Food arrived , cold poor quality, small portions and £1.00 for a tea spoon of ketchup. Over priced and disappointing. use another kebab shop if you can Donna

After placing an order tonight I’m shocked with the service. I was told by the delivery driver that my food was delivered to a blonde lady despite me having brown hair. I have not received my delivery and nothing was offered to try and resolve the issue. I’m generally gutted off how I was just pushed off, wouldn’t mind but I looking forward to my takeaway, POOR SERVICE!!

Wow, not easy to explain how poor this takeaway meal was, arrived cold and the fiery sauce was a wet milky yogurt liquid. Called the restaurant to mention the problem and got a five minutes tirade of abuse. Luckily got a refund from deliveroo. Well done deliveroo.

Clean , efficient and incredibly tasty fresh food! High quality and the best ingredients! Not the cheapest but excellent value for money compared to what else is available nearby! Highly recommend

Food was brilliant!!!. I had the chicken shwarama with fresh pitta bread, also tried the saffron chicken which was brilliant aswell

After eating here many times and having a great food my last experience was so poor I spent £19 and it was freezing cold very dry and very small.. this is such a shame as it’s always been spot on! I emailed them twice no response at all.. will I eat here again certainly not!.. if management read this I highly recommended you instead of thinking of the short hall ie quick cash!! Think of the long hall!! repeated custom!! AVOID!!

We had to have food quickly before we went to the cinema in Wilmslow. We shared a chicken burger and chips and they were hot fresh and tasty. Lovely set up

Went for first time today girl very helpful as I haven’t a clue what to order 10 for a kabab but worth it not like the disgusting food from Jamin next door with definitely be back one thing that would be helpful would be a menu with pictures of the various dishes

Went zatar on Friday evening ordered a kebab with fries. Must say it was the worst kebab iv had. No flavour and the taste was awful. The naan bread was not cooked properly and was very cold. Definitely won’t be going back there again. Don’t mind paying £30 for kebab an fries if it was cooked Properly.

I read the reviews before I ordered and honestly I can't relate to any of the criticisms. I always get the protein box and the portion size is incredible! I've ordered a few times now and never had a disappointing meal from here, its great because you can tell its cooked fresh and decent not a greasy meal so it eliminates the post takeaway guilt So, yes it might be more than a regular takeaway but this isn't a regular takeaway. You get what you pay for and IMO Zatar is worth the extra couple of quid

Had a lovely Lamb fillet kebab from here, very tasty, the chicken wings and fries were disappointing. Food arrived quickly

Cold food, bland taste, sauces are literally like flavoured water, took an hour to arrive..... shave meat off a kebab spit and put it on a naan bread then deliver 0.5 mile and it took an hour!!! I refuse to believe it was busy as never see anyone in store eating and when your paying £25 for a kebab and chips cant see many people ordering either. Will never order from here again.

Freshly made flatbreads, made in front of you. Baked and filled, wide choice of fillings, salads, herbs and sauces. Really filling and good value for money.
