buena para decir literalmente que todo fue horrendo! Vinimos aquí como hija quería probar y era su regalo de cumpleaños, claramente visto en las redes sociales (no creo lo que se ve en allí, claramente ppl que se paga para hacer videos) de todos modos esperamos 20 minutos más allá de nuestra reserva para nuestra mesa, nos sentamos y hacía mucho calor con el sol bramando en nuestras caras la realmente necesidad de mejores pantallas, una mesa se hizo disponible en el interior, así que nos mudamos, gran error! Sentado justo al lado de la “cocina” para que pudiera ver lo completamente sucio que es como manchas de goteo de grasa en todas partes en las paredes, estantes, equipos de cocina, etc, el piso estaba empapado con rollo azul por todo él, estaba sentado en el peor asiento, ya que cada vez que el personal necesitaba pasar me golpeaban volando en mi asiento me estaba poniendo bastante nervioso cuanto más pasaba, la mesa estaba ridículamente tambaleante, manchas en todos los asientos, paredes, etc, las luces no funcionan, los muebles astillados ahora en la comida... . Tuvimos 2 chocolates calientes que salieron con 10 minutos de diferencia y eran tibios en el mejor de los casos, un último de fresa que era básicamente fruta puré en leche con crema y un fuerte sabor a azúcar, hijo tenía las tortitas simples que uno dejó caer al suelo cuando se sirve y el personal simplemente lo ignoró! Hijo odiaba el sabor después de un bocado de todos modos, compañero tenía la manzana arrugada pero se pusieron en la galleta en su lugar que él odia, así que les dijo que solo para sacar su de la cuenta, ya que no quería esperar mientras estábamos comiendo que ignoraron eso y sacó el suyo como todos casi terminamos, yo tenía la fruta roja bien que es básicamente insípido montículos de clara de huevo con 5 frambuesas, un poco de crema extraña y la crema de fresa es esencialmente batido golpeado en la parte superior, hija tenía Nutella dijo lo mismo que eran robustos pero no llenar y sabía horrible, también mi hija nunca se enferma, pero llegado la noche tuvimos que correr de vuelta a nuestro hotel, ya que se sentía con náuseas y calor, no estoy seguro de que era las tortitas, pero como es todo lo que había comido ese día no me sorprendería... En serio no creas en el bombo, los precios son ridículos, la comida es una mierda, el lugar no es lo suficientemente grande y sucio (ni idea de cómo obtuvieron una calificación de 5) , el personal es grosero, les importa una mierda y me sorprenderá si este lugar todavía va en los próximos años! !

We don't know what the coffee was like as we were asked to provide a table number first. In spite of there being plenty of tables free and lots of different armchairs etc we could not find anywhere comfortable to sit. Considering the advancing age of the clientelle of garden centres the chairs here are far from suitable. Too deep in the seat, too low and so WORN OUT that they were even lower! Cushions were thin on the ground and shabby. With the cost of coffee being so extortionate these days and the offerings being so hit and miss my expectations are high on comfort. This place fell far short. Despite being desperate for a drink we didn't bother joining the queue.

I love the new look of the cafe however the ordering system is awful. Drinks are sat out on the side going cold whilst we are watching waiting for a staff member to bring it over. Why can't the buzzer be activated when ready and we come and collect it ourselves. Coffee arrived cold.

Myself and my family visited this cafe for lunch. We asked for chicken nuggets chips and peas. The cafe assistant (Mel) came to are table with waffle fries instead of chips. We politely asked her why she had served us waffle fries instead of chips and she very rudely snapped back at us "YOU WERE MEANT TO SAY FRIES, WE DON'T DO CHIPS." We asked her why she decided to give us waffle fries. She just gave us a horrible look and walked off. Where on earth does chips mean waffle fries? I think this employee needs to attend a customer care training course. This is not the first time we have had nasty staff in this cafe.

Food over priced For the quality presentated Chips cold gravy like glue peas over microwaved the main drinks coffee machine was not working there was no sign to inform people that machine was out of order First and last time visiting this cafe.

Went to Dobbies for the first time today. Arrived at 11 15 for breakfast which is served until 11 30 (or so they say)… service was SO slow and they stopped serving breakfast before 11 30 after we had been in the queue. Not only this but they didn’t say they were stopping breakfast, just took the sign away and when questioned, all they said was “we’re too busy” Terrible service

Horrendous manament. Dry cake & got my tea order wrong. Management needs replacing. They make customers feel very awkward

Disgusted Walked in unimpressed having to ask someone to clean table before we sat down...Left feeling disgusted, found a gigantic hair embedded in the middle of my waffle. Got a "sorry" and "I'll make you a new one"... suffice to say I didn't want a new one. Pretty horrific place. Hygiene and customer service zero... if I could take off the one star from the review I would.

My burger was raw and had blood in it still so I couldn't eat it. I took two mouthfuls of it and threw up 10 mins later so went with no food until got home and also the breakfast my partner had was absolutely rock hard it actually broke one of her teeth. won't go hear again

Vinimos aquí para el almuerzo solo porque nuestro café normal estaba lleno y estábamos hambrientos! Se sentó y miró el menú, luego subió al mostrador para ordenar. Empecé a pedir nuestra comida, pero luego paré cuando la chica detrás de la caja comenzó a tener una conversación con otro miembro del personal (aunque sobre una consulta de otro cliente) así que para asegurarme de que tenía mi pedido correcto, comencé a enumerar todo de nuevo desde el principio, lo bueno es que hice ya que tenía una de las opciones como un pan tostado, pero no dije un pan tostado en ningún lado 🤣 entonces ella replicó "dame un minuto" 🤣 Pedido de comida hecho, nuestras elecciones llegaron rápidamente y eran bastante buenos tbh, muy sabroso en realidad. ¿Volvería a visitarte? Probablemente no debido al servicio al cliente no es genial.
