The only reason this has 1 star is due to the horrible service I received. I came with a reservation and was laughed at because they were extremely busy. The reservation clearly meant nothing to them and they did randomly seated people they saw. We waited over 45 minutes to be seated and 1 hour and a half for our food and drinks. Albeit the food was great, the appalling service overshadowed the experience. Don’t bother going when it is busy.

It was good and definitely fills you up (big portions) but left slightly underwhelmed, typical breakfast dishes, nice, simply nothing to rave about.

Avoid this place—terrible service, freezing conditions, and a hair in my food! We waited ages just to have our order taken, all while a broken entrance door kept swinging open, letting in cold air and cigarette smoke. Despite seeing us struggle with the door, the staff did nothing to help, not even offering to move us to a different table. Even the waiters left the door open, adding to our discomfort. After a 45-minute wait, my meal arrived—with a hair in it. When I pointed it out, the waiter didn’t apologise and rudely asked if I wanted it remade. By then, I had lost my appetite and told him I didn’t want it. His response was hostile, and he left the plate in front of me, forcing me to move it myself. Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, we left without eating. A truly awful experience from start to finish.

Had a lovely experience at Boulevard! The customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared, making the whole dining experience even better. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing French Toast!! Chef Hussain has done an amazing job in satisfying my long due craving for a nice French Toast in London! The staff was welcoming and I really regret never noticing this cafe before which is right next to where I live, but rather late than sorry! :) I totally recommend!!

Fantastic! I attended here with my husband for his birthday brunch. We ordered two English breakfasts and one Nutella French toast. A latte and an English tea. Everything was extremely tasty and flavourful. We absolutely loved the English breakfast and French toast. This was one of the best French toasts I’ve ever had in my entire life. It melted in the mouth and the taste was incredible. Presentation was fantastic. Customer service was brilliant. So so happy with everything Thank you so much

Came here to have brunch with a friend, the English breakfast was great and finished it off with a nice Lottus Dream Pancakes!! Would definitely recommend, staff were very friendly and willing to help. Especially Ahmed!

An absolutely great place for a relaxed brunch! The selection of food was varied and everything tasted incredibly delicious. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service - our waiter Omar was extremely friendly, attentive and made sure that we felt completely at home. Such warm service makes the visit even more pleasant! We'll definitely be back.

Great place to eat. Personally I would have preferred the music to be quieter all the time, but a member of staff kindly turned it down when I asked. I wholeheartedly recommend the Boulevard.
