Itsu in City of London, Westminster

Nini, the blond girl (sorry if I didn’t get your name right), was very nice and made sure I was served and didn’t have any questions, even though it was self service section. Good job!

It’s the second time this week that I go to have dinner at this shop, today it was an special one, the girl that appears with me on the picture is simply kind friendly and sweet, she made me feel home, and the guy (Dominican republic it’s his home town) when he realised we shared Spanish as a common language and went the extra mile giving me on the house a miso soup, A+ for them both, after a tiring day at work this is all you need to end up your day with a smile that can’t be erased from your face… thank you guys 😊😉☺️😃

Fabulous service and healthy food. I love itsu offerings and I highly recommend this particular joint for it's superb customer service. I have visited this place many times only to be impressed with their level of customer attention in addition to excellent food. Special mention to Naaz for her thoughtful approach.

We were served by a lovely member of staff called Nini. We had two young students visiting us and as pensioners we were tired after a day of sightseeing. Suddenly we noticed the half-price offer and decided we could afford a treat. Nini advised us to try the chocolate desserts too, so we had a lovely supper. Thank you Nini for great service.

Super fast-food asiatique. La dame nous a bien aidé pour ma fille qui cherchait des solutions gluten free. Les sauces à tables étaient très bonnes aussi.

The service was very good here as well as the food in reference to the type of food. Venu was comfortable and clean and relaxed. I'm not sure about peak times.

A friendly welcome at the door, and a nice vibe. However, food in takeaway containers when eating in is not great. Chicken was extremely hot (temperature wise) and gyoza not cooked so a bit tough. Love the concept.

Горячие блюда собирают при вас и они теплые. Все продукты свежие, рис и рыба просто идеальные. 🍙Очень люблю японскую кухню и это место для меня просто открытие! Всем рекомендую!

I visited this shop when I visited Monument for the 2nd time ( actually the 3rd if I count my 1st visit in '83 ) during my very recent trip to London this summer.I did a take away .I got avocado rolls & edamame .They were very fresh & tasted good ! Inside of the restaurant was very clean & very simple ,but also very pretty & modern !! I wish if I could've stayed in !! But,I was in a hurry. I wanted to try a vegan set,too ! They looked good !The lady worked there was very friendly & professional. The machine was easy to use & pay .The prices were affordable ,perfect for a quick bite !! It was across from Mark & Spencer which I shopped at right before visiting this shop ! I definitely recommend this place !

Really good. Girl working there was amazing. This I can say is best customer service. Her name is Nini. She was so nice and helpful. She helped my pregnant friend to pick a food she can safely eat in her pregnancy. California rool Nini made was fresh and ready delicious. She was really friendly and helpful. Nowadays very hard to find someone who is really customer focused but it is not fake but very honest and natural. I give 💯 stars to Nini of her service and plus 💯 stars to delicious food. Well done.

I went there for a grab of Itsu in Gracechurch, the food was great. Well recommended Ms. Nini she was able to help me and give me some tips about the food. A very nice and friendly person if you have a chance to drop by at Gracechurch look for Ms. Nini and she can help you and recommend more of the food. I love the Bao Bun and the Salad. 駅構内にでっかい広告を打ち出していて、気になってはいたのですがあえて日本食を食べるまでもないだろうと思っていました。しか し滞在中に風邪をひいてしまって、チキンスープが飲みたくなり、ここに入ってみました。ビーフンの入ったチキンスープは味が薄くて、おいしくありませんでした。これは日本食ではなく、東南アジア系の食べ物だと思いました。店内はきれいで清潔でビジネスマンが多く利用しているようでした。

There are about 40 of these restaurants across London that provide an enjoyable sushi fix. Reasonable prices. Fresh. Not great but solid sushi. Main attraction is convenience.

Popped in for a quick late lunch (2.30pm) and the place was unsurprisingly not full, so no pressure on the seating. There is always a virtuous feeling attached to eating in an Itsu, as it is the kind of food we know is healthy and good for us but which we rarely think of preparing for ourselves! I chose the raw tuna salad with a coconut water to accompany it. Lovely little dish, very tasty and had fun wielding the chopsticks. Fitted the time I had available and the tables and chairs were very clean and tidy.

Standard itsu, good food as you havs expect from any Itsu branches. The price is decent and the amount of food is very good. Fresh, good and healthy food. The price of the food is 50% less half an hour before closing,

Die Londoner sind allesamt auf dem Gesundheits Trip. Eine der Ketten die diesen Trend bedienen, ist das Itsu. Hier gibt es zu einem günstigen Preis Suppen, Sushi und asiatische Nudel- oder Reisgerichte. Geschmacklich sind die Gerichte top und für den kleinen Geldbeutel sehr zu empfehlen.

You'd never go here for a proper dining out experience but it's great for a quick and healthy lunch that will fill you up until dinner time. Great amount of variety and options. Very happy!

やはり外国寿司ですが、どうしてもお寿司が食べたい時、お味噌汁が恋しい時、ご飯ものじゃないと嫌だ！と言う時に便利です。どこ にでもありますし、照り焼きチキン＋ご飯や照り焼きサーモン＋ご飯等が４ポンドちょっとで買えるのは嬉しい。そんなに美味しくはないけれど日本人にはありがたい１stフード店だと思います。

The title says it all - Itsu comes handy when one is in a rush and needs to grab a quick lunch. It is consistent in its unremarkableness, and serves a purpose. But there are much better options nearby if one craves japanese food...

ランチですしを食べました。もちろん日本と比較した場合、美味しくはないですが、London価格としてはとてもリーズナブルで 十分許容範囲です。

So much choice, but the Miso Soup is a must have for me. A great place and right next door to my office so convenient too. The carb free option is great, very healthy.
