Subway in Stockport

Deliveroo order. The girl who served me originally was great but the southern asian man who followed up was unbelievably rude to me after I raised that what I ordered had been prepared completely wrong (a system error, not the girl's fault). I couldn't believe how he was speaking to me, trying to make a problem on their side of things my problem to solve. Really disappointing.

Amazing experience. The guy working, pretty sure his name was mazon, was absolutely brilliant. Thank you!

Went in asked guy at counter for breakwich he just ignored me carrying on txt ing on is phone totally inappropriate towards customers wasn't interested shouldn't be there and it wasn't clean so glad I didn't eat there now and that guy is an bad for company..avoid this dirty place and Heald green strange

We visited today at lunch time and the place was very busy. The card machine wasnt working for somebody and a backlog began... We were very patient, the lady in front of us ordered 5 sandwiches and the team tried to cope. We were patient and acknowledging of the stress they must be under but now we have gone we have realised they have given us the wrong sandwich. Now one of us is without lunch and there is no way of us going back to the subway. My friend has had to re purchase lunch as she could not eat the sandwich given and the restaurant refusing to refund. Wouldn't be going again.

There is this person working here who’s name is “Mazen” & he is extremely rude. He Even he was using swearing words. No manners.

Hugely improved version of the Subway I visited in comparison to the previous reviews, as place was super clean, services was great and I had very nice Salad prepared on my request. Whole transaction was quick, smooth and easy! Food was what I chose; Keep Up the good work! Doing a Great Job! Recommended!

If you value your hard earned cash don’t waste your money in this particular subway . We always ordered from this one as we are a company local to this but on our last few occasions when we have ordered the food as been terrible and orders wrong as we have some large orders when clients are in this is totally unacceptable. After calling in and speaking to the extremely rude manager called Maza (possibly ) who basically shouted at me in front of other customers he is an absolute disgrace with no customer service skills whatsoever ! According to him the shop as never made one mistake how he is employed is baffling but then again all the reviews say the same and the shop is always empty . Subway need to get rid of this diabolical so called manager and get someone who values their customer We now go to Heald green all fitted out new and friendly staff that get it right so we’ll done Cheadle you have lost a large order each week 👍

Got a delivery for my daughter has she had come os of hospital , 5 min drive for the uber driver so not their fault … phoned the shop spoke to a very rude manageress who was not helpful and said I had to sort it with uber myself !!! Even though they were great SHE was RUDE and not helpful at all … avoid food was cold and crisps were missing also no cheese so NOT toasted

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered something at 1720 to arrive at 1755, it never turned up and then we were told at 1830 it was returned as we weren't in to receive the order!

Terrible. Ordered via justeat at 1720 today and expected delivery time was 1755, order never came. At 1900 we've given up. Just never showed up and the shop was then closed so nobody to ring. We live five minutes away, how hard can it be to make a sandwich and then have it delivered? Really poor!

So I figured that I was right and that they had ripped me off and sold me a steak n cheese sandwich with rotten Caesar sauce. Disgusting!

Nice store. They don't always do all the offers on the subway app hence 3 stars because you never know whether you can benefit from it. Puts you off going.

If I could give a 0 I would Today I ordered through Deliveroo a subway lunch for my family for my sons birthday. The first problem occurred when the subway was 15 minutes later than shown on the app. Here is the list of the problems with the order 1. My sandwich was missing 2. My son had the wrong bread which he didn’t like 3. My husband had a different sauce that he didn’t want 4. My other son wanted it toasted but it wasn’t 5. The hash browns were stone cold 6. The yo-yo fruit rolls were missing from the order This lunch was planned for my sons birthday and it was absolutely ruined by the lack of care for our order. It was an absolute disgrace. The member of staff who did my order should be ashamed.

Waited 30 minutes to order, the 3 staff inside seemed to be focussed on delivery orders. Masks were worn under noses and one even had it below his mouth. Asked for gluten free bread, looked at me like I had asked for a gold bar. Reply was “ we haven’t got any”. No apology. I asked why. Pause. Reply was “we’ve sold out” which I don’t believe at 1215 on a Friday. Still no apology. So no lunch for me! I will NEVER return.

I will not repeat this experience in this place and recommend that it is bad

Wasn't great this time. Bacon was miscoloured and looked old had to request they take it off as it looked off and swap it and they put it back in the pot with the rest of it for another poor unsuspecting customer. When she wrapped my sandwich she dropped half my salad and some chicken off it on the paper on the side and then instead of putting back on she just binned it. Not as good as usuall and seems to have gone expensive as well for just 1 sandwich. Won't be rushing back in a hurry.

I allowed my 10 year old to go into Subway to order her own sandwich whilst I waited outside for her. When she came out, she looked worried and explained that it had cost more than I had said it would. It became apparent that she had been up sold a foot long sandwich. She had become confused when the server started to ask her if she wanted the foot long sandwich and said yes not realising what she was getting. She ended up with two separately wrapped sandwiches. I immediately went back into the shop to explain the situation and to see if it could be rectified. I was told that nothing could be done as that is what she asked for. It clearly wasn’t. It was up sold to her and the effect was confusing. I was told that I should not have let my 10 year old order unaccompanied. I found the server to be rude, patronising and unhelpful. The sandwich was untouched and separately wrapped yet she would not entertain the idea of a refund. I found her comments to be unnecessarily rude. My daughter is a sensible 10 year old who is able to order food. I felt that the server took advantage of her young age in offering her the oversized sandwich which was clearly in excess of what she wanted. I would not buy from here again.

What a fab experience this morning, as a local business person I appreciate warm and friendly people. Paulina the owner of this subway is a lovely lady, the staff all love her and the food is nice too. Double bonus , she is a huge advocate of community and family which in a small village is very important. I’ve been in before and always had a warm welcome from the staff but chatting to Paulina this morning gave me a smile on a very full day, thank you xx

Great to have a subway in Cheadle. However it is a Subway and like all of these in the UK the quality is low and the food isn't great. Everything seems to taste the same. Prices are good.

This subway is like any other but with a major difference, its staff members, they are very welcoming and will glady have a good conversation with you. They all love people who sit in and have a good talk with them definitely a nice play to go for lunch

Unbelievable price for a ham sandwich..let's add lettuce tomatoes cucumber and a little sauce and charge the earth ... A drink and a packet of crisp your into a mortgage.

They really helped us out on a catering issue. The sandwiches were great and they couldn't do enough for us. I recommend if you are doing a buffet, call these for sandwiches. They do a great mixture and different subs.

Why do all the sandwiches at Subway taste the same, Chicken tastes like Tuna, Tuna tastes like chicken - you get my drift. I wish they would offer some different sauces in keeping with the seasons etc... Anything to liven up my poor old 6" Sub
