Absolutely love this place for sushi takeaway (there’s a few seats to sit in) but great for on the go with hot and cold selections preboxed as well as anything else made to order. Some of the freshest, tastiest salmon I’ve had! Lovely concept!

Rude impolite staff members. As per old reviews, chicken katsu is clearly undercooked even though their comments page say otherwise! Avoid avoid!

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere and great staff! Went with friends and we enjoyed the seating outside for a drink in the sun and then moved inside for a good bottle of house white. The food is presented beautifully and tastes a good !Best dishes - black cod and prawn gyoza

There is an Itsu store opposite Aldgate Tube station and I was peckish so I decided to pay it a visit. It was at about 7pm and my order was prepared really quickly for me. It was really tasty! The restaurant was clean and tidy and even though it was early evening in the City there were still a few people enjoying the food. There were staff about as well making sure tables were clean and ready for the next customers.

Great japanese food in Walthamstow. Amongst the best I had in London Refined flavours in a nice new restaurant. I recommmend it.

It's a pretty standard Itsu, selling all the usual Itsu Fayre. The location is handy and has decent seating inside. The Chicken Teriyaki is good, but I was a bit unimpressed to see the 'half portion' they served me up 👎 Not sure I'd return to this Branch in a hurry...🫤

I don't consider myself picky about sushi, but this place underwhelmed me. The interior design was very elegant, and the staff was very nice, but the sushi just-- didn't do it for me. I must've come at a bad time (around 5PM), because the place was almost empty. As a result, the same plates of sushi kept circulating the conveyor belt for god knows how long, and I didn't see the cooks making a new roll even once. While there were quite a few plates on rotation, the dishes themselves were lacking in variety. The thing about good sushi is, you can go fancy and put a bunch of intriguing stuff inside, or you can go simple and rely on the delicious freshness of the fish alone. So, none of the dishes were particularly interesting and flashy, which leaves us with high-quality ingredients, right? While I don't consider myself some discerning connoisseur, there *is* a distinct feeling that's easy to pick up on when the fish is very fresh, and I did not get it from the sushi here. It was... fine, I suppose, inoffensive, but left me wanting. I also had a matcha latte, which was pretty nice, and a matcha brownie, which did not make for a very good dessert. Unlike what you might expect from something with 'brownie' in the name, it did not have the consistency or texture of one, there was no significant chocolate-y presence alongside the matcha, and it was served weirdly, almost uncomfortably warm. I've never had a place heat up a brownie for me, and I can't say it elevated the experience. Overall, I'm afraid it was rather disappointing, despite the lovely interior and staff.

A busy and vibrant restaurant serving top notch modern Japanese cuisine. We were advised to make reservations and so glad we did. When we arrived we were greeted and escorted to our table by a friendly hostess. We were glad we made reservations as it was packed. Food was delicious and presented beautifully. All wait staff were polite, friendly and efficient. A great dining experience. Not to be missed if you want to experience a modern take on Japanese food. We over ordered and over ate 😂😂

Después de ser sentada en el bar por una encantadora anfitriona, no pasó mucho tiempo antes de que me dieran un menú y me pidieran un pedido. Had the chicken katsu curry, and it was really good! Good sauce, good noodles, good chicken, good value. I think I’ll be back here again.
