The food is actually tasty, however this restaurant is let down by many things. The portions are for kids, every adult (6 of us) left hungry despite ordering starter and main. The service is very slow and also a little haphazard as different waiters were involved throughout our dining experience and each one didn’t know what was discussed with last one. We had to ask maybe 5 or 6 times for extra cutlery and some smaller glasses for the kids. Not sure why they kept ignoring/forgetting this. We were in a bit of a hurry at the end as we had a show to go to at The O2. We let them know of our situation and requested the bill. It took 15 minutes to come because they insisted that the table be cleared before the bill. The waiters weren’t unfriendly but they certainly weren’t anything memorable. And I know this is London/The O2 but I felt it was slightly overpriced for what it was. We have been to plenty of Turkish/Lebanese type restaurants and the portions, quality, taste, are all far superior for a lot less price. I’m not sure if I would go back again. Instant feeling is no, however there are a lot of junk food restaurants at The O2 which means choice is quite limited so perhaps I’ll give it another shot.

Dont know why there are any poor reviews for this place, as it is superb. The best dining experience I've had in the O2. Great turkish food, friendly service, nice environment, in a quiet part of the O2 (icon outlet). Had some great Lebanese red wine too - so good I took a photo of the bottle, to try and find some to buy. Definitely our new go -to place before gigs here.

We have found our 'go to' O2 restaurant. Delicious food, good value, stylish surroundings and perhaps above all, friendly, quick, responsive service and staff - which makes it all that bit more enjoyable. They couldn't have been kinder and really helped us out and the Maitre D' certainly made it all more fun. The restaurant is situated right by entrance H - very handy - and close to the shopping mall. Happily this is an independent restaurant (hurrah!) and if you can't get the table time you want on line do call the number on the website (and speak to an actual human being - hurrah again). You might find that you can be squeezed in. Highly recommended. We had a lovely time and will certainly go back.

Very slow service. Took a bottle of wine nearly 15 minutes to arrive. All the wines are over priced. Asked to change the rice on my dish to salad - they wouldn't do that. Dinners came out two at a time and when they did arrive the food was stone cold. No one came to ask us if everything was OK or if we needed more drinks. The plates of those of us who were finished were cleared whilst the others were still eating. One plate was even removed from underneath a bowl that someone was eating from. It also took around ten minutes for a requested sauce to arrive - this was supposed to be with the main. The main arrived, no sauce. A service charge is added to the bill, we chose not to pay it. will most definitely not return.

Slow and awkward service. Asked to change the rice in the mains to chips. Even offered to pay a premium to do so. They refused to replace the rice with chips. On the sides menu the rice and chips are the same price so it shouldn’t matter. Such a simple request. One that wouldn’t take any effort at all. And they wouldn’t do it. Don’t waste time here.

We came here at 5.30pm before seeing Sam Smith in concert. We were shown to our table and given menus. We both decided to order wraps. When the waiter came over, he said they didn’t serve the wraps in the evening, even though we could see other tables eating them. When my husband asked him where it said that on the menu, or the website, they were unable to show anything - but still refused to serve anything from that part of the menu. We were instructed to order a similar dish from the mains, but which was almost double the price. With no other option, we gave in, but asked if the rice could be swapped for chips. The waiter said categorically not. We asked if he could ask the chef. Again he said no, it tastes better with rice. After much back-and-forth, I said I didn’t eat rice and so I would like it swapped. He said he’d have to ask the chef but it was unlikely. He disappeared to the kitchen and we didn’t hear any more until our dishes arrived - with chips. It left a sour taste - although the food was nice, we felt we had been fleeced, and had to coerce the waiter to give us the food we were paying for! Won’t return.

Great and warm atmosphere, good service and nice mediterranian food, but the forced 15 % service charge was new to me in London.

Th food was delicious but the service ruined our experience. The restaurant claim on their website to deliver a fine dining experience. Be left in no doubt - it is definitely NOT fine dining in any way! It was my sister's birthday and I'd booked the restaurant ahead of an Ed Sheeran concert as a surprise. Like a previous reviewer's experience - despite the restaurant not being full, we were totally rushed by the staff. The waiter had no patience as we ordered our drinks - then they brought the wrong tonic water. The tonic was swapped and then the replacement bottles sat at the bar for ages. By now - with incomplete drinks - our starters had arrived and as we ate them, our main courses were brought to the table. We asked if the mains could be kept warm in the kitchen while we finished our starters but no. This was not possible, so the waiter began to take starters off the table to make room to put the mains down. We had to fight to keep the food we'd paid for! I asked for the wine list. The waiter repeated "wine list?" "Yes a wine list. Please could I have the wine list so I can order a glass of wine". The waiter looked confused. "A list of the drinks you sell?" The waiter still looked confused and didn't bring anything! We asked for condiments - they didn't arrive either. Then a waitress arrived to remove the plates when we still had food on our plates. When we expressed the frustration, the waitress started arguing back. Remember the restaurant is fine dining! In summary, very tasty but basic food, inexperienced staff, amateur service, and a rushed experience which wasn't special for my sister's special day. :(

Like a previous reviewer the 3 stars are based on the food that was fine and reasonably priced. We had booked in advance for 5.30 pre an Ed Sheeran concert. The service was very rushed to turn the tables . They pressed us to order despite having just delivered our cocktails. My starter and main were delivered at the same time explaining that they ‘would be very busy that evening’ ! The waitress kept hovering to hurry us up which was very annoying although when we asked for 2 glasses of wine they took ages to appear. Nice food but please chill out with the service.

We were at the O2 for Peter Kay and had booked a table for 5:30. Although the restaurant was busy and people were waiting for tables, we had a leisurely meal and left at 6:45. The food was delicious, service excellent and the space is a cut above many of the pack 'em in style eateries at the O2. As we left the charming owner introduced himself to us, checked we had enjoyed ourselves and thanked us for coming. I'd suggest pre booking on event days and as service is not rapid but more leisurely (and therefore more enjoyable), arrive a bit earlier.

It’s a 3 based on food, which, when it eventually arrived was good. Front of house shocking. We arrived on time table pre booked. When a waiter pointed us to the manager he said no table available as they were busy. Thought we’d get a drink at the bar and wait, no chance of getting a drink as your barman just ignored us. Seated 20 mins later no one was interested in taking our drinks or food order. Long story short food arrived we bolted it down and rushed to our seats.. Avoid
