Had a mixed Shish the chicken was dry and lamb was just lumps of fat. Very expensive for what you get. Although the staff were very good. This was a very large family event and all 8 tables were charged extortionate service fee and it total that came to £280 an absolute joke when we only had 2 servers. It took them over an hour for us to all pay as there was items on the bills that we didn’t get and unfortunately we decided just to pay and get out. But most certainly will not be returning.

This was a real surprise. I chose it for its vibrant decor and cocktail menu. I got so much more. Fabulous drag DJ entertainer with the best legs I've ever seen. My husband and I really did have a riot of a time. Singing and dancing along was a hoot. Just wish it was local we would go there all the time. Staff were fun and welcoming. Just remember it's a drag act so not for the super touchy and easily offended. Loved it, keep it up girl, oh and the doorman had some great moves too!xx

Olea Social is a gem. The service is brilliant— friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They were accommodating with allergies, taking care to ensure every dish was safe for each person. The food was varied and absolutely lovely. Great selection of wine. Highly recommend!

Sapores Lounge es una delicia absoluta! El ambiente es cálido y acogedor, perfecto para una noche relajada con amigos o una cena informal. La comida es deliciosa, llena de sabores ricos y bellamente presentada. Lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial es el maravilloso personal. Un saludo especial a Roberto, que trabaja allí: es increíblemente amable, profesional y siempre se asegura de que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Ordered large chips and I must say they were the worst chips we had ever had. They were white, hard, and just about warm. You couldn't even put them between bread to disguise the look and taste. £7 in the bin for two large chips, never again.

I find it quite unbelievable that, after claiming to be a vegetarian restaurant for years, they’re still selling non-vegetarian Parmesan on their menu - they even mention this on the website (calf rennet is made from dead calves). The Vegetarian Society contacted them about this in 2014, but they don’t appear to have taken it on board. There are so many vegetarian cheeses these days (I don’t mean vegan cheese, I mean dairy cheese made without animal rennet), it’s a shame they couldn’t accept this feedback. I wonder how many unsuspecting people have eaten here believing their food to be vegetarian, when it isn’t.

Only crisps and nuts at the bar, wouldn’t serve olives as kitchen had shut. Partner has a nut allergy so popped to grab a snack from the shop. Extremely rude response from the bar staff and manager wouldn’t let us consume on site. Refused to serve us a second drink. We are local and very disappointed in the treatment. To add to this, they were only friendly when asking to use my dog for their social media pictures which I agreed to - I wish I hadn’t!

Shocking service as an Uber Driver trying to pick up. Rakesh left me sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for an order. 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches to be made and a cookie… Every person who walked in after me was served straight away and just left me sat there like I haven’t got customers to attend to. Again, shocking service for your customers who have ordered.

That's a few things I've bought recently from Trio and been unhappy. Tonight's fish supper wasn't great at all. Looks and tastes like it's been sitting all night, a lot of black chips as well . Last time I ordered a black pudding supper, the black pudding was that spicy , I couldn't eat it. Hubby just said his chicken tastes like it's been sitting for a while as well. I think I'll be giving this a miss in the future.

We chose The Boot Tepee to celebrate my daughter’s 21st Birthday with close friends and family. It was the perfect set up for us. Kathy, who organises all of the events was extremely helpful throughout as were staff on the day when we dropped off a birthday cake, balloons, photo boards etc. Everyone commented on how lovely the Tepee was and how good the food was too - there are several options to choose from for food - buffet style’ . We all had an amazing time and my daughter loved it! We were so lucky with the weather but as the evening went cooler the fire pit in the Tepee was great. A special thank you to Lottie for looking after us so well on the evening, checking in with me regularly and ensuring our guests had drinks etc. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Tepee at The Boot for a celebration, we had 22 guests in all and although it can accommodate a few more, this gave us ample room to be comfortable in the Tepee and dance around the fire pit! Thank you for making it so special for us .

Still the best these guys have kept the consistency as always as 10 or 15 years ago. any time In great Western Road will definitely go for my mixed or mixed Middle East kebabs with Persian rice. 👌 Well done, boys keep up the good work 👍
