I was on a diet trying to loose some weight; lunch can than be a challenge. Everywhere you go, you'll find temping but unhealthy alternatives. Its is different. They tell you exactly how many calories each product contains. It's delicious, looks beautiful and you don't feel guilty after eating. Healthy 'fastfood'; I' loving it :-)

Itsu has a range of very healthy meals that are equally delicious. They offer filling meals and is a go-to place if i am ever in the mood for sushi or some noodles!

Great food tasting so good and yet healthy why oh why have I only found out about this now? Went with a friend and was so impressed found the recipe book and have been feasting on gorgeous meals

В общем, можно отлично пообедать, особенно тем, кто спешит, но хочет съесть "правильную" пищу, без лишних калорий и жиров. Ведь в заведении хорошее сочетание свежих салатов и овощей с белковой пищей: курица, рыба, морепродукты.

I've become a big fan of itsu recently, I find the food different but really nice. Great for those that want a health kick.
