The place is filthy and flies were around told the staff and she replied it’s summer very disappointing place to eat

We booked a dinner through The Fork app as everywhere was booked out (due to the COVID restrictions being gradually lifted and all pubs overbooked), and happened to be the only customers that evening. The barman/host was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We sat on the terrace with a gas burner/warmer and an umbrella to keep us warm and cosy. The surroundings are beautiful - overlooking a large open space with a stream down some steps. The food was very nice, we each had a different type of a burger. The portions were very generous and there were options to suit different tastes, including great vegan food. Although this was our first time here and mostly an accidental booking, we will definitely be returning soon!

Chose this restaurant as we were looking for a quick Turkish lunch with a spacious interior . We had a cold selection of mezze for 2 which came with only 2 dolmades along with hummus,tzatsiki and 2 other dips. For mains ,we ordered a platter of grilled meat with fries,mixed salad and pitta bread. Food was tasty and of a big portion. Service was friendly. Enjoyable meal.

This is an old favourite of mine because the service is so friendly and the food is really good. It’s reliable and tasty and the thin chips are legendary in my family. Sit it a banquette for max comfort.Eggs benedict is a favourite also the Salad nicoise. Yesterday I tried the starter Superfood salad which is way off base for me and it was delicious! Good for breakfast (though it doesn’t open very early) lunch and supps and the lunch set menu is great value.I’ve spent entire afternoons there chatting with friends and never been hassled to move. There’s enough spam for everyone!

Food arrived , cold poor quality, small portions and £1.00 for a tea spoon of ketchup. Over priced and disappointing. use another kebab shop if you can Donna

The food is actually tasty, however this restaurant is let down by many things. The portions are for kids, every adult (6 of us) left hungry despite ordering starter and main. The service is very slow and also a little haphazard as different waiters were involved throughout our dining experience and each one didn’t know what was discussed with last one. We had to ask maybe 5 or 6 times for extra cutlery and some smaller glasses for the kids. Not sure why they kept ignoring/forgetting this. We were in a bit of a hurry at the end as we had a show to go to at The O2. We let them know of our situation and requested the bill. It took 15 minutes to come because they insisted that the table be cleared before the bill. The waiters weren’t unfriendly but they certainly weren’t anything memorable. And I know this is London/The O2 but I felt it was slightly overpriced for what it was. We have been to plenty of Turkish/Lebanese type restaurants and the portions, quality, taste, are all far superior for a lot less price. I’m not sure if I would go back again. Instant feeling is no, however there are a lot of junk food restaurants at The O2 which means choice is quite limited so perhaps I’ll give it another shot.

Very nice and attractive, famous area, very expensive but marvellous. The atmosphere is greater than any place in London. Wonderful set up and decorations. I highly recommend Joury Knightsbridge to everyone.

Not worth paying to get in. Expensive drinks. £10 entry I was expecting something a bit different not just the normal I can’t remember the last time I paid an entry fee

Evita este lugar si estás buscando un lugar decente para comer o tener un cumpleaños! Decidimos celebrar los 60 años de mi madre aquí y desafortunadamente nos encontramos con personal poco profesional, comida promedio y un servicio increíblemente mal administrado. Al entrar nos encontramos con la hostilidad cuando preguntamos dónde podíamos colocar un arco de globo cuando todo lo que queríamos era la opinión de la “gerente” sobre dónde cree que sería una configuración adecuada para los globos. Ella respondió: “Le dije a tu madre que no tocara las paredes de las flores”. Es extraño considerando que estaba junto a una ventana... A medida que transcurría la noche nos dimos cuenta de que, aunque el lugar estaba supuestamente totalmente contratado, había grupos de hombres en la zona de fumadores exterior cuando preguntamos (amablemente) si volverían a permanecer allí, nos encontramos con la hostilidad del «gerente» explicando que el alquiler es solo para dentro y no eran las 7 pm todavía - 7 pm iban y venían y los hombres no se movieron hasta alrededor de las 8 : 15 pm. La comida; una vez que la comida llegó pronto nos dimos cuenta de que los entrantes eran bang promedio, pero la principal era carne congelada golpeada en una parrilla. Nada de arroz, pan pitta o cualquier cosa que requiera un chef adecuado. Por este precio, ahorre dinero y asista a un restaurante de buena reputación con buena comida. NADIE terminó su comida y para un grupo de foodies que somos - eso es decir MUCHO. A lo largo de la noche nos dimos cuenta de que había una camarera toda la noche, tuvimos que pedir múltiples veces para que se encendiera el aire acondicionado y los precios de las bebidas eran precios del centro de Londres todo el tiempo mientras estaba situado en Palmers Green. Uno de los miembros de nuestra familia es pescador y cuando pidió una comida de pescado en lugar de la carne mixta le dijeron que habría un recargo adicional que no se mencionó anteriormente, aunque esto se preguntó al reservar. Quizás no tenían pescado en el congelador jajaja Ahora llega el final de la noche y me informan que el ‘gerente’ gritó a los niños por dañar la pared de la flor. Me acerqué a ella tranquilamente y le pregunté si había hecho esto y ella dijo que sí y se disculpó. Le aconsejé que un mejor enfoque sería informar a los adultos y no gritar a los niños. No recomendamos este restaurante como un lugar familiar o para personas que tienen requisitos dietéticos especiales. Luego nos cobraron £ 180 por el daño de unas flores de eBay de £ 1. El hecho es que es un concepto poco práctico que se ve bonito y realmente es lo único bueno de este lugar. Finalmente la peor parte de la noche... pago. Dejando claro aquí que todo el partido estaba dispuesto a pagar y como estamos en 2024 , la mayoría con tarjeta. No creo que estuvieran preparados para la situación y tuvieran preferencia de efectivo (claramente para evitar impuestos). Esto se intensificó rápidamente cuando el gerente le dijo a un miembro de una familia que ‘no era un hombre’ insinuando que no manejaba una factura de pago en efectivo no es un comportamiento masculino? Están respondiendo a familiares y amigos en sus comentarios diciendo que no queríamos pagar, esto está lejos de la verdad - todos estaban listos, pero para lo que claramente no está listo es para su factura de impuestos. No dirija un negocio si no puede manejar sus finanzas, su boca o si no sabe cocinar. EVITA a toda costa, especialmente si buscas una experiencia agradable porque NO la encontrarás aquí.

This place is so over rated its unbelievable. Its like London prices, but most people are on Burnley wages. I cant understand that they can get away with charging the prices they charge. They will use the same brewery as the rest of the pubs and clubs. And its the same wine that pubs and clubs use and they charge nearly 3 times more for the same drink just to pay their extortinate overheads. Their should be a ban on ripping customers off. 10 people having a meal and a couple of drinks £1,000!!!! absolutely rediculous

Hossam, I tried to,contact your restaurant repeatedly and none of your phones were answered. It just kept ringing. You advertised that you do delivery but it does not appear so. Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering ..and you are losing business.
