Tacos Mx in Hammersmith and Fulham

Looked great, with good strong reviews. However, we visited about 3somethingPM. 3 tacos and a burrito and a drink £25. We got the food and not the drink, but that's fine. The tacos were tiny and sparsley filled. The a tual soft taco was good but the fillings lacking flavour and substance, gone in a mouthful. The burrito wasn't toasted from the outside which led to it's structural integrity being non existent. The refried beans however were the best part. The chicken in the burrito was charred nicely but again wasn't juicy or moist and lacked overall flavour. Conclusion: not a lot of food for £25 and it lacked any pazazz. Unfortunately we would not return.

Went for £2 tacos for Dinner and despite the queue to eat their is was worth it in the end due to the amazing atmosphere, food and quality all round. We went for a selection of different tacos including steak and chicken but they all were delicious especially with the sauces provided. Both affordable and amazing quality would highly recommend for both large and smaller groups

A truly hidden gem! The burger was cooked exactly how I like it, and the milkshake was thick and creamy. Staff were attentive and made us feel welcome.

Your Deliveroo page is a real shambles, a three taco box but you can only pick one of the same. Then even the 6 taco box you can only select one filling for 6 tacos. Wild. You guys need to sort this because the food is good but it’s impossible to order from you. Also no one answers the phone ever. The Deliveroo line doesn’t work and the one on google never goes through.

People were super nice that's why I'm giving four stars. Food was just fine for me honestly. I like it and would come back, but it's not top notch for me. Salsa Verde was not spicy.

The tacos were so delicious, guess what happened? I forgot to take a photo and that NEVER HAPPENS 😂😂 The staff is very friendly, the tacos are delicious and the Tuesday taco offer is great since the tacos are 2.50. They have 3 little tables outside, it's more of a take away place. The line of people is long to eat and it is understood by its quality. I would return 100%

As someone who’s lived in Mexico and has Mexican family, my taco standards are stupidly high — and I can honestly say this place hits the mark like nowhere else in London. The taco selection is *chef’s kiss* from the first bite, you know they’ve nailed the flavours. Their Taco Tuesday is a total vibe — a perfect excuse (as if you needed one) to sample the full lineup. And trust me, you’ll want to try them all. Personal faves are the pork tacos — juicy, bold, and perfectly seasoned. But don’t sleep on the chicken tinga or the veggie options — even the plant-based crowd will find something to rave about. It’s the kind of spot you visit once and then find yourself craving randomly on a Tuesday afternoon (which, thankfully, is ideal timing). Authentic, unpretentious, and delicious — Tacos MX is easily one of my top London taco spots. If you’re local, go now. If you’re not, make the trip as it is definitely worth it.

Ordered from here a ton off of Deliveroo. For some reason they pulled all the tacos off the menu two weeks ago. Unfortunately can’t use them anymore but the food is great

Birria taco was like drinking a glass of oil, very disgusting experience. Also everything, but especially the guacamole was super salty. The rating does not reflect the food at all.

Amazing little Mexican takeaway spot that I highly recommend. We love the birriadillas and carnitas tacos plus the guacamole is really really good. The tortillas are all homemade too. It’s not expensive and they offer a £2.50 taco night on Tuesday. Such a gem of a spot!!

Have been numerous times and have really enjoyed the tacos, but today we ordered and the vegetarian taco turned up like this (which previously was more like a vegetarian chilli - really good). Literally just kidney beans and some onions today. Really disappointed.

This is basically just a takeaway place but there is somewhere to sit and wait for your food. Prices are pretty good for portion sizes. Food was really really good even tho we travelled with it which I feel like says a lot. Not much of an atmosphere because you can’t sit in but if you’re just looking to pick up something on your way home, I definitely recommend.

By far, the best and more authentic tacos in London. We’ve tried the most popular Mexican restaurants since we moved here, and honestly the flavour here beats them all, prices are great and the staff are always extremely kind. The birria tacos are just wow!

Great tacos, some of the best I’ve had in london, sticky, chili hot, quick to the table, and so very tasty. Reminds me of the roadside places I ate at in LA. No frills but great tacos, at reasonable prices. Should have gone for the taco box but didn’t have time to eat the beans and rice. Will come again.

It was one of my favourite restaurants but now portions are really small, prices much higher, and the last time we ordered from them the rice was not even properly cooked. What a pity

Food is absolutely amazing, came very quick, fresh piping hot. The cook/owner very welcoming and so passionate about his food and you can taste the passion that he puts into it. Highly recommend it. Price is very cheap considering how much we ordered.

Was cycling by and spotted this little Mexican taco joint. Ordered the Burrito. Expected the usual over-priced London fare. What I actually got was a truly delicious authentic burrito, big enough for two. Highly recommend. 🙌🙌

Delicious traditional style tacos. Especially on a nice day it’s worth it to sit at the benches. Tuesdays is taco day with amazing deals of tacos for 2,5£ each. The taste is absolutely amazing and the waiting time is not too long unless so many people waiting. Totally recommend

My wife and friend wanted some tacos on Sunday night and we went to this place for some. It took an hour for the food to be ready because they’re are ONLY 2 staffs in the entire place and only one was slowly making the meal. Lastly, I didn’t want to try anything but decided to get something sweet and ordered some churros. I’m vegetarian (since birth and I’m literally allergic!) and this guy after touching meat with his hands did not wear gloves nor use any proper kitchen tool (use frickin Tongs like everyone else) to flip the churros in the sugar before packaging after frying them with a knife used on meat to flip them in the pan. I rated 2 because they (my wife and friend) said the food was good but I am not happy with how they handled my snack. If you’re vegetarian like myself, I will not bother to get my food here

Truly fantastic tacos at a more than reasonable price. We ate our tacos on the bench outside and the staff really took care of us. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious, authentic Mexican tacos. Order in person if you can, you might get a shot of tequila on the house! We had an absolutely wonderful time - thank you!

Excellent tacos! Totally authentic and delicious salsa. Rice and beans aren’t as good, but the tacos could not be better.

I visited on a Sunday mid-afternoon. It’s a small place designed more for takeaway but there are a few benches outside. It was medium busy with takeaway/delivery orders and there was a bit of a wait involved. I ordered two tacos - the baja fish and the chicken fajita. Both had good flavour and they felt quite authentic. They were quite small in size (3-4 bites each). I paid around £9 for the pair. This was just a snack, but for a normal meal I could probably get through 6+ of these tacos, so it wouldn’t be the cheapest of meals albeit they did have some combo deals on offer. Overall a solid option if you live locally, and I look forward to trying out some of their other menu items.

Lo visité un domingo a media tarde. Es un lugar pequeño diseñado más para llevar, pero hay algunos bancos afuera. Estaba medio ocupado con pedidos para llevar / entrega y había un poco de espera involucrada. Pedí dos tacos: el pescado bajo y la fajita de pollo. Ambos tenían buen sabor y se sentían bastante auténticos. Eran de tamaño bastante pequeño (de 3 a 4 picaduras cada uno). Pagué unas 9 libras por el par. Esto era solo un bocadillo, pero para una comida normal probablemente podría pasar por más de 6 de estos tacos, así que no sería la comida más barata, aunque tenían algunas ofertas combinadas. En general, una opción sólida si vives localmente, y espero probar algunos de sus otros elementos del menú.

After riding past so many times, I finally popped in to check it out. We ordered chicken quesadilla, A chicken burrito and a taco box. The flavours were incredible and so happy that this is my neighbourhood. Friendly service and look forward to going back

I went today and had the chicken fajita burrito box, this is probably the BEST Mexican food I've eaten in London. It's fresh, tasty and proper Mex taste. I lived in Miami and ate fresh Mex food most days. This is such a find, well worth it. I WILL BE BACK for more ! Well worth the money! Yum! Thanks guys 👦 made my day! Gracias x

The most authentic Mexican food I have had in London. Love the tacos Tuesdays! There is limited space with some outside seating so it is more of a take away restaurant than dine in. The tacos are amazing and they do a special offer on Tuesdays. Will definitely be coming back!

Don’t order from here. Food was awful. The nachos are advertised with sour cream and guacamole but this didn’t arrive. When we called the restaurant they said the driver must’ve taken them and then hung up on us. £17 for nachos and it was soggy. Don’t waste your money.

So nice and Mexican food! Even it took me nearly 35 mins to wait in the queue, still worth it!!

Ordered the nachos carnitas, and some tacos. Was very disappointing. £17 for a handful of soggy nachos that were also missing the guacamole and sour cream. The man that we spoke to on the phone on the 21/06/24 claimed them to be stolen by the driver and not his problem. Very unprofessional and he also hung up the phone after explaining to him what had happened.

Food wasn’t great and there were items missing. We called up the restaurant and spoke to a man who’s name started with A. He didn’t seem to care, he also blamed the items missing on the driver. Basically made out that because we ordered on a delivery app, it wasn’t his problem.

food was very good but we ordered at the location and it took almost 2 hours from arrival till we got the food. Maybe someone called in sick or something but its seems the three staff members were not enough to keep up with the pace of online and in person orders. It was also quite annoying to see 2-3 online orders go out the door before a single in person order is taken or fulfilled. Would come back for the food but sadly the slow service makes me think twice. Had the birridillas.

Amazing tacos on a Tuesday evening. Only wish there was indoor seating but for £2.50 each and getting freshly made Tacos with delectable fillings, it was fantastic! I think the queuing and meeting others adds to the casual vibe so it’s 100% worth a visit! Couldn’t pick a favourite as although a couple tasted better they were all excellent. Recommend getting the spicy sauce!

I have never left a review before but I have never been so unhappy with an order. The order arrived with as many tacos together squished together in boxes as possible so all of the meats had mixed and dripping with grease, why were these not correctly packaged? Everything turned up cold and so incredibly greasy that the tacos were essentially inedible and very unpleasant, we haven't eaten them. The quesadilla is not a quesadilla at all and may have come as the wrong item but has come as a soggy wrap with soggy salad and very unpleasant chicken it it. Incredibly disappointed with something that had previously been recommended to me. Will not be ordering again and have had to place another order for dinner elsewhere. Photos provided if needed

Edible, but don't bother wasting your time and money. Chicken no flavour. Portion size incredibly small (middle finger, sized tacos). Taste definitely targeted to Caucasians 😂

THE BEST TACOS! But... Had to queue 15 mins whilst they continually accepted Deliveroo orders in front of queuing customers. After that waited AN HOUR for our tacos whilst Deliveroo drivers came and went. Some of the best tacos in London, some of the worst customer service in London.

BEST MEXICAN IN LONDON!! My partner and I love this place, the most unreal food, best sauces, kindest staff, we love it and come back for a a treat every month! We were sad to see a couple being super rude to the kind staff, but we were amazed at how kindly and gracefully the staff spoke to them. It’s sad to see horrible customers being rude to such wonderful people, the staff were super busy and super apologetic for the delays. People who frequent shops like Greg’s act like food should be ready within 2 minutes. I’m happy to wait longer for such gorgeous food. Keep up the good work!

Hands down, best tacos I got in London. Lived there for a year and searched for good mexican food and this was my favorite place. The convenience store next to it has Mexican sodas too. Get the birria, cochinita, and carnitas. Top notch.

The food is absolutely top quality. All variations of taco fillings are so nice and well prepared, the flavours are so good. The staff are friendly and the service is great. It’s not especially cheap but there are £2.50 tacos on Tuesdays. There’s no inside seating either so it’s best for takeouts really.
