Food was good only issue was the despite the resturant food came out at different times.

First time ordering, heard good reviews, sadly not the us treated ourselves to an Anniversary meal, ordered the platter for 2 plus garlic cheese bread , well the whole experience was dreadful 😩 the pitta bread was rock hard , garlic bread well what can I say? 😫🤮 chips were chip shop soggy over cooked , salad was so bland and basic thought getting it from a restaurant it would be a bit more exciting, the platter was soaked in oil , chicken looked anemic 😩 never had anything so bad, we cannot get the taste out of our mouths

Hacer trampa aquí era alojarse en el hotel y, solo, vino para un almuerzo rápido poco después de mi llegada. El menú enumeraba platos de tapas o entrantes, y opté por dos: la berenjena a la parrilla y los langostinos al ajo. . ambos estaban deliciosos, pero el plato de langostinos NO era del tamaño de una tapa, viene completo con dos huevos fritos, un montón de patatas en cubos en casi una salsa 'brava'! Luego me di el gusto de la tarta de queso estilo vasco - lo que un placer. A la noche siguiente, invité a mi hermano a cenar conmigo... Otra vez opté por la berenjena a la parrilla, y la seguí con la ensalada de atún a la brasa. Mi hermano comenzó con la ensalada griega, luego terminó con las gambas al ajo. ¡Nos saltamos desiertos! El restaurante tiene una cocina abierta y ver trabajar a los chefs fue agradable: muy profesional, y muy rápido! El servicio era un poco lento, pero el entorno es tan agradable, y la comida tan deliciosa, que no nos importó en absoluto!

Tishka gets a full five stars from this happy customer! We were on a vital mission: securing some proper breakfast butties (that's Yorkshire for 'edible happiness between two slices'). Tishka nailed it. The service was so efficient, they could probably butter toast blindfolded. The food was simply outstanding – proof that sometimes the best things in life are just a perfectly executed butty. And the price? Let's just say my wallet didn't need a lie-down afterwards. Top marks, Tishka! You've shown that even something as humble as a breakfast butty can reach for the stars.

Interior es un espacio divertido, con varias piezas de arte alrededor, y vi algunos juegos que se podían llevar a su mesa y jugar con (aunque no lo hice esta vez). Se siente un espacio cómodo para hacer algún trabajo en una computadora portátil, o sentarse y leer un libro, o estaba allí charlando con un amigo. No me sentí hacinado - tenía espacio para hablar, y podíamos escucharnos. Preciosa selección de bebidas frías, así como calientes, y los pasteles que se ofrecen se ven encantadores (tamaños bastante grandes también). (Esta vez no comí nada, pero en el pasado he tenido un tazón de acai aquí, que era muy llenito y delicioso; tanto mi amigo como yo cuando tuvimos estos disfrutamos). Esto se siente como una pequeña joya escondida, a la que disfruto volviendo, y se siente como si hubiera descubierto un lugar encantador en Nottingham para mostrar a mis amigos! Yo recomendaría si usted está buscando un lugar tranquilo para charlar, o tener un poco de tiempo fuera, y ya sea disfrutar de una bebida o algo de comida, de la que hay una, no extensa, pero suficiente con buena elección (opciones veganas también) , y emocionante en lo que hay, selección.

It's disappointing that this place isn't vegetarian/vegan anymore, the falafel is good so I decided to still order. Wish I hadn't because at the same time my falafel was being made, burgers were being fried on the grill. Since there was no ventilation the restaurant smelt disgusting and even though there are two grills, both are used for warming up wraps. I saw the server going to warm my falalfel wrap on the grill that had just been used for grilling meat and had to quickly remind him that I'm vegan and that is a no go so he used the other grill but I wasn't convinced how clean it was..... Needless to say it left a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively) and I won't be going back

Stopped in for a cappuccino and a pastry. Friendly staff, great coffee, lovely fresh pastries and attractive, bright decor. What’s not to like? Tempted to return at some point to try the cocktails.
