Absolutely love this place for sushi takeaway (there’s a few seats to sit in) but great for on the go with hot and cold selections preboxed as well as anything else made to order. Some of the freshest, tastiest salmon I’ve had! Lovely concept!

Great japanese food in Walthamstow. Amongst the best I had in London Refined flavours in a nice new restaurant. I recommmend it.

Rude impolite staff members. As per old reviews, chicken katsu is clearly undercooked even though their comments page say otherwise! Avoid avoid!

He estado aquí muchas veces y tengo que decir que esta vez fue extremadamente decepcionante lo único bueno de todo el servicio de comedor fue nuestro camarero Bhajan, él era el único camarero que era muy servicial. Era hora feliz y cuando preguntamos si las bebidas se pueden sacar más tarde porque hay una falta de espacio en la mesa, esa solicitud fue denegada. En cuanto a la comida, fue atroz que pedimos la brocheta de ternera wagyu y estaba severamente hecha y en el lado quemado , la carne de ternera debe derretirse en su boca, pero era demasiado masticable, por lo que le dijimos a otro camarero que es demasiado masticable, ni siquiera preguntó si querríamos reemplazo o no y simplemente envió otro plato y esta vez estaba muy poco cocinado! Luego tuvimos el bacalao negro y puedo decir que sin siquiera probarlo, estaba hecho, el bacalao negro debería descascarillarse bien, pero no lo hizo una y otra vez y el pescado se volvió duro y masticable. Un camarero preguntó cómo estaba la comida, así que le dije cortésmente que muchos de los platos estaban exagerados y el camarero puso algunas excusas que cada restaurante hace bacalao negro diferente, diferentes sabores, sí, pero no tan duro como las botas viejas. De nuevo le dije amablemente que he comido bacalao negro miso en muchos restaurantes y que no debería ser negro, quemado y seco como el desierto del Sahara. Parece sorprendido de que haya un problema con la comida cuando nos preguntó si algo estaba mal. Wagyu debe cocinarse para que la textura se derrita en la boca y el bacalao negro debe cocinarse para que el pescado se desprenda y tenga una textura súper suave. Creo que algunos de los camareros de este restaurante necesitan más entrenamiento para lidiar con las quejas y si la comida no sale como debería ser para lidiar con las respuestas mucho mejor en lugar de inventar excusas. Después de esta experiencia gastronómica que puedo vender no volveré pronto, ya que para otros sushi shiro globales el de Londres es atroz en comparación con otros.

There is an Itsu store opposite Aldgate Tube station and I was peckish so I decided to pay it a visit. It was at about 7pm and my order was prepared really quickly for me. It was really tasty! The restaurant was clean and tidy and even though it was early evening in the City there were still a few people enjoying the food. There were staff about as well making sure tables were clean and ready for the next customers.

Hello everyone!! We had a wonderful time at Sushi Samba in this beautiful setting. The sushi was excellent, and not to mention the impeccable service, thanks to Azamat, who was excellent throughout the evening! Thank you so much! We highly recommend it ;))

It's a pretty standard Itsu, selling all the usual Itsu Fayre. The location is handy and has decent seating inside. The Chicken Teriyaki is good, but I was a bit unimpressed to see the 'half portion' they served me up 👎 Not sure I'd return to this Branch in a hurry...🫤

Hidden gem. Great food with very friendly service. I used to work around the corner from here for years and annoyed I never knew about it until now. Food was excellent and great value. Interesting interior and service excellent. Would recommend the sushi boat - all fish was incredibly fresh and tasty. Will definitely be back.

Lovely food. Azamat was an amazing waiter and helped up choose our food as it was our first time and made the evening special for my boyfriends birthday. Definitely recommend. We had the wagyu gyoza and the pork ribs which were amazing. The sweet potato was a little hard but overall an excellent meal

Ristorante veramente eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. La location è veramente incredibile. Il ristorante che si trova al 39° piano si raggiunge con ascensore esclusivo. Il cibo è veramente delizioso e ricercato. I dolci sono icredibile ed ottimi anche i cocktail. Il personale ti cura dall'inizio alla fine. Abbiamo riferito che era la prima volta che mangiavamo lì e ci hanno riservato un tavolo con vista pazzesca su tutta la city. Fantastica la nostra cameriera Andrea, sempre premurosa e pronta a darci consigli. Il prezzo non è alla portata di tutti, ma considerata la location, il servizio e la qualità del cibo se lo meritano tutto. Molto curata la pulizia. Tornerò sicuramente

Had the chicken katsu curry, and it was really good! Good sauce, good noodles, good chicken, good value. I think I’ll be back here again.
