Avoid this place Was in here for NYE charged for bringing my own drinks even the people sat next to us got charged more had to return with the actul bill waiter burnt my jacket with coal owner just apologise not doing anything about it food was cold and hard

Poor customer service had to wait 30 minutes to get in even though we booked a table. They told us we didn't have a booking, even though we booked and paid a deposit. After 30 minutes of waiting to get in we got a table, service was slow we had to wait one hour for food, food was average. We bought a cake for a friend birthday they told us they are charging 20 to bring sparklers out for the cake and after they bring the cake we are told we can't cut it as our time had run out, tried to speak to the manager who did nothing. Poor customer service, not helpful. Ruined the birthday, In the time waiting for the bill we could have cut the cake and eaten it. Would not come back again.

Came here with my friend last week for shisha and dessert. The service was lovely- shoutout to our servers robin and fiza. I ordered the fruity waffles and a coke. Service was fast, efficient and we were given recommendations. Good prices and the online menu had lots of variety. The place is very picturesque which was a plus too. Will definitely be visiting again.

Food was delicious and this is a must go to. If you like shisha then you will love. Located in Camden and easy to get to. I would suggest that you pre-book if you want to visit this restaurant as it can get very busy in the evenings. Good customer service and friendly staff.

SHOCKING DO NOT COME. WASTE OF TIME - shocking management. Made us wait 45 minutes for a table that should have been ready in 20 and then AFTER WAITING 45 minutes told us we have to wait half an hour more. Lack of communication from any of the staff - only the bouncer was helpful. Dont know how the place is running.

First time visiting and one of the best shisha places! The staff were amazing kind and full of fun especially Javairia who made our night special recommending drinks and did a suprise birthday which made my evening special! The music lighting drinks were 10/10 each staff member were lovely and made the night memorable! We will be coming back soon with more friends because of this! Thank you and highly recommend xx

Good selection of food and presented really well with dry smoke making it qwerty. The background music was fantastic and all my family were singing along. I left my glasses and contacted the manager as we do not live anywhere near. He kindly went out of his way to package and post them back to me. Fantastic service, totally recommend.

Awful place rude staff and not black people friendly at all. There was a toenail in my meal awful, see tiktok not friendly for women.

I went in for iftar with my wife and young child as it was nearby. The dining area is very small next to the main entrance. We ordered x2 lamb shank main meals. The rice was egg fried rice that was not specified on the menu. We returned 1 because of this reason but workers did not acknowledge this was there fault and made it seem like he was doing us a favor by removing from the bill. Ordered a spaghetti bolognaise from menu instead but they gave me tailgate bolognaise which again didn't specify on the menu. I complained but worker advised this is how they serve it... FIX YOUR MENU! PS the Tailgate bolognaise was TASTELESS. Menu is inaccurate. FIX YOUR MENU and your staff.

The shisha flavour is nice ! And the decoration is definitely the main attention . The milkshakes 😍😍

Malgré les avis que j’ai pu lire nous avons passé un super moment. Le brunch était très bon et les milkshakes excellent. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et le cadre est magnifique. Très discret et j’ai trouvé le service attentionné.

I just came from the Shisha lounge and it was so pretty. You can take wonderful pictures, bring your own alcohol and relax with your friends. The waiters are kind and accommodating. Whilst the food is good, a little small but filling. The waiters (Visa especially) had amazing customer service. It’s definitely worth the visit

Honestly not even worth it. Imagine standing outside for 40 minutes waiting for a table in the freezing cold because they don’t take bookings. If you don’t order shisha you’re told to leave because “there’s other people waiting outside”. One guy who was on his own came in about 50 minutes after we had been there and he arrived probably 15 minutes before us. Food was quick but so average and there’s not even a wide range of options on the menu. The shisha is overpriced for £30 for one and was the worst shisha I’ve had. It was so tasteless and just a big waste of money. If you’re three people, you have to order 2 shishas between the 3 of you and you still have to order it as they told us “we’re a shisha lounge not a restaurant”. I’ve been to so many lounges and was never FORCED to have shisha and just felt like this place was a rip off. The only thing that was nice was the decorations and venue but that’s it.

Do not go here. We tried to book but they said it was walk ins only. We were third in line and waited 30 minutes to be seated while waiting outside in the freezing cold. These girls who were behind us walked into the restaurant an hour after we were seated they had been standing out there for ages! Was not worth it when we went in. The music was so loud we couldn’t even have a conversation it was like a seated night club. Food was nothing special and what we didn’t get told was that you HAVE TO smoke shisha or you can’t eat. The waiter told us we’d have to leave if we just wanted to eat. And it has to be 1 shisha between 2 people. So if you are in a group of 3 you need to buy 2 shishas which are £30 each and are so weak you could barely feel anything it was so weak and not worth it. We were rushed out of our table and definitely won’t be returning. The venue is decorated nicely but that’s about it. It’s a tiny little room where they squash 40 people
