Went to this Nando’s today for dinner time (5PM) with my partner to order an XL Wing platter just to be told that they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN WINGS. Despite how ridiculous that is seeing as that is the most popular item on the menu and I’ve never had this issue the countless of times I’ve been to other Nando’s, we asked to then order a Boneless platter to which they said that they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN BUTTERFLY. Me and my partner were very confused to which we order something we didn’t even really want, the full platter, which consists of one whole chicken with 4 sides. When telling the person taking our order our sides she turns to her colleague and asks “what did they say again I wasn’t paying attention” to which she starts bursting out laughing in front of us. I’m not the type to be a Karen so we didn’t say anything, however, that was really poor service. Nonetheless, the point is that the chicken restaurant ran out of their only item: chicken…….

Going to order, I experienced quite a shock, when the worker told me that they don’t have ANY WINGS because they ran out. I was trying to order a wing platter and I then had to change my order. I changed it to a boneless chicken platter and they said they RAN OUT of that too so I was left having to order a whole chicken platter for two with my partner. This is outrageous and shouldn’t happen- how can a Nando’s run out of their main item on the menu. To top this off - the worker thought it was funny that they had run out! Showing a bit of sincerity and sympathy towards the situation, in my opinion goes a long way for such a major issue to have when ordering.

Was made to wait at the front of the que to be seated with my autistic son for 20mins because it’s not first come first serve they cater to larger groups I saw five people walk pass me because a group ofthey had 3 people then after being seated at a four seater table we where told 25mins for fries and wings which still took longer like they forgot about our order and after having to speak to a manager 45mins later they then gave me someone else’s order missing items from my original dish and had to wait extra 10mins for my sons food which was 5wings and garlic bread I understand busy but this was worst experience I’ve had here I feel to delete my loyalty app

We waited in line for about 6-7 people, but it was definitely worth it. I ordered 4 pieces of chicken breast from the menu. I wanted potatoes and corn as side dishes. It was delicious, very well cooked. The spice of the chicken was quite appropriate. I experienced it for the first time and I definitely recommend it.

Siempre he sido un gran fan de Nandos y francamente soy la única razón por la que alguien en mi familia va. Dicho esto, mi experiencia de hoy me ha hecho reconsiderar volver a pesar de mi amor por la comida. El tiempo de espera para sentarse fue absolutamente ridículo con el personal negándose a comunicar una razón o cuánto tiempo más podíamos esperar. Para cuando estábamos sentados más de la mitad del restaurante estaba vacío, lo que teniendo en cuenta la larguísima fila fuera y la hora (hora del almuerzo principal) parecía absurdo. El personal era lo contrario de entender y seguía diciendo que no podían sentarnos porque de lo contrario esperaríamos la comida negándonos a escuchar que, obviamente, preferiríamos esperar sentados. No entiendo cómo un restaurante con un espacio para sentarse tan grande es “incapaz de seguir el ritmo” cuando la mitad está vacío. Diré que Steve mejoró ligeramente esta experiencia al ser el único miembro del personal que se disculpó activamente e intentó remediar la situación. Gracias Steve por su amabilidad!

Llegó el sábado por la noche a lo que parecía no un Nando ocupado. Por lo general, la cola afuera gira muy cerca del restaurante con las hamburguesas. Bueno. Fui a ver dentro lo que está sucediendo, ya que no había personal en la puerta, y se me acercó una señora gerente con una camiseta verde, que era muy desagradable. No tenía contrato ocular al comunicarse y estaba más interesada en mirar un papel delante de ella que en el cliente. Ten en cuenta que he estado yendo a este Nando’s desde el primer día que abrió el centro comercial Westfield. Cuando le pregunté, ¿qué está pasando con el personal de la puerta principal, la gerente de verde me dijo: “nuestro personal comienza a las 18: 00 pm (en ese momento era 17 : 50 algo) y hay una persona allí (aunque no había nadie). Luego le pregunté al gerente qué está pasando con estos Nando’s ya que últimamente el servicio no ha sido el más grande, a lo que la señora de camiseta verde me dijo “vete a otro lado, gracias” sin siquiera mirarme. ¡Con actitud y grosería! ¡Hay que hacer algo!

today we went to Nando's in Westfield we kindly asked for a table with a sofa and the person who welcomed us was quite rude on the nameplate it said ka I think that's his name. and from how he behaved with the staff he was one of the management. Fortunately SJ accommodated us as usual if it wasn't for the arrogant managers everything was good as always However the kind kind waiters made everything better thanks SJ you are the best . Sorry but this three star is only for the manger

Waited over 25 mins in the queue to be seated, fair enough it’s Nandos Westfield on a Saturday night however I will not accept being lied to by the manager while waiting to order food in another queue for nearly 20 mins of at least 6 people also waiting when there’s only one cashier serving customers. I asked the manager where are the chasers she said there was 2 serving and there was only one cashier. I showed her there’s only one cashier and she said that if I had a problem to go somewhere else. (Wonderful service) I’ve written an email complaint and have had no response. When clicking on the link it said Case closed. It was a very bad experience and I’ll never eat at Nandos Westfield again !!!!

Hi, I have ordered today around 14:20-14:30 as a takeaway meal. I had decided to try the cheesy burger with 2 sides and paid £15.95. The services was good as got served quick at the door and directed at the counter to place my order as it was a takeaway. Also, I had waited a reasonable 10 mins for my food and after I got it I went downstairs to eat it and was surprised to find that the food was warm and not hot. You could say it could have went cold if I had travelled until home but ate it after few minutes I had received it. The burger didn’t meet my expectations as was small and barely ate it as was soo cold but had to as I spent money on it. Chips were also warm and ok as I had peri peri on them which made them eatable. As my second side I decided to go for Mac and cheese as I had never tried it before and could say it was the worst Mac and cheese I ever ate. They had these flakes on top which nearly made me vomit and those were also warm and not hot like they should have been. I don’t think I will order from Nandos again if this is the food I get. I’m really disappointed as when I had Nandos before and not from this branch I actually enjoyed my food. In addition, I’m not sure if my experience was worse just because I did decide to eat outside and not in the shop or for what reason this had happened. I’m really disappointed with the quality, wanted to go back and ask for a refund but knew that they would t have processed it as I had ate the food already and also cause they were a bit busy. I've always wanted to try a Nando's restaurant as we don't have this chain in France. Service was amazing, the atmosphere also very pleasing. What I didn't realize is that it's actually a family restaurant food chain and not a fast food joint. The food was ok, a bit plain, and way too salty unfortunately But nothing bad to say about that specific restaurant location though, I think it's just the national Nando's recipes the problem.

We recently visited Nando's in Westfield London with a large group of 10 people and I must say that the staff were incredibly accommodating. Despite the size of our group, they managed to seat us all together at one table which we really appreciated. The food was delicious, just as you would expect from Nando's and everyone was happy with their meals. There was a slight issue with the food delivery to our table as we had to chase up the staff multiple times. However, it was an extremely busy period so we understood the delay. Despite this the team that served us remained friendly and helpful throughout. The waiting time was not as long as we expected given how packed it was. Overall, the staff were great, the food was great and the experience enjoyable. I will be returning when I am next in Westfield London!

First time at this restaurant and probably the last, don’t get me wrong I’m a Nando’s fan. But it all started going wrong when I sat down after I ordered the food. The gentleman who served me was the restaurant’s manager, clearly he needs his hearing sorted. This is what I ordered. 2x Halloumi Sticks 1x Cheesy Garlic Pitta 1x Cheesy Chicken Burger (No pickle) 2x Chips as a side with the burger 2x Bottomless drinks What I got 1x Halloumi Sticks 1x Cheesy Garlic Pitta 1x Cheesy Chicken Burger 1x Chips as a side with the burger 2x Bottomless drinks Thankfully I only paid for what I got. Then the food came out, the halloumi sticks were stone cold and really really oily. I took them back and asked the lady to feel how cold there were and she agreed they were. I saw her take them to the cook and all they did was put it back on the grill, I called a manager over explained what happened and I asked for fresh ones, they came but half were still cold and oily. The burger came out with pickle on when asked not to have it on. So would I come back to Nandos in Westfield? No I wouldn’t!! Just clearly shows that even the restaurant manager doesn’t listen to its customers.

Setting poor expectations. @ 8:30pm I made an order for collection @ 9:30. I turned up at 9:31 thinking that it would be good to go. I was told to wait in the seated area. 25mins later nothing. I prompted a member of staff after the 25mins and I was told that they "would check". He did not return. I would not have minded so much if I was told come back in 30mins, so I could get some shopping done or something. In the time I was sat there, I could have literally gone to the Uxbridge road branch (impeccable service) collected my food and returned and perhaps consumedmy meal. 30mins - nothing. 40mins - nothing. 45 mins - nothing. I got up to cancel my order and get a refund. Surely this will be quick - No. Why bother setting the collection time on the site/app if it is meaningless? Or if it really means, "come 45 minutes after the time". I have had good food and service from here before. Collection is to be avoided if you take yourself seriously. This has to be a joke of a service. Do better!

I went to Nando White City London Monday 9th December 2024 at 3.30 pm. Very rude staff, waited forever to be seated they were not even busy as i was not feeling well and I expressed this to the staff. But it fell on deaf ears member staff closed the till and walk off left me.

I had a very disappointing experience at Nando's. The food was far from what I expected. I ordered the classic chicken with peri-peri sauce, but the chicken was dry and overcooked. It lacked flavor, and the sauce didn’t even make up for it. The sides were equally underwhelming — the chips were soggy and tasteless, and the rice was bland, almost like it was reheated. For a restaurant that prides itself on its famous peri-peri chicken, this was a huge letdown. The quality of the food just wasn’t there, and I couldn’t finish my meal.

I went for lunch with my husband today at 1:30 and for a restaurant that prides itself on quick service failed for us. We waited 40 mins for our food to arrive, to which the chips were fine but my chicken was cold! As I was on my lunch break I didn't have a choice to send the food back. The staff didn't even realise the same thing happened to the person sitting next to us (she had arrived and ordered before us), she up and left then her food arrived 5 mins later.

Staff are lazy and manager is useless. 15 minutes queue for one person on the till although lots of staff. Took nearly 45 mins for the food to arrive and when it did the bread was stale on the burger and the chicken was a kid size. They added another fillet (kid size). Requested another meal as the staff saw I could not cut through the pitta. Nearly an hour and requested a refund and the manager was rude, no accountability and a waste of my time. If you want something quick and tasty do not come here, it has gone down hill. Try the food court. The refund was not from Suzanne as stated but the rude manager. As you can see from the time difference in the recipts an absolute waste of time.

Don't get me wrong the food was good, but missing items with mains and deserts, the irritating thing is when you want to get back home and you're desert doesn't arrive because the forgot they took the order, then tell us one of our items is outa order. Mistakes happen yes, but come on!

Dear Nando’s Team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your restaurant on 7th September 2024. Nando’s has always been one of my favorite places to dine, especially when I go out with my mom, who loves the taste and ambiance just as much as I do. During my visit, I ordered my usual meal but, unfortunately, the chicken was served burnt. I requested a replacement, and the waiter was respectful and promptly agreed to have it replaced. The rest of my meal was good, but after an hour passed, the manager approached me about the replacement. Since I had already finished most of my meal and had lost my appetite by then, I kindly requested a refund instead. Although there was a bit of a delay, the manager returned with a friendly smile, apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, and processed the refund without any hassle. I truly appreciated the professionalism and positive attitude displayed throughout the situation. This experience was a great example of excellent customer service, and I just wanted to express my gratitude for how the staff handled the situation. Despite the initial hiccup, the team turned it around and ensured I left the restaurant with a positive impression. Looking forward to dining at Nando’s again soon!

The place was really lovely, we were served by naty, she was very kind and was friendly to us when we were sat and when we asked for a request, she was attentive and even went the extra mile for us and checked frequently on us many times during our time there. She was excellent and very well trained, aswell as the other staff, very friendly and very quick. Also a mention to Alan, a very fast worker and very skilled in his craft who could hold many glasses and plates and was overall very quick with his service and friendly.

Ordered a sandwich and 35 minutes later the food still didn't arrive, informed the manager she said she will check where that is, nothing waited more and eventually was fed up went to the till asked them to cancel and refund the payment made. People around me that came after all go their food and left, and juts 1 sandwich took forever . Poor service

Front of house (door) staff is really rude. Quite a bad attitude to let someone who despises people go work as a front of house. She should honestly stay in the back if she doenst want to be nice to people who pay their wages. Customers should be first priority over bad attitude. Won’t come here again. Also not halal.

worst nando’s i’ve ever been to, the staff were unhelpful and rude all except one and we waited 50 minutes for our food to come despite telling multiple members of staff! definitely will NEVER be coming here again! there were also plates of leftover food by other customers that were laying around for over an hour which was absolutely disgusting. when the food did finally arrive it was cold. some staff members were rude and said “you can wait a bit longer for your food” when we had been waiting 50 minutes. one nice staff member offered us free desserts to make up for it. but honestly avoid this nando’s at all cost!

Table wasn’t wiped properly and had slop on it. Starter and main arrived at same time after about 30 mins of waiting. Ordered a second drink but didn’t arrive until over 30 mins later after had finished meal. Seem to be very short staffed.

This is a strange place. Weird decor, weird menu, just weird full stop. Food is OK but nothing special. It's a bit a bit of a novelty, but it wears off quick.
