The food there is so delicious! Big portions and all very tasty! I love the salmon and avocado rice, the rice seasoning is very Japanese, the acidity is just right, I will come more often! And the fish was super fresh, which was my biggest surprise

Have been going here for a few months now and let me say that the sushi is some of the freshest I have ever had! Was first greeted and served by Nadir, talked me through the new items on their menu (didn't push to upsell like most places) and ever since I visit at least once a week. The quality food plus friendly faces and service will always keep my custom!

Got a takeaway. Before leaving looked in the bag, the noodles didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. All stuck together. Salmon super dry. Very unfortunate looking. I asked the staff if it’s meant to look like this or if I just got leftovers from the pan. They said it’s how it looks. I wrote to customer services but they didn’t even bother to reply. It’s my local takeaway spot and it’s not the first time hot food was terrible. So I think it’s safe to say I won’t be back

I've been ordering for years and I’ve noticed the quality decreasing and decreasing, but was coming back because of some original creations. I’ll stop now, this is simply not good anymore. Firstly, they keep making mistakes in the order and deliver the wrong products; funny enough it's always a cheapest one! mistakes happen but with this shop, they happen far too often. And they don't have a customer service, no one cares, your emails go in a vacuum, so forget about getting a refund. Secondly, the quality of sushi is now subpar. Their Philadelphia cheese has barely any salmon, it was so thin at some places it wasn’t even covering the rice, and theta is happening 3 out of 4 times. If you don’t have enough salmon anymore then don’t sell salmon sushi, instead of spreading it thin like cigarette paper! The rice was dry, there was barely any cheese either, the whole thing was bland, this was just inedible. Although they try and offer innovative sushi, they don’t know how to make them and use subpar ingredients, and they just taste awful now. The quality is simply too low and it doesn’t taste good anymore; they rank even below the mainstream chains, serving tasteless plastic sushi. Such a shame.

The quality and flavour of this sushi was amazing. I enjoyed the creativeness of the flavour combinations for the summer pack. The service was great, welcomed promptly on arrival and my order was just finishing being prepared even though I was early for my click and collect time. The process to sign up for the loyalty programme was very easy to do before completing my first order online. I hope the quality of the sushi and service I received at the Marylebone store is just as good at other stores. I look forward to returning.

I made an order via TooGoodToGo app and I didn’t expect that the service will worsen that much. For the price of £5.5 I got just one small box of sushi (6 pieces). Therefore the price for it was almost the same as I would buy it without using TooGoodToGo app. I also must to add that I made a few times before an orders via TooGoodToGo app at SushiShop Marylebone and I got 2 huge boxes of sushi + miso soup. I know that the policy of the app says that the thing I will get is a surprise but I think that giving super small box of sushi is against the idea of this app. Moreover the app says about the food in plural therefore I shall get at least two items. In conclusion I can say that the service has worsened so much comparing my previous orders and visits to at SushiShop Marylebone.

I love the sushi here but I am getting fed up of constantly waiting on my order. No matter what time I specify it to be ready for it had never even been started until I get there. Then I have to wait whilst deliveroo/Uber eats orders get prioritised. Sometimes I’ve been kept waiting 30 mins for two signature rolls which doesn’t seem right. I don’t really know why they encourage you to order in advance and then not process the orders. Notes on my order are always ignored too. However the quality is always good in the end and I think for take out sushi it’s the absolute best around

I often take away food from here. The staff at the shop could be off-putting depending on the day. I gave my number to check if I have any reward on the account today, he replied, ZERO. Wow it was an odd tone to a simple innocent question. Then after I paid, I realised that he said nothing yet, so I said thank you and good bye first -- what happened to common decency?!

Like other Sushi places of late, decreased foot fall and customers seems to be impacting the quality and freshness of food. I have ordered from here several times previously and was quite happy with what I received. The sandos are dramatically overpriced for what they are, the raw ingredient cost is likely no more than £2-3 and is being sold for £11. An average tasting, overpriced and quite small sandwich. The sushi box I ordered (having enjoyed the same one previously) was clearly not fresh. One component of the box had discoloured, translucent looking and horrible smelling salmon (photo) that was clearly a food safety issue. The 'crispy' bits on top of the sushi were soggy. Unfortunately as I made the unwise decision to order through UberEats, there was no route for compensation for this. And to add insult to injury, I paid extra for teriyaki sauces and they were not included, but I was charged.

Thought it should have been a mistake so I reported the error. Nope, they're not responsible if the size doesn't meet my expectations. What size, the size that I paid extra to have?? Terrible service which is a shame because the sushi is good. The guy at the till kept insisting I get the refrigerated boxes when I wanted a larger freshly prepared box. When I chose the box from the menu he said if I wanted that then I would wait 30-45 minutes (which is not the case because I have ordered from here before and that was never the case!) the guy was a bit of a jerk when I said I didn’t want refrigerated Sushi! Shame will never come to this location again!

Customer service levels have dropped significantly since reopening post lockdown. Staff will literally shout at you for not wearing a mask, even when collecting an online order a metre from the entrance. Quality of food is great, however the sashimi slices have been getting thinner recently.

Really disappointed with Sushi Shop this evening. We have ordered from here lots of times and its always fine (rather westernised and mayonnaise-filled sushi, but its fine), but tonight was really disappointing... One of the salmon-set boxes smelled like it was rotten and we couldn't eat it. I phoned the store to let them know and they apologised, the guy said it has only been in the fridge since this morning, but really that is not good enough! Their prices are expensive, and during these quiet times, surely they can make sushi fresh for customers?! Frankly I expect it not to have sat there all day for £58 for two people...! i wont be going back

Having walked past this branch of Sushi Shop I was tempted by the glossy photography in the menu and attractive shop front. Major mistake. All dishes simply an insult to genuine sushi. Even their signature dishes were offensively awful and tasted like a tube of cheap toothpaste. When complaining, the staff were amused and laughed. Ok Sushi Shop ( which you’re not and an insult to the name) laugh away. You will be out of business before you know it. Your food is nothing but cheap and nasty.

I went there with a group of friends and we paid £30 I think for karaoke and a 2 meal course. The food tasted fine but they changed the menu so less options and most of the people who got the burger it was not well cooked. However, they apologized and cooked again to their liking which is great! The karaoke was fun, I cannot complain in terms of the music selection because most Karaoke places will have the same selection.

I had walked in and was greeted with one of most rudest staff members I have ever encountered at a K10! Upon my arrival I had to gesture the woman behind the counter twice to which she looked straight at my face with a disgusting look on her face which made me feel awkward and like I wanted to leave. Now I'm not in customer service, but I'm pretty sure, if you walk in and say "hello" to a staff member you'd expect a polite "hi or hello", what was her response, "what do you want". Ignoring the abrupt behaviour, as soon as I opened my mouth to say my order, she interrupted and said we haven't got that! And then continued to point out everything that they didn't have in such a rude way that I turned on my heels and left the restaurant. I didn't catch the young ladies name, but she was there around 3:45 at the counter with a young man on the 17th February. Dark hair, didn't have a uniform (maybe management). After this experience at K10, it'll definitely be the last!
