Staff friendly, nice music and great cakes. We tried jiggly cheesecake and oreo crepe cake, both tasted fresh with quality ingredients. It was a tad cold with door open, apart from that, we'd come again!

The strawberry shortcake was amazing!! Super fluffy, light, and the cream was super tasty. Definitely will be coming back again :)

The Japanese jiggly cheesecake left some jiggle to be desired, but interesting! Chantilly cake was delightful, subtly sweet and elevated. Drinking Tetley’s tea out of a bowl is an experience recommended for any weeb.

I ordered cake delivery from here last year and this year and I’ve loved everything we ordered. The cakes are creamy and delicious, sweet but not overly sweet. I will visit the shop next time and eat in. Great selection too.

Paid almost 50£ for a cake and they couldn’t find a bag for it. Full of attitude and apologies or anything.

Jiggly cake didn't have the jiggle and wobble, it had the texture of a cheese cake. Nothing to rave about and certainly not as good as the hype.

The matcha cake is the highlight!

We had a super nice time eating here, staff were helpful and food was delectable. A jewel in the middle of Kensington. A must try if you like Japanese matcha Mille crepe!

Amazing cakes but a little bit pricey. The chocolate crepe cake was phenomenal as was the japanese jiggly cake. The japanese fizzy drink was also quite nice though quite expensive for what it is.

They are good and I got one Oreo mochi and it’s good you can also ask for less sweet which is amazing.

I first found out about Sakurado on Tiktok and had to visit. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and to my surprise it was empty - but that was good for us. Everything looked so delicious and was nearly presented. Staff were extremely polite and patient whilst we took the time to decide on what we wanted. We opted for the pistachio crepe and the jiggly cheesecake, and took a seat in the quaint waiting area at the back. Again, beautifully decorated. Both desserts were absolutely delicious. I think i would have preferred my cheesecake warm, but as it was, no complaints. Our first time trying bubble tea also and very nice. This is a lovely little gem of a shop, if you're ever in the area then do stop by.

Many tasty desserts provided by this store. Tried to order via food application one time and found that this is a must. Like the needs of Japanese mochi I have expected for a long time but rarely to find it in The UK. Finally, found it with love. 🤍 Decided to have something more in their store and still fall in love in it.

Quite pricy for what you get… The tiny Yuzu cheesecake was £8.5 for takeaway (an additional 12.5% service charge will be added if eat in). Tasted not bad though, quite refreshing. The mango mochi was a bit disappointing.

I treat myself here everyday I come into London for work. An incredible délice to reward myself for hard work (and a big part of motivation of coming to London!) the matcha Mille feuille is especially delectable. It’s expensive but worth it - pastries taken to the level of art.

Great dessert shop with amazing looking cakes! Everything is very aesthetically pleasing and the shop decoration is nice too. I like cakes a bit sweeter but this is the place for you if you love cakes not too sweet!

So glad to find that Sakurado is still open after our dinner, so pop in for the durian and black sesame mille crepe cake for a complete evening out!

I am a regular customer of this branch and I cannot resist the matcha mille crêpe cake. It is delicious, as is their matcha latte. They have a good selection of other cakes and drinks. All of the staff are friendly and polite.

I’ve been here a few times now, once sat in and a few takeaways and I’ve never been disappointed! The quality of the teas and cakes are amazing and the service is always immaculate, highly recommend this branch!

I used to be a regular because I loved their brown sugar boba tea but they recently increased the price to an unacceptable level! I got a regular milk tea with almond milk for £7!!!! It used to be £5.5 from what I can remember (which is already higher than average competitor price of £4.5) but increasing it to £6 and charging £1 for a splash of almond milk (a full carton of almond milk is £2 at Waitrose) is inexcusable and it’s simply bad business practice. Why would anyone buy a £7 bubble tea from you when they can get an iced match latte for £3.5 from Blank Street down the street or m a bubble tea from anywhere else for £4.5? The staff is usually very nice and the tea is good but unfortunately I won’t be going back because the new price reflects management’s lack of consideration to their customers.

Not always a fan of Japanese pastries and cakes but I really enjoyed our stop at Sakurado, particularly the taro (sweet potato) cake and matcha tiramisu!

It is a really cozy place, with good music, it's really peacefull and pretty. Also the service is really good, and the workers are kind. The food is amazing, it's visual is pretty and even the taste is nice.

A very exquisite Japanese cake with a fresh taste. The cheesecake is soft and smooth. It is different from ordinary Western cheesecake. Highly recommended.

Super fresh mochi. Service is great. We were assisted by Reshma in selecting our cakes and her recommendations were spot o plus shed’s super sweet. Can’t recommend this place enough. The vanilla cake was super balanced and soft and overall great experience.
