Very cute spot, with a lovely interior with a few seats to sit and enjoy. The food looks delicious and the service is attentive as well. I'd recommend it as a cute date spot or for hanging out with friends!

Edit the review as the place uses some dubious technic. First of all, the food is good, don't get me wrong, but the place offers free treat under the condition of putting first a review (which obviously everybody writes a nice one to get the treat, which distorts the real rating of the place.

I love this cute little place. Been here many times, the staff is super friendly and the service is quick. The Hot Matcha Tea latte is absolutely delicious. I find myself craving it whenever I’m in Kensington and make it a point to stop in here.

Ordered the Tres Leches Japanese Milk cake. Was yummy, not too sweet and rich. Presented in a beautiful ramekin. Will go back to order other desserts.

This chain Japanese dessert shop is located between Knightbridge and Kensington, about a 20-25 minute walk from the underground station, which is a bit far. Upon entering, the shop feels cozy, and they offer a variety of Japanese cakes and drinks, with the cakes looking beautifully presented and quite cute. We ordered the matcha latte, matcha tiramisu, matcha roll, and black sesame mille crepe. Surprisingly, the quality of all the items was quite average. Perhaps I had high expectations due to their online reviews. The matcha latte also didn’t impress, as the latte art was lacking and the matcha flavor was not very prominent. Additionally, the background music playing in Mandarin felt out of place given the Japanese decor and products. It created a slightly odd atmosphere. In conclusion, this place might be good just for taking photos, but not much more!

The restaurant provides a quiet and comfortable place for the customers to chat with their friends. The desserts are also amazing.

Lovely Japanese cafe. We are matcha fanatics and ordered matcha cake which was delicious and not overly sweet - just how we like it. Wish the matcha latte has a stronger matcha taste though!

Such a cute cafe, came here with my mum on the way to the vet and I loved it; the decorations are beautiful, the music is so calm, and the foods presentation and taste was amazing. I’ll be definitely coming back. ^^

Stopped in for a snack and was tempted by all the sweets! I tried the matcha latte and a mango mochi. I was pleasantly surprised by how they made the mochis to order. I usually have iced matcha but enjoyed the latte they’d made. It was oaty with a beautiful froth, the matcha was strong and complemented the milk.

Slow service I ever had I am delivery driver and I wait 1hr for 3£ order waste of time

Wonderful service. Gorgeous design in the shop. Calming music. Delicious cakes and sweets. Perfect spot for dessert on Christmas Eve. What a total gem. We walked 20 minutes and it was well worth it! I love my strawberry matcha latte and match-misu cake. This place is so quaint. It warms my heart. Good spot to study or get work done since there are spots to charge your devices. I highly recommend this spot to all locals and visitors!

If you’re a huge fan of Japanese mille crepes, I’d definitely recommend this place! Very good service and they have a large selection of flavours. And I also recommend the Japanese milk bread, it’s very soft and delicious.

Sweet, light, & refreshing! The cakes, service, and bakeshop. We ordered the 5 flavors of millie crepe cakes (pistachio, matcha yuzu lemon, rose, oreo, & tiramisu), strawberry matcha latte, and bubble tea and everything was amazing! Just a nice place to relax, you feel transported to Japan!

I was recommended / suggested to this and frankly I don’t know what it is but it tasted disgusting, it ended up in the bin. Utterly disappointed for the money spent.

Staff friendly, nice music and great cakes. We tried jiggly cheesecake and oreo crepe cake, both tasted fresh with quality ingredients. It was a tad cold with door open, apart from that, we'd come again!

Came here for the second time cause the fresh strawberry mochi is so good!

The Japanese jiggly cheesecake left some jiggle to be desired, but interesting! Chantilly cake was delightful, subtly sweet and elevated. Drinking Tetley’s tea out of a bowl is an experience recommended for any weeb.

I ordered cake delivery from here last year and this year and I’ve loved everything we ordered. The cakes are creamy and delicious, sweet but not overly sweet. I will visit the shop next time and eat in. Great selection too.

Paid almost 50£ for a cake and they couldn’t find a bag for it. Full of attitude and apologies or anything.

Jiggly cake didn't have the jiggle and wobble, it had the texture of a cheese cake. Nothing to rave about and certainly not as good as the hype.

Amazing cakes but a little bit pricey. The chocolate crepe cake was phenomenal as was the japanese jiggly cake. The japanese fizzy drink was also quite nice though quite expensive for what it is.

I first found out about Sakurado on Tiktok and had to visit. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and to my surprise it was empty - but that was good for us. Everything looked so delicious and was nearly presented. Staff were extremely polite and patient whilst we took the time to decide on what we wanted. We opted for the pistachio crepe and the jiggly cheesecake, and took a seat in the quaint waiting area at the back. Again, beautifully decorated. Both desserts were absolutely delicious. I think i would have preferred my cheesecake warm, but as it was, no complaints. Our first time trying bubble tea also and very nice. This is a lovely little gem of a shop, if you're ever in the area then do stop by.

Many tasty desserts provided by this store. Tried to order via food application one time and found that this is a must. Like the needs of Japanese mochi I have expected for a long time but rarely to find it in The UK. Finally, found it with love. 🤍 Decided to have something more in their store and still fall in love in it.

Quite pricy for what you get… The tiny Yuzu cheesecake was £8.5 for takeaway (an additional 12.5% service charge will be added if eat in). Tasted not bad though, quite refreshing. The mango mochi was a bit disappointing.

I treat myself here everyday I come into London for work. An incredible délice to reward myself for hard work (and a big part of motivation of coming to London!) the matcha Mille feuille is especially delectable. It’s expensive but worth it - pastries taken to the level of art.
