Vegetarians Avoid – Disgraceful Service and Zero Accountability After three years of being a loyal customer, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Ordered vegetarian food and was given MEAT. Drove all the way to collect it, only to be told they wouldn’t remake or deliver the correct order - even though they offer delivery. One person’s food is now cold, the other’s is completely inedible. Spoke to the so-called manager who refused to give their name and had a sassy, dismissive attitude. Absolutely no apology, no ownership, no attempt to fix their mistake. This place clearly doesn’t care about dietary needs, customer service, or keeping loyal customers. Avoid at all costs. You won’t see another penny from me. ————- Thank you for taking the time to reply. For clarity, it was not just one meal prepared incorrectly, but both — something you could easily verify from your ticketing system. It is unfortunate that you believe asking for a correctly prepared vegetarian meal to be delivered, using a service you already offer, was an unreasonable request. I would have expected more from a business that claims to “live and breathe” customer care. Going forward, I would suggest that vegetarian customers carefully inspect their meals before leaving, as it appears no robust processes are in place to prevent these errors. Your response, heavy on defensiveness and light on accountability, speaks louder than any apology you could have given. Based on other reviews, this seems far from an isolated incident. Vegetarians, and anyone who values customer service, should approach with caution.

Not only am I a regular lunch visitor to this spot, we also used Daddy Donkey to cater for our office party. We had close to 200 dishes and everything was perfected, delivered on time, well heated, well prepared, literally no flaws at all, and everyone raved about it! Can strongly recommend this place.

Closed down? Walked down the highstreet and couldn't find it. We think we found where it used to be due to colour matching, but the sign had gone and it was empty.

Taxi Cartel, a Mexican restaurant in Bali, offers delicious cuisine, but be prepared for slower service. Despite the wait, the food is definitely worth it!

ha, never rated Tortilla. Obviously one of the best, reasonable prices and plenty of choices. The pimped our store a bit with ordering desks, which is great as I often get quite overwhelmed. You can either choose a burrito/ naked burrito or salad from their menu, or build your own. We opted for a veggie bowl and their classic chicken burrito. delicious as always with lots of free toppings. Service is fast, staff friendly, lots of seating inside (also wheelchair assessable). thx guys, u cannot go wrong with Tortilla.

Good stuff. My go-to burrito place. Just wish the tables are cleaned more thoroughly. Otherwise it's a great place for foot.

Me and my friend visited Cincos tonight at 7pm, restaurant wasn’t overly busy. Drinks order was taken straight away then we ordered food, we shared the sharing nachos to start and chicken tacos for main. After half an hour, the waitress came over and apologised, she said she’s put order on the wrong table and asked us to reconfirm our order, which is fine, mistakes happen and we laughed it off. Half an hour passed and the waiter came over with our nachos and said ‘the chefs put pulled pork on the nachos, is that ok?’ No it’s not ok, thats not what we ordered! (We’d ordered plain). Off he went and came back 20 mins later with our nachos with cheese sauce (we would have expected proper cheese), all the toppings but the smallest bit of salsa so we asked for more. We finished the nachos then waited a further 15 mins for our tacos to come which were ‘ok.’ We asked for the bill, I was paying cash. (I’d normally leave a tip as a rule but it wasn’t worthy of one due to mistakes, slow service and wrong food order). The bill was £41.50, I gave £50 cash and patiently waited for the change. My friend saw her get the change out of the till, reach up above the bar and put it in the tip jar!!! Any normal person would have brought the change back to the table and if I was going to leave a tip, I’d have left it on the table, but to automatically assume she could just keep the change? Speechless. I didn’t say anything because it would have just been embarrassing for everyone so we just left. We won’t be returning!!

Forgot my children’s chips, and whenever I go my rice is cold 😒

Ruined a half term visit to London. Grandson had dodgy chicken and was up all night being sick with food poisoning - would appreciate compensation for the tickets bought for our trip

The burritos were amazing! The pork was so tender and juicy, really great choice! The kids loved the quesadillas too. Brilliant all round, wasn’t overly keen on the salsa but just means I have to try the other salsa options next. Jalapeño candy mayo was divine!

Always a favourite. Arrived very late for a booking after horrible traffic. Despite it being very busy we were immediately found a table and the food and service, as always, was fantastic.
