Itsu in Kensington and Chelsea

No estoy seguro de por qué las críticas negativas, pero he comido aquí semanalmente y la comida siempre es deliciosa, especialmente los platos calientes y también es una gran relación calidad-precio en comparación con cualquier otra cosa en la calle también, así que no puede faltar la comida o el personal.

The staff were very helpful and helped me to use the automated machine. The sushi is great and fresh as always. And the inside decor is well done. All in all, I spent a delightful 2 hours, whilst sheltering from the rain and eating sushi.

Amongst the worst experiences I have had. The sad part is that Itsu Kensington doesn't even have a trip advisor page that is claimed. in any case there was a server who was extremely rude and terribly out of place. Sandra, the other server and Marianne the manager were helpful but did nothing to assuage the terrible service. Marianne kept apologising but the server in question who was so out of bounds refused to apologise. Will never ever go to this place or its franchises again!

Remember when itsu was good? You could sit at the belt and order fresh, seared tuna. Those days are long gone. Some things are still made fresh, but I'm not sure I could tell the difference between this and what Boots is offering at Heathrow. It was bland, the sushi tasted past its "Best by..." date, and I was left completely underwhelmed. The staff could hardly be bothered to speak to us.
