I ordered a keto bowl which is most expensive one and they sent me cold salad box with topped cheese, couple of green leaves most of the bowl was cheese and little meat and missing“fresh” guacamole. It was horrible and couldn’t eat it anyway. Shame !

Ordered on Uber Eats tonight and the delivery was delayed by almost an hour. The burrito was stone cold and to top it off the tortilla chips were missing. 🙄

Burrito was great. Sometimes they’re a bit mediocre but this one slapped.

Bowl was made terribly. Barely any sour scream or salsa, half of the bowl almost empty and there was the tiniest amount of beef on top. Portion sizes are a joke for how much it costs.

What happened to Chipotle? Regular chicken has been incredibly spicy here. They have a spicy option too, why make the regular so hot as well? It’s just unsuitable for children. Rice they just can’t get right, it’s either undercooked or burnt. We have been going to chipotle for years and this was one of the best locations in London: pretty consistent in quality and friendly staff. But over the last few months quality went down the hill and so did staff politeness. We used to come here several times per week but it just isn’t possible anymore. Hope management sees this and fixes the issues to bring chipotle back to its normal standards so we can go back being regular customers. For now, we will just stay away

Had a great experience today at this Chipotle. The woman at the counter was friendly and patient, unlike some other Chipotle I’ve been to. The spicy chicken bowl I got was delicious and had just the right amount of hot. I feel like many places in London dilute their hot sauce to accommodate small children, so this was a welcome surprise!

I ate from here and got food poisoning. I can safely say it was their food that caused it since it was my only meal of the day. I have had stomach cramps, nausea, loss of appetite, and weakness for the past 36 hours after eating here. I did get lettuce on my bowl so i’m not sure if that’s what caused it: Please be careful ordering here.

The food was tasty, but the rice that came with the quesadilla was undercooked and cold. I get food being a little cold when being delivered, but it was ice cold. I also got undercooked rice with my chicken salad and it ruined the food for me. Other than that it was pretty tasty and I hope that this issue doesn’t occur again.

Ordered brown rice but got white rice instead also, food was shaken around during ride.

The portion of the food was miserable and they put the wrong ingredients. It is the last time I order in this place. There are better Chipotle restaurants.

I am currently sitting in the Islington branch and the food is inedible The chicken is completely burnt, is is past the Coca Cola char that is is the expected The manager on duty Will has very unhelpful, I said that I wasn’t enjoying my meal as the chicken is burnt and he said he is just following procedure At no point was a replacement meal or refund offered I am now leaving spending £30 and my daughter and I leaving food on the table

I went to pick up one delivery I was looking for my order weather it was ready or not ,one of the employer said he won't hand over the food to me in such a rude way , I am literally disappointed by this type of behavior is this the way to behave with a rider 😑

The food was packed poorly by the restaurant. The salsa was busted by the drinks that were packed on top therefore the bag was broken & dripping. The burrito bowl did not include the salad lettuce & the salad bowl came with pinto beans instead of black beans. I would have preferred our meal got delivered late & correct than early due to their rushed packing. The driver sincerely apologized but it was no fault of his.

Very nice burrito. The best thing about the experience was the service by a young, attentive man called Bailey. Very polite and friendly, very helpful too. Give the young man a raise. we will definitely coming back. We recommend you ask for Bailey when you make your order!

Love this Chipotle branch. It's not too small or too big, simple and cosy. Food is always on point, and staff are welcoming and friendly. Delicious vegan options: grilled vegetable or sofritas (tofu).

Ordered the carnitas burrito..added Guacamole (£3.65 extra) so the total cost came to £16.60 …that price should get you a huge, satisfying burrito…fit it inside my hand…oh and it arrived cold…still hungry….don’t waste your money…

Burrito was half the size of the bowl and it was very poorly mixed.

The burrito was to small to pay £11.49 for it’s just ridiculous how you’ll pay more than a Tena for such a small burrito the bowl had literally no salad in it and was full of just rice and sauce this is not what a customer willing to pay over 10 pounds for two meals to get meals that are not as expected

우리나라에 꼭 들어왔으면 하는 프렌차이즈 중 하나입니다. 개인적으로 할랄가이즈 상위 버전이라고 생각합니다. 가격은 둘이 비슷한데 양은 치폴레가 압도적으로 많습니다. 맛은 자극적인데 건강한 맛입니다. 플레터를 좋아하는 사람들이라면 당연히 맛있게 먹을 거라고 생각합니다. 기본적으로 양이 많은걸 알고 방문했는데도 양이 많다고 느껴졌습니다. 런던에서 마지막 식사가 아니었더라면 남은건 포장해 갔을거 같습니다. 파이브가이즈 먹을까 치폴레 먹을까 고민 많이 했는데 치폴레 먹기 정말로 잘한거 같습니다. ----- This is one of the franchises that I really wish would come to our country. Personally, I think it is a higher version of Halal Guys. The prices are similar for both, but Chipotle's quantity is overwhelmingly larger. The taste is spicy but healthy. I think people who like platters will definitely enjoy it. Even though I went there knowing that there would be a lot of food, it felt like there was a lot of food. If it hadn't been my last meal in London, I think I would have packed the rest. I had a hard time whethe to eat Five Guys or Chipotle, but I think I did really well with Chipotle.

The service and quality is always on point..so so appreciate the professionalism and niceness of staff @ Chipotle Upper Street especially staff mems Mark and Wil who delivers above and beyond..as a customer I didnt expect a special or VIP treatment but theyre exemplary. They serve with enthusiasm and has smiling faces all the time like no tiredness is felt by them. They make sure the food is fresh and has the ingredients I requested. Quesadilla is the best and the salad bowl. More power to the staff and kudos to Mark and Wil for superb customer svc! always a reason why i keep coming back here plus hygiene rating is good hope they dont change🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Quesadillas was amazing, never had before. My burrito was good as per but the bowl I always ordered even tho it was stuffed (Yay) it came cold because the lid wasn’t put on properly :(

치폴레는 미국 태생 텍사스식 멕시칸 전문 프랜차이즈다. 한국엔 매장이 없고 들어온단 계획 또한 들리지 않지만 유럽 몇 개국엔 매장을 두고 있어 이번에 처음 먹었다. 부리토, 볼, 타코, 샐러드 이렇게 네 가지 메뉴 중 하나를 선택해 직접 재료를 고르는 시스템이다. 가장 인기가 많은 건 볼, 다른 메뉴보다 양을 많이 담아주기 때문이다. 처음이라 별생각 없이 재료를 골라 주문했고 무료로 받을 수 있는 토리티야까지 요청했다. 밥, 콩, 양상추, 돼지고기, 아보카도 등에 샤워크림까지 얹으니 약간 덮밥 같다. 맛은 워낙 복합적이라 설명하기 어려운데 꽤 건강한 느낌이라 보면 될 거 같다. 돼지고기의 경우 풀드포크처럼 잘게 저민 스타일이라 굉장히 부드럽고 밥이랑 찰떡궁합 먹어보면 케밥과 크게 다르지 않다 생각할 수도 있는데 케밥보단 라이트하면서 밥까지 들었으니 한국인 입맛에 잘 맞지 않을까 싶다. 가성비도 좋아 한국에도 생겼으면

I ordered and the rice tasted undercooked , there was no sour cream in the burrito even though I asked for it , and I paid extra for some extra chicken which they didn’t add . I’ve had the same burrito at other branches so I know what extra chicken inside one of them looks like . Perhaps it was close to closing time and they were out of ingredients ? This isn’t rocket science you shouldn’t be able to mess up an order this bad . Staff need to pay attention to details . Will never be ordering from this branch again . Terrible experience

Beef burrito with extra chicken. Total cost with delivery over 15 quid. It was tiny, I think I was ripped off, it looked more like half chicken and half steak. What a joke, still hungry now.

I did not receive this delivery. I called Chipotle several times and was told the driver was not there yet. I waited over an hour and still nothing arrived. I have been left very disappointed and would like a full refund for this order.

The lady with glasses, probably a manager since she had that fancy collar top, served me. I asked for extra rice, and she gave me attitude like it was a crime. Not a single smile, not even a hint of friendliness. And let's not even talk about the portion size—it was a joke. Seriously, Chipotle, you won't catch me there again. Such a disappointing experience. 😡

I want to give this less stars because I'm really annoyed and disappointed with this delivery. I ordered 3 Burritos but only received 2, so I had missing item an entire burrito. I made the complaint to Just Eat about the missing item, the response was, "sorry for your inconvenience, we're not issuing a refund". I called the restaurant direct and made the complaint, they took my number and said a manager would call me back. Over half and hour later I called the restaurant again because no one had called me back. They apologised and said the manager was in the office and they didn't know why they hadn't called me, they promised they would definitely get the manager to call me back. Over an hour later and still no one had called me. So I called the restaurant again, they again apologised and assured me a manager would call me back in the next 5-10 minutes. I never received a call back! I didn't receive the item and I didn't get a refund. I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed with the whole thing. I've had to resort to making the complaint via PayPal because I didn't receive all the items I paid for. Hugely disappointed! The 2 burritos that did arrive, which were for my housemates, apparently were correct and tasty. Annoyed that my burrito didn't arrive and I was left hungry and in search of something else to eat.

Coming from someone who frequents Chipotle in the US, the food at Chipotle in the UK is far fresher and higher quality. This location is no exception. The food is pretty good (it’s Chipotle, so) and the prices are pretty reasonable. Staff are pretty friendly and it’s in a good location!

Delicious as always but for an order that included large chips and guac, the amount of chips was criminally small. Essentially two handfuls of tortilla chips.

TERRIBLE! I called and the man quickly hung up. What kind of customer service is this . I live in north london(tottenham) and had to go to east (islington) for some chipotle. I orderd my food and the food came cold. The resterant smells weird. Nice and bad. Like rats and crispy saucy chicken at the same time. IM GOING TO AMERICA! Maybe theyll provide better service

My food never even arrived, the interface is shocking as there isn't an option to contact the driver, and now i've been charged for an order that was never delivered, despite the fact it said my order was delivered.
