wasabi are in some respects better than itsu. Neither are 'authentic' Japanese but wasabi is better in terms of variety and price for sure. Cheaper than itsu. I only had the miso soup which was nice. I like the fact that it is freshly made and piping hot. They need more protein sashimi options. Otherwise a good choice for a small branch located in the heart of the West End. Despite saying this, it was very quiet and near empty Tuesday evening. I was glad and enjoyed my soup watching the world go by outside. Good music. Very limited seats on high tables mainly. I would hate to come in when it is crowded. Staff were pleasant and friendly but need to be more engaged rather than on autopilot. Reasonably clean but could be better. Staff chose to play on their phones most of the time I was there. If you need a quick bite, then yes.

I visit my local branch in ealing Broadway on a regular basis and always been satisfied. I happened to be in Piccadilly yesterday with my husband, and wanted to eat a quick bite before the theatre. We both ordered hot meals and one gyoza to share. Everything was cold and overcooked, the sale assistant kindly put them in the oven. However, they tasted bad , edamame and noodles reduced to a mushy mess even before been reheated. The gyoza were very hard and rubbery as if old. Even worse, as my husband had chicken ,he felt unwell overnight even though we were unable to finish the meal up. We feel cheated and angry!

I used to love wasabi’s sushis until today. I went the one near chinatown. I picked one and I came to counter. They said I cant pay by card. I said okay. Luckily I had cash. I paid cash. He charged me eat in. He didnt even ask me. I checked the price. I was over charged. I asked my money back. He didnt give it to me. Scammer cashier insisted to not give back. He tried to sell some other stuff. He said so many BS. I asked for his manager. He said he was not there. I said I am gonna complain about him and asked his name. He didnt give it to me and he didnt have a name tag on him. I took his picture and he tried to take my telephone. He said he is going to smash it. These people should be in the jail. I will never buy from Wasabi again. Never ever again! This is so far worst customer service experience ever!!

Had my first visit to Wasabi - Sushi & Bento today as I love sushi and was desperate to try it from here. Had one sushi box to takeaway. I have to say this was the most tasteless sushi I have ever eaten. Absolutely no flavour. Such a shame as the sushi did look great. Sadly I won’t be returning.

This was my first experience of Wasabi and I'll definitely be going back. Really tasty healthy food and reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend this place and it's 100 times better than yo sushi!

Went for a day out in nearby Covent garden , stopped at wasabi for dinner as been to another Essex branch before and Knightsbridge and it was impressive every time , however leiecester square branch was not so. There was fewer selection , no yakisoba unlike these two other branches I went to , and the food was placed in a manner like dog food the sauce you had to mix it in and it the chicken from the katsu curry was on a different container with a lid ! Why make the customer do all the work ??? They spoon it for you in other branches ? Also they added some vegetables and changed the recipe which I didn't like . There was a new Korean chicken on the menu but that was also disappointing there was no sauce like the label said there would be garlic and sticky soy sauce , it was bone dry and like a microwave dinner no flavour . KFC does better than this . Only the sushi was up to standard . Don't think I will be going to this branch or any wasabis from now on .

This place is a convenient for a quick bite pre theatre. Most sushi and other mains are prepackaged. We had the vegan sushi, which was fine. The vegan curry was weird.

Wasabi is always cool and I love going to this one in particular since it has the best opening times in the area!

After arriving to your fair city at 9:45. And being a tourist, I stumbled this location amongst regular London folk. Quick and fast, staff helpful when choosing an item, Otherwise, a fair meal at a fair price,

Not much to say, visited a couple of times for lunch with some colleagues, good food and not bad service. The rice is always well cooked, the fish is tasty and looks fresh. I'll be back!

Wasabi is a great place to pick up some Sushis. Our hotel was a short walk from the restaurant so we would pick up some sushis and edamame and sit around in the hotel and have them later. We are vegetarian and the restaurant had a few veg options. The Hoso avocado and the hoso cucumber were both good. The roll tofu was also quite good. The seaweed sushi needs a bit getting used to. The edamame were great too. The Sushis are freshly made daily and quite good. The restaurant is close to the theatres so after a show too is easy to pick up the sushis. They had meal options too that looked good but i haven't tried any.

This branch of Wasabi is in the heart of theatreland, so unsurprisingly is popular, busy and consequently too small to sit together or talk without having to shout over the hubbub. Takeaway much better than the eat-in experience.

We only popped in because we had 30 minutes before a show. While it curbed our hunger, it had absolutely no flavor. My husband had the chicken teriyaki and all I could taste was green pepper and onion. No teriyaki flavor. No chicken flavor. I...

Very convenient. Food a bit variable though. Avoid the fried dishes as they were over-greasy. Not gourmet, but certainly quick and easy.

We came in at 11:05am. We picked out some sushi. What immediately struck our eye was the price difference with Wasabi Oxford Street. For example 2 salmon nigiri were 1,30£ and the store from Oxford Street was 1,90£/2pieces. The sales man was still putting the...

I went there with a group of friends and we paid £30 I think for karaoke and a 2 meal course. The food tasted fine but they changed the menu so less options and most of the people who got the burger it was not well cooked. However, they apologized and cooked again to their liking which is great! The karaoke was fun, I cannot complain in terms of the music selection because most Karaoke places will have the same selection.

Пришли сюда, соскучившись по японской кухне. Роллы оказались очень вкусными и большими, наелись, съев по порции. Интерьер приятный, персонал дружелюбный. В целом, место неплохое.

I had walked in and was greeted with one of most rudest staff members I have ever encountered at a K10! Upon my arrival I had to gesture the woman behind the counter twice to which she looked straight at my face with a disgusting look on her face which made me feel awkward and like I wanted to leave. Now I'm not in customer service, but I'm pretty sure, if you walk in and say "hello" to a staff member you'd expect a polite "hi or hello", what was her response, "what do you want". Ignoring the abrupt behaviour, as soon as I opened my mouth to say my order, she interrupted and said we haven't got that! And then continued to point out everything that they didn't have in such a rude way that I turned on my heels and left the restaurant. I didn't catch the young ladies name, but she was there around 3:45 at the counter with a young man on the 17th February. Dark hair, didn't have a uniform (maybe management). After this experience at K10, it'll definitely be the last!
