They tell you exactly how many calories each product contains. It's delicious, looks beautiful and you don't feel guilty after eating. Healthy 'fastfood'; I' loving it :-)

Itsu has a range of very healthy meals that are equally delicious. They offer filling meals and is a go-to place if i am ever in the mood for sushi or some noodles!

Great food tasting so good and yet healthy why oh why have I only found out about this now? Went with a friend and was so impressed found the recipe book and have been feasting on gorgeous meals

I've become a big fan of itsu recently, I find the food different but really nice. Great for those that want a health kick.
