Very good service quick and easy on my phone. Only thing I could say was it felt very big and empty but apart from that great food pancakes very filling for there size.

Didn't have drinks or popcorn chicken yesterday but still charge you for it ..... come on KFC close these mugs down!

Read the bad comments and still decided to go with KFC, who knows? Maybe they've stepped up their game after the one stars and no negative posts.... KFC you seriously need to improve or leave your spot to another vendor...

I visited 06/08/2021 at 2 pm. Chicken boneless too salty.. May be they are modifying the recipe.. Manager is too rude.

Terrible chicken, although staff is friendly.

I was very upset. It took them an hour and half to serve me my pancake and what was more upsetting was that people that came way after me got served before I did!!! About six people that were ahead of me in big groups or couples were served first then I was after an hour and half!!! I was VERY angry as I had a baby waiting at home so I thought I’ll be back with in an hour but it took them an hour and half to serve then half an hour to eat!!! Poor service too as one girl was serving the door cleaning tables and manning the counter!! The food was nice but terrible service !

The worst KFC I have ever been to. I ordered two zinger meals with one Pepsi and Lipton, what I got was two poorly made burgers and two left over Pepsi, I saw her pick up the ones that were left over. Do not go here you will be disappointed, never going to KFC.

I'm writing this on behalf of my daughter. Today, she went out with her friend and ordered popcorn chicken and chips. As there was a box she didn't want to open it until she arrived at her destination. But when she finally opened the box, she was greeted by a long hair that was left by one of the staff, not only that the chips were soggy and the friend complained how she didn't have much chips. She ordered chicken as well, but when she got the order she thought the staff only gave her 6 wings when she ordered 8, only to find out the reminder two wings were in the box with barely any chips. One of the worst KFC places in England, very unhygienic.

Server got our order wrong, chicken was raw, no salt and it would have been easier to bleed a stone rather than get mayo dip. The reson why I gave them 2 starts: 1 for the nice cleaning ladies and 1 for the fact that the toilets are nearby so you can at least wash your hands cos you ain't getting any tissue...🙂

Staffs are unprofessional, rude. Some of those don’t know the basic English. A person named Thiru is almost abusive. Worst experience will never visit again.

Probably one of the worst KFC out there. The lady that was serving me didn't listen to me at all. The queue was horrendous because there was no line. She us way to much things which made our total to £21.69! Never coming here again!

I asked the woman at the till for ketchup and she shouted at me and told me to look in my bag (where there was none in there) and I told her there was none and she still continued to shout at me. And I also asked for boneless chicken strips and I was given chicken drumsticks with loads of bones in them. I’m not impressed with your staffs customer service and their ability to listen to customers. Will not be returning I am upset that I didn’t get what I ordered ☹️

I went to this kfc early hours on Thursday ordet for 3pc.veriety meal zinger meal & two hot wings to take away but when I reach home with my food there wasn't any extra two wings & I find 2pc. In veriety meal I was so disappointed even I ask who serve me every thing in my order is there she said YES I find so irresponsible staff there I loose my money plus trust

My partner and I had lunch at KFC this afternoon and found the food atrocious to say the least. The chicken pieces were incredibly salty, way over the top, and the chips were rather soggy. The chicken itself tasted ' dry ' lacking juiciness. Since KFC at this outlet relies on volume business it does not really affect their turnover even though they serve such poor quality food. I reckon they could not care less about concerns raised by customers such as myself. We have tried KFC at other locations in London and found them to be much better than the one at Westfield, Stratford. This is one outlet which we will never visit again.

No queuing system, it was a 'free for all', the menu screens are ridiculously small and the full menu is not on display. Tiny portions of fries and drinks with mediocre hot wings and chicken burger. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY, should of taken my little niece & nephew somewhere else for a treat.

Staff named ‘Nila’ doesn’t know how to work! She was shouting and throwing food on the tray. Is it the way how people serve customers? Kfc needs to replace these kinda people ASAP!

It doesn't deserve even a single star. There is no full menu board and you are pushed to order whatever options they have up there. When you ask about burger meals staff don't know anything about it. I had to find the deal in my mobile and show them. I repeated multiple times that I am going to eat there, so I need 2 trays. But, staff ignored me and wasted paper bags. Finally, they forgot to put the drink which is a part of kids meal. When I came back and ask the staff she asked me first to queue and then when she realised I am angry she asked me to go to sane staff she served me. Meanwhile all burgers and chips got cold already. I am not going to mention about the food. Just check the pics you will understand. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I've had too many problems with this place. I worked nearby and have used here only when I really wanted chicken and now never again after today. Firstly, the people there clearly have not been trained in customer service at all and the manager was less than useless. The person in front of me had legit problems and even was trying to help them but the staff ignored them when dealing with the problem. I only know the problems they had as it took so long for the person trying to serve me to do their job and they messed up my order and I was over charged. In the past I have also had dry, rock hard buns on my burgers which have sat out all day (which is worring as this place is normally so busy food shoudn't sit there for long) and I've had food poisoning as well. It isn't hard to tell staff turnover is high and no one cares. Sadly, due to location alone, this place will stay open when it really should not be selling any food. Zero Stars if I could.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. I love KFC but this place is giving KFC a bad name. In a prime spot in Westfield you'd expect this branch to set an example for the rest. NO CHANCE. -Customer service: Non existent, the staff can't speak English and they don't even try to get your order right first time. -Quality of food: Burnt. -Portion sizes: how are they even allowed to reduce sizes so significantly?! Worst KFC going! If only I could give this store a 0 star rating. Every time I come to this store, they either get my order wrong or they miss items off my order. Also, there is a really bad language barrier too which I find beyond frustrating. The manager of this store isn't particularly professional too as he thinks it's totally acceptable to ignore a customer who wants to make a complaint. The food tastes disgusting here too! Sort it out KFC! This store is giving you a bad reputation. Only God knows how this store is still surviving without a a significant change been made. Some friendly advice KFC, the major step I would recommend would be to have some staff who can speak fluent English! I believe this is the main reason why they get our orders wrong. Second time i have bought from the westfield branch. They had given me OLD CHICKEN AGAIN. I bought a KFC wicked variety bucket 10 pc. When i went to complain. They said sir you accepted the meal and now you're disrupting the queue and asked me to stop harassing the staff. Will never go to the westfield branch again. Please Sack all the staff thanks.

I had a burger and the chicken wasn't cooked, I tried to return it and one the staff tried to convince me that is normal and nothing is wrong with it even though the chicken was completely pink.

Payment machines not working kept customers waiting over FIFTEEN minutes trying to pay for food THEN asked them to go to a cash point whilst they kept the food warm!!!! Customer service training not up to par

The have the best chicken deals with their "Family Size Bucket of Chicken" which goes for £12 and their Store has a Beautiful setup and great music playlist but the Male toilet is in a really bad shape "No thanks to customers" but all the same it's still great place to eat all the same

Paid £12.99 for 6 pieces of chicken and chips. The chicken was not well cooked, crispy but stringy in places inside. The fries were a total disgrace - not at all crispy, lifeless and burnt (see picture) so we had to spit out many burnt ends. It's one of the most disgusting takeaway meal we had experienced! I felt strongly enough to write in to KFC about it and this is the rubbish response received: "We're sorry to hear that you don't prefer these fries, however, and please be assured that the listening exercise for us doesn't end here. We will continue to note and share feedback like yours with the rest of the KFC team. We'd like to thank you so much for taking the time to let us know."

Worst KFC ever, bad customer service and unprofessional manager. Went there with my wife and we ordered burgers and 2 pcs of children. The chicken leg was uncooked and still dripping water and th burger was dry and the filet was hard to chew as it was cold and probable was cooked hours before serving. We asked if they can change the uncooked piece of chicken and the customer service assistant was unable to make a decision and had to go to speak to her manager who I was told was cashing up the tills and made me wait there for a piece of chicken. He could have told them to give me another piece of chicken chicken instead of making me wait for more than 5 minutes and then come and investigate and argue with me if the other chicken was cooked. When told him yes it was cooked he started saying it’s not cooked if you think this one is not cooked because they were cooked at the same time. Really unprofessional and arrogant and does not deserve to be managing in such a busy KFC Will never eat at this KFC again.

They are ok. They do Tuesday bargain bucket for £5.99 nine pieces. Not bad.
