Absolutely love this place for sushi takeaway (there’s a few seats to sit in) but great for on the go with hot and cold selections preboxed as well as anything else made to order. Some of the freshest, tastiest salmon I’ve had! Lovely concept!

Great japanese food in Walthamstow. Amongst the best I had in London Refined flavours in a nice new restaurant. I recommmend it.

Rude impolite staff members. As per old reviews, chicken katsu is clearly undercooked even though their comments page say otherwise! Avoid avoid!

Estoy muy triste de escribir esto, ya que solía amar a Shiro, pero esta noche nos fuimos sintiéndonos engañados e ignorados por el nuevo gerente... ... el personal solía ser genial y también lo era la dirección, pero ahora realmente no se preocupan por los clientes. Pedimos el Maki Monday buy one get one free y ellos ignoraron ese pedido y nos trajeron uno de cada uno - pedimos otro Maki y nos dijeron DESPUÉS de la factura que habíamos perdido la oportunidad de comprar uno get one free. Todo eso está en un billete de casi 300 libras, pero el problema es que al gerente no le importó una mierda en absoluto, ni discusión, ni cambio, simplemente se quedó ahí agitando el dispositivo de POS. Es una pena, ya que me encantó este lugar y visitaría todo el tiempo, pero muestra lo que sucede cuando el personal cambia.

There is an Itsu store opposite Aldgate Tube station and I was peckish so I decided to pay it a visit. It was at about 7pm and my order was prepared really quickly for me. It was really tasty! The restaurant was clean and tidy and even though it was early evening in the City there were still a few people enjoying the food. There were staff about as well making sure tables were clean and ready for the next customers.

It's a pretty standard Itsu, selling all the usual Itsu Fayre. The location is handy and has decent seating inside. The Chicken Teriyaki is good, but I was a bit unimpressed to see the 'half portion' they served me up 👎 Not sure I'd return to this Branch in a hurry...🫤

I had a great time due to Melissa who's service was exceptional she went above and beyond to make sure my date and I had a brilliant time. She got us seats by the window with a lovely view,. The cocktails were 10/10. Definitely coming back

We came here for a work dinner. It is a very Instagramable place, particularly the dining room with fabulous views out over the London skyline. The service was great, the cocktails were great and the food was good. If I was being picky, I would say that the food is not as good as Roka, but I did really enjoy the evening.

Sentados uno frente al otro en asientos altos con los vecinos incómodamente cerca para hacer imposible cualquier conversación privada. El servicio fue impactante, no parecía tener idea. La camarera no tenía ni idea del menú, así que tuvimos que señalar todo y lo copió del menú en una pequeña almohadilla chatarra. Luego se equivocó y volvió dos veces para comprobarlo. Traje una persona principal pero no la otra ya que solo una estaba lista y mi acompañante tuvo que tener su aperitivo de sushi después de su principal ya que la cocina estaba ocupada aparentemente. Had the chicken katsu curry, and it was really good! Good sauce, good noodles, good chicken, good value. I think I’ll be back here again.
