The manager, Alexis, was very careful with our allergies and suggested modifications for dishes we were keen to try. He was responsive, welcoming and professional. The food and cocktails were delicious too. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely Wahaca. The staff were super friendly and even gave us a free dish! Its a great location for theatre or Waterloo station, and a nice venue because it's underground (although maybe not good if you're claustrophobic).

Lovely dinner, generally well paced though had to wait a little to ask for the bill, and it was a little too loud. Free chilli seeds at the end was a nice touch!

Really disappointed with this chain since we used to go a good few years ago. No sauces on tables, way smaller portions, ingredients not as fresh and very expensive!

We ate at Wahaca on November 1. We loved the excellent food, the atmosphere (especially the Day Of The Dead altar). We lived in Mexico for five years and we found Wahaca’s food to be delicious and authentic. Best of all, was our waitress Gabriella. She answered all of our questions about the menu and even brought us a special gluten-free menu for my husband. Even though the restaurant was packed, she was very attentive, as well as, accommodating of our special requests. Wahaca is lucky to have Gabriella as an employee!

Excellent discovery. A caring staff. Kids friendly. The super caring and attentive manager. Delicious dishes and not so excessive. We were able to have the Dia de Los Muertos decoration ;-) I recommend the sweet potato fries, and the chicken chorizo ​​tacos a turie. Restaurant to do near the Big Ben area.

We came here to eat with my friend who has allergies to nuts and seafood. We told them that at the start and they gave us list of food and their ingredients. We were ready to order, but then they said that they can't guarantee that the food is free from nuts or seafood, and therefore my friend couldn't eat there. We were really wondering this, because all the other places we went during our holiday in London, every place asked allergies and the service were good and the allergies were noticed. Shouldn't every restaurant make sure that there is safe to eat, even if you have some allergies?

I had dinner at Wahaca and found the food to be alright, nothing extraordinary but decent for a casual meal. What stood out to me was the attentive service from Gabriela, my waiter, who made sure everything was in order throughout the evening. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, mainly thanks to the good service.

Lovely meal, absolutely loved the veggie versions most meat options were great but found the pork taco a tad salty. Cocktails were lovely and the Mojito was on par to what I had in Mexico. Staff were quick pleasant and efficient in service. The place is decked out nice not to ott and the nod to the day off the dead was cool

My friend and I visited on Sunday 13th October in the evening, which apparently tends to be less busy than the morning. This worked well for us, as we're both rather sensitive to crowd noise, and we were able to sit in a quieter area. We shared nachos, tacos and a quesadilla, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal; everything tasted fresh and delicious! Our server was friendly and easygoing, he even brought us an extra sauce with our churros for sampling. Overall, very nice establishment with a relaxed vibe.

We had a great time at Wahaca with my family. Food was delicious and flavourful. Our favourite was the large pork belly plate with rice and loved the “Favourites” sharing dishes for 2 which allowed us to try a lot of different dishes. Daniel was a really attentive, friendly and nice waiter who also helped allergies and intolerances.

I visited the Waterloo site the other day for a quick meal. It was the best experience I've had in a Wahaca to date. Service by Gabriella was speedy and friendly. The food was well balanced and flavourful. I had the beef tacos and the chicken & avocado tacos, they were fresh and made with love. Definitely would recommend if you're in the area.

The food was below average, I found the avocado seed in my burrito, the waitress was in hurryng to finish her shift and made us very uncomfortable by cleaning the plates while we didn't finish yet

Verrry busy when we went but great food and James our server was lovely and helpful despite being extremely in demand! Waited slightly longer than we’d have liked for dessert and, though the atmosphere was vibrant, it was tricky to hold a conversation when it was full up! Overall would definitely recommend.

Exceeded expectations both food quality, and service. We went to Alexander Dilling (2 Michelin star) the month prior and shockingly the service in Wahacha was significantly better.
