wasabi are in some respects better than itsu. Neither are 'authentic' Japanese but wasabi is better in terms of variety and price for sure. Cheaper than itsu. I only had the miso soup which was nice. I like the fact that it is freshly made and piping hot. They need more protein sashimi options. Otherwise a good choice for a small branch located in the heart of the West End. Despite saying this, it was very quiet and near empty Tuesday evening. I was glad and enjoyed my soup watching the world go by outside. Good music. Very limited seats on high tables mainly. I would hate to come in when it is crowded. Staff were pleasant and friendly but need to be more engaged rather than on autopilot. Reasonably clean but could be better. Staff chose to play on their phones most of the time I was there. If you need a quick bite, then yes.

We stopped at the services and came across this noodle bar around mid afternoon on a Sunday. I had Katsu chicken curry and noodles and hubby had teriyaki chicken and noodles. Both meals were delicious, lovely and hot and tasted really fresh and flavoursome. Would definitely have them again. The lady serving was friendly and polite too ☺️.

Very happy that the Bibimbap is back!! That being said we have always had a lovely experience dining here. There are more options now than a year ago also. When we takeaway, the food is always fresh and full of flavour - might need a bit of a moment in the microwave with hot items but that doesn’t make a difference. The staff are lovely, options are great and we come back for more!

We were going to have a Leon's but having seen Chozen Noodle we ordered from them. I had the Red Thai curry with noodles which was very nice. Daughter had the chicken katsu curry which she said was ok.

I dare to write this review in Japanese. On weekends, it's crowded with many customers. It seems to be a popular restaurant among locals. It's nice to see locals enjoying their meals. However, for those who have lived in Japan for a long time, the quality is disappointing. It may be healthy food, but it's not Japanese food. Travelers from Japan and those who can read this review without translating it should not go. Eat a hamburger in Cambridge. I think this is the Japanese food chain that Princess Akiko mentioned briefly in her book, "Oxford Study Abroad Diary."

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at Wagamama in Camden—2 adults and 3 kids. The kids really enjoyed their ramen, and the prawn chilli ramen was fresh and delicious. Only thing we missed were the eggs that used to come with the ramen on the old menu. Starters were also very good. Great spot for a relaxed family meal!
