Food was pleasant, if a bit expensive. Service was slightly slow and a bit inattentive. Servers were lovely when we interacted with them, but there were very few interactions.

Paul was amazing, I don't really like spicy food, but I come here because of my boyfriend, and he advised me the sauces on the side and that was actually the best option. Service, excellent!

My friend and I had a small dinner on a Saturday, so it was very busy and noisy, but we still had a nice time. Food tasted delicious, we were happy with every dish.

The nachos in Mexico City were truly exceptional; they set a new standard for me. Our waitress, Iris, provided excellent service, contributing to a positive atmosphere that enhanced our dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful outing.

Iris R was extremely helpful and smily. She spoke in our native language when she realised we were speaking Spanish. We loved the decor and music. Made us feel back in Mexico, especially when I taste the cochinita pibil taco. They gave us crayons: 5 stars.

Website said open till 10:00 pm on the Sunday 29/12/24 yet when went to the restaurant the staff informed they were closed at 18:20. Really dissatisfied. Went to the Paddington branch straight away we’re also informed there were closing at 18:45 really disappointed and there was no response from the staff.

The menu has changed which was disappointing. The sharing option previously was excellent. While the food was delicious, £105 for what was basically a snack for 4 people is now a little too pricy.

Went back to Wahaca after a couple of years. Always thought it was an average place to eat but they have changed some of their menu, and it’s become one of my favourites now. Sara at the Westfields, White City Branch, was the best hostess. She recommended pretty much everything we ate, and they did NOT disappoint. We were with two kids (who only eat vegetarian food), and tend to only eat pasta oor pizza. They at the cheese quesadilla kids meal, and ate every last crumb of the plate. Served with healthy portion of quac, salad and nachos. Just like that, this has become one of my favourite places to eat. Food I ate was the pulled beef gringa taco, buttermilk fried chicken taco, cauliflower bites, chorizo quesadilla. All was perfect. Dessert was the churros with chocolate dip (of course), and the tiramisu. Tiramisu was super sweet.. if you like that. I think with the churros, maybe too much. We had a voucher for kids to eat free and with service the bill came to £86.00 for two kids meals and two adults. We all left feeling very full and satisfied. Thank you Sara for your great service and great recommendations.

Removing stars. I used to love Wahaca for its convenient payment system. Now it's back to annoying calling for service to pay..all because tips are introduced 🙄. Stop this nonsense and pay your staff fair share! I'm happy to pay extra for the food.
