Ana's Coffee Shop in Wolverhampton

Went to Ana's coffee shop based on the good reviews. The food was really nice. We had chicken panini and poached egg, salmon and avocado meal. I found the space a bit inconvenient having to share a sofa corner with random customers.

Lovely and cosy location, friendly staff, delicious and fresh food and coffee. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

If you’re a student don’t come here, not student friendly. Was told I have a 30 minute length to stay because I have a laptop with me. Silliest rule. On top of this I was told to go to Space, 5 minute walk away which is much nicer anyway. Ran up a bill there instead. As a small business would you not want me to sit and order throughout the day? First experience in Wolverhampton and I met that. Not great at all. Didn’t try the food as I didn’t have a chance, this is based on the fact I couldn’t sit down in the cafe after paying for parking and waiting till it opened.

A few years back, this place had a decent vibe—nothing special, but tolerable. Now, as its popularity has spiked, they’ve gutted the atmosphere with a slew of heavy-handed policies, all under the flimsy excuse of ‘keeping the business running.’ It’s a blatant cop-out—they just don’t want you lingering. For a coffee house, that’s a death blow to the whole point: a space to unwind. Instead, they’ll happily boot you for daring to use a laptop (no plugs provided, naturally), while their Romanian friends and family sprawl across tables for hours, unchallenged. If you’re after a rushed coffee, it’s passable. But for a proper coffee-and-meal experience? Stick to the big names—they haven’t forgotten what hospitality means. Funny how a little cash can turn a cozy spot into a soulless turnover mill.

Wonderful and accommodating staff - ever so friendly! They were able to cater to my fussy food needs haha and I was able to have an English breakfast! Sister went for bruschetta. Both delicious dishes! Lovely sausages! The spartak chocolate cake was delightful! Interiors are stunning and comfy seats. Lovely paintings. Hidden gem!

Best coffee in Wolverhampton, amazing cakes and really nice staff.

From my point of view, the best coffee shop in town. The coffee very tasty, the food the same and the atmosphere very cozy. It is a very good way to start your day or why not, to be more energic in the middle of the day. I will be back again very soon, a very good place to stay and to refresh yourself.

Chilled out Cafe, coffee was lovely and for a fraction of the price of Costa/starbucks but better quality! Nice to support local businesses and it’s well worth the visit. Lovely decor and very comfy chairs

Lovely, cosy, cute cafe in the busy centre, behind the markets Had poached eggs, with hollandaise sauce, avocado, bit of salmon and red pepper on bread- DELICIOUS husband has a breakfast wrap that came piping hot and for after, we enjoyed brownies. A lovely lady at the till suggested pistachio sauce drizzle on top of mine, since they were out of pistachio croissants. My....goodness.....it wasnt a drizzle, it was a very generous thick spread with pistachio nuts on top 😩❤️ it did take me about 20mins to finish because it was such a big brownie and very rich for me, but still so good!!!!! Went down nicely with fresh mint tea! Cute vibe, lovely cottagey paintings, comfortable seating, kind staff! Just a note, if you intend to go there to work on your laptop, you can only do so for 30mins to allow more customers to come, which is fair, it's really not a study-type of vibe, it's too cosy haha

Very nice atmosphere with comfortable seats and spacious tables, very friendly staff, service was flawless and quick, breakfast and drinks came pretty much at the same time. The poached eggs with avocado and bacon were delicious, fresh and generous portion of avocado and nicely cooked streaky bacon, the breakfast wrap was huge and very filling. The coffee was very nice, and the mocha had some good quality chocolate. First time at this cafe and I will definitely recommend for breakfast and coffee.

We absolutely love Ana's. We have been coming since our little girl was tiny and now she is two. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The food is amazing and incredibly priced. I recommend Ana's to everybody visiting Wolverhampton.

Lovely little Cafe situated in Wolverhampton, not too far from the shopping centre. I found the service absolutely amazing, they kindly added another poached egg to my order to substitute the item I asked them to remove, which I did not expect! The drinks selection is large and I was spoilt for choice! Such a lovely atmosphere it was great for my and my friend to have a catch up! Can't wait to visit again.

A small independent coffee shop in the City Centre, yet from the first time I visited Ana was friendly and welcoming as if I had been to her shop before. The food is amazing, good quality and good portion size, lurve the avocado and poached eggs and the coffee is especially good, and offers all non diary alternatives, my goto a Vanilla latte with oat milk, delicious. I've been back many times and will continue to do so. Thank you Ana and your staff for a great service and environment 💛

Wish we could live closer. Sandwiches were really tasty. My white hot chocolate was so yumy. And for my boys, I asked for jam toast, the bread was amazing, and they used a delicious jam. A must if you are around.

Fui a explorar la cafetería de Ana, ya que parece cada vez más popular en Facebook. El lugar parecía muy elegantemente decorado y se sentía muy acogedor. Menú mencionó todos los ingredientes que va en la comida y mientras se pide preguntado sobre alergias, que es muy considerado. El personal era servicial y se aseguró de que todo estaba bien y si podían ofrecer algo más, en este caso no se sintió demasiado como puede ser en otros lugares. Seguramente disfruté de mi pan de masa madre de aguacate y disfruté de mi instagram digno de café que no solo se veía muy bien, también lo sabía. El pastel de queso era cremoso y de sabor genial. El café de Ana sin duda merece otra visita mía y de mi amigo para mi desayuno de 2 pm.

I loved it. This is the first coffee shop that I found so far with kind of healthy food options. I am tired of all these sandwiches being served almost everywhere. This is a perfect brunch for me when hanging around. Sourdough and avocado with salmon is my favourite! And also, the atmosphere is relaxing 😊

Absolutely delicious coffee, I'm a coffee nerd and can be picky at times but this place I would come back to, and you can tell that the baristas care because the latte art is very good. Also, very very very delicious caramel nutty cake I forgot what it was but it was really tasty. Love the atmosphere, so cosy and comfy, it's not very often you find such good quality beverages and food in a space so comfy.

Hemos comido en la cafetería de Ana en Wolverhampton. Parece que se ha convertido en nuestro lugar de "ir-a" cuando en Wolverhampton. Lo recomendaría ya que el restaurante es pequeño, acogedor y cómodo, la comida es a un precio razonable, fresca y sabrosa, y el personal es profesional y amable. Decoración - sabia, hay un par de cosas que cambiaría. Las obras de arte en las paredes deben ser más contemporáneas o peculiares en lugar de algo de un antiguo hogar de cuidados, las sillas deben ser más altas, ya que son bastante bajas, y los sofás se pueden reemplazar con un par de mesas en su lugar. Tablas= comida = clientes = beneficios. Aparte de eso, es una pequeña joya, barata y ofrece opciones de comida saludable.

Great coffee. Was asked if I would like it strong don't often get asked . Homemade chocolate brownie was wonderful . Overall a lovely little independent coffee shop . Will definitely visit again when in Wolverhampton 😃 Have visited several times since . Food and cakes are lovely. Particularly recommended breakfast wrap and breakfast meat omelette 👍😊 In fact all the breakfasts are lovely as have tried a few now 😂😊

Caught my eye from the car park so I ventured in and had one of the nicest hot chocolates I've had in a while. Courteous staff and extremely comfortable sofas in an eye catching teal shade. Since I posted the above, I've been going every week and highly recommend the BLT panini with mayo plus a large cappuccino. Once I find something that's independently run with excellent food I become a regular.

The owner was extremely rude whilst serving me and she's got such a huge ego. I was in such disbelief I honestly didn't know what to say. Won't go into details but when I told my wife what happened she was so angry that she ended up going out to get the ingredients and made me a PROPER pistachio filled croissant. I've attached pictures to show you that your pastries aren't special at all and hopefully you can relax yourself and get your ego in check. Learn how to treat your customers with a bit of respect and keep your rude/sly remarks to yourself next time.

This place has quickly become my new go-to café in Wolverhampton! It's my first visit here and I'm already so impressed; the welcome is warm, friendly and polite - the food took a while to come out which reflects the rating. Atmosphere was inviting and relaxing with everything you need, my only negative comment would be the seating is set in a reclined position and quite low down relative to the table height so if you're eating here, like me, it's not the perfect position but the food more than makes up for this. The trained chef was keen to talk me through her recipes she's so passionate about and offered suggestions for my next visit which I'm excited for! She's charming and funny and makes every effort to help with your order. I had avocado on toasted muffins with streaky bacon with hollandaise and chives which was absolutely gorgeous. I also had green tea, which was good quality too. The value here is incredible and I can only think it's the location which isn't so pretty that reflects the cheap prices.

I visited Ana’s Lovely Cafe today, and I must say what a nice place, they have nice relaxing music in the background not too Loud and the Food for me is a 10 / 10 I had a sausage n egg wrap very nice and the Service is on point, I would recommend it to everyone.

This is my go-to spot for morning coffee and breakfast. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The place is beautifully arranged, with well-chosen colours, cosy furniture, live flowers, and soft background music that create the perfect coffee lounge vibe. The staff are always friendly and make you feel like a valued guest, regularly checking if everything is to your liking and if there’s anything more they can do for you. The food is fresh, with a great variety that you don’t find anywhere in Wolverhampton, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Ana's for a while now. The coffee is out of this world. My go-to is the Mocha - they use actual chocolate (not just powdered stuff), followed closely by their cappuccino. The food is also fantastic!!! The atmosphere and hospitality is second to none, I would highly recommend visiting Ana's.

A comfortable cafe with staff that know their coffee. I love the Mediterranean vibe. The atmosphere is unique, it wouldn’t be out of place in a private art gallery. **Edit** I love coffee shops that go big on brightness and pastel colours. I love seeing the espresso machine front and centre on the counter top with labels denoting your coffee offerings (coffee enthusiasts love that stuff). I like the floor and wall space to be bright and free of clutter: fewer plants, fewer pictures. More small tables instead of sofas (sofas are great for lounges, but not for smaller coffee shops). I enjoy seeing coffee and related goods (ideally sourced from local independent businesses) in a section close to the till. Your Google Maps profile is great. If you want more people interested, give the business a name change. The coolest are names have either one word or use a saying. What about BLU or WULF (you could turn the U into a coffee mug U))? I hope that feedback helps.

Food is fabulous, the flavour combo is great and well thought, service is great too. The matcha latte is default with coconut milk, which is smooth and tasty with the rich matcha.

Lovely coffee and friendly service! You can tell a lot of love, effort and thought has gone into the shop with the decorations and furniture - I haven't had the chance to sit in yet as I'm always working during opening hours and my breaks are short :( but definitely will when get the chance!

I always been honest with my reviews and I was looking forwards to having a lunch at a five star rated cafe. If I only lived in Wolverhampton then it be 5 stars but ranking amongst other cafe in U.K. it’s just a 3 star. I would of given it a 4 star if it wasn’t for the wait for food and waiting for order to be taken. Since the day was hot I ordered a ice latte and there isn’t any sugar inside , plus not given option to have some. There is a lack of seating so you get to hear everyone speaking and kind of ruins the atmosphere. In order to improve the ventilation the door has to be open which isn’t ideal as your close to the door. Food was nice when it arrived eventually Just disappointed it didn’t live up to its hype.

This cat is the best food in Wolverhampton, the ingredients are fresh, the service is welcome man, and it’s the best omelette and coffee I’ve ever had. I have been to many establishments especially in Wolverhampton and this one is by far the best. If you love a hearty natural fresh breakfast and this is the spot for you since I came here the first time I come back every single week. My friend and l visited before going to The Conti cup final to watch Arsenal women at Moulenuex. Im very particular about my coffee as so many 'cafes' don't seem to know how to make a good one l always choose where l go very carefully. The coffee here was excellent so l would highly recommend if you like a 'good' coffee 👌
