The Boathouse in Cheshire West and Chester

Much of the food is very nice however £4.10 for a bacon bap which I would say is worth about £1.80 is ridiculous. everything else is nice and the staff are very nice.

Nice cafe but please clean the tables

The food is nice, and there is a good selection, but the venue gets busy, and tables get taken quickly. But it's the service that lets it down. You have to order your meals in 3 different places if your family wants different things to eat, which means queuing in 3 different places. Why not have somewhere at the front with touch screens to order the meals? Then, just have collection points to pick the meals up using screens with numbers on it. This would save time and space as well as reduce the need to have 3 people at tills at 3 locations.

Me and my partner stayed over the bank holiday weekend and visited Chester zoo great location as it’s only 10 mins down the road. The rooms are simple but clean, modern and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Check in was nice and easy, Louise was more than happy to help both with check in, taking our order and delivering our food and checking we had everything we needed. All the staff working were and sit happy to be there unlike some GK pubs I have been too. The pub was clean and a generally nice calm environment. Overall 10/10
