Itsu in City of London, Westminster

You can eat Japanese food in London! It's not expensive compared to others, so it's easy to get into. I had the salmon rice bowl, and it was delicious and made with rice, which is common in Japan! The miso soup and passion fruit kombucha were also delicious! I'm glad I stopped by while waiting for Horizon22!

I went to ITSU 5th December 2024 for the first time. I really enjoyed my visit. The food tasted delicious. The food was fresh and healthy. The machines were easy to use. The customer service was amazing. The free soup I was given was really tasty too. The staff asked if I needed any help and they were friendly. The place was clean and tidy,

I come into Itsu, Gracechutch Street whenever I visit my chiropractor around the corner. As always I was made to feel very welcome here. The food was warm and tasty as always and Tanvir looked after me and made sure I had everything I needed. I’ll be back again very soon!

This is now probably the best Itsu in London, I've started recently to use it again and I just love it: the service is way beyond other Itsu restaurants, the team is always very friendly and smiling and the place is spotless. I imagine there was a recent change as before I used to avoid it because of the unfriendly staff, but now it's completely changed. Way to go, keep up the good work! It's very close to my office so I am happy I don't need to go further now.

I don't go to Itsu very often but I must say today was special because I was served by Nini. It doesn't happen very often that you are served with a smile and kind attitude in fast food place. I will definitely come back.

A basic Itsu located in the heart of the City. If you want to avoid the crowds of people on lunch break I advise you to go there after 2:30 p.m.

It’s the second time this week that I go to have dinner at this shop, today it was an special one, the girl that appears with me on the picture is simply kind friendly and sweet, she made me feel home, and the guy (Dominican republic it’s his home town) when he realised we shared Spanish as a common language and went the extra mile giving me on the house a miso soup, A+ for them both, after a tiring day at work this is all you need to end up your day with a smile that can’t be erased from your face… thank you guys 😊😉☺️😃

Fabulous service and healthy food. I love itsu offerings and I highly recommend this particular joint for it's superb customer service. I have visited this place many times only to be impressed with their level of customer attention in addition to excellent food. Special mention to Naaz for her thoughtful approach.

We were served by a lovely member of staff called Nini. We had two young students visiting us and as pensioners we were tired after a day of sightseeing. Suddenly we noticed the half-price offer and decided we could afford a treat. Nini advised us to try the chocolate desserts too, so we had a lovely supper. Thank you Nini for great service.

The service was very good here as well as the food in reference to the type of food. Venu was comfortable and clean and relaxed. I'm not sure about peak times.

A friendly welcome at the door, and a nice vibe. However, food in takeaway containers when eating in is not great. Chicken was extremely hot (temperature wise) and gyoza not cooked so a bit tough. Love the concept.

I visited this shop when I visited Monument for the 2nd time ( actually the 3rd if I count my 1st visit in '83 ) during my very recent trip to London this summer.I did a take away .I got avocado rolls & edamame .They were very fresh & tasted good ! Inside of the restaurant was very clean & very simple ,but also very pretty & modern !! I wish if I could've stayed in !! But,I was in a hurry. I wanted to try a vegan set,too ! They looked good !The lady worked there was very friendly & professional. The machine was easy to use & pay .The prices were affordable ,perfect for a quick bite !! It was across from Mark & Spencer which I shopped at right before visiting this shop ! I definitely recommend this place !

Really good. Girl working there was amazing. This I can say is best customer service. Her name is Nini. She was so nice and helpful. She helped my pregnant friend to pick a food she can safely eat in her pregnancy. California rool Nini made was fresh and ready delicious. She was really friendly and helpful. Nowadays very hard to find someone who is really customer focused but it is not fake but very honest and natural. I give 💯 stars to Nini of her service and plus 💯 stars to delicious food. Well done.

駅構内にでっかい広告を打ち出していて、気になってはいたのですがあえて日本食を食べるまでもないだろうと思っていました。しかし滞在中に風邪をひいてしまって、チキンスープが飲みたくなり、ここに入ってみました。ビーフンの入ったチキンスープは味が薄くて、おいしくありませんでした。これは日本食ではなく、東南アジア系の食べ物だと思いました。店内はきれいで清潔でビジネスマンが多く利用しているようでした。

Un salto para un almuerzo rápido tarde (2. 30:00) y el lugar es de esperarse no estaba lleno, así que no hay presión en los asientos. Siempre hay un sentimiento virtuoso adjunto a comer en un Itsu, ya que es el tipo de comida es saludable y sabemos bien para nosotros, pero que rara vez ocurre para nosotros preparar! Elegí la ensalada de atún crudo con agua de coco para acompañar. Precioso plato poco, muy sabrosa y nos divertimos blandiendo los palillos. Instalado el tiempo disponible y las mesas y las sillas estaban muy limpias y ordenadas.

You'd never go here for a proper dining out experience but it's great for a quick and healthy lunch that will fill you up until dinner time. Great amount of variety and options. Very happy!

やはり外国寿司ですが、どうしてもお寿司が食べたい時、お味噌汁が恋しい時、ご飯ものじゃないと嫌だ！と言う時に便利です。どこ にでもありますし、照り焼きチキン＋ご飯や照り焼きサーモン＋ご飯等が４ポンドちょっとで買えるのは嬉しい。そんなに美味しくはないけれど日本人にはありがたい１stフード店だと思います。
