Yo Sushi - Victoria Station in City of London, Westminster

Ordered avo halloumi muffin to find out on the train been given the wrong order, the muffin I got was tiny compared to what it was (speak of shrinkflation), and the £4 cup of coffee was from a machine rather than barista made - you only find out once you’ve paid and move to the corner to collect (competitors next door doing it properly charge the same or less)! Don’t expect to be coming back

Scam! The bowl came almost empty not even half full and paying for the extra falafel 4£ to only have 4 small falafells in total.

Terrible. I recieved one nuggets cut up into 6 pieces instead of what I had actually ordered (ordered this pretty much on a daily basis and has never arrived like this) the one chicken nugget I recieved was undercooked. Would not recommend as I am sure the staff are eating food before giving it to customers or are cutting off bad pieces of meat. Awful customer service Update - customer service team basically do not exist I would say to avoid the chain and franchises in general

don’t go here, I got salmonella from here, I should’ve known not to eat it when the food did come out quicker than expected.

Ordered a halloumi wrap yesterday evening before jumping on the train home. Even though the wrap was tasty but it was not hot and I am this morning nursing a dodgy belly. I’m unsure how long the wrap sat there before my purchase, so I’m quite disappointed ☹️

Horrible boiled greasy piece of tasteless chicken with loose skin, unlike the picture of the battered fillet chicken caesar burger I ordered. I thought I was going to throw up, as it may have been off or slightly undercooked. Moreover there were 2 large cabbage leaves instead of lettuce. Complete waste of £7.39 and very disappointing.

total letdown. For £10, I got a tiny portion of bland food that lacked any redeeming quality. Not worth the price, nor the time

The slowest leon I've ever been to

I can’t blame the staff for hating working here because who’d want to be working in victoria station on a friday night but jesus christ. It’s almost always abysmally slow despite the thrilling time trial factor of trains to catch. Took 15 minutes for me to get my single burger tonight, because staff gave it to a later order and had to ask the kitchen for a new one when I (politely) checked on mine. Had the burger wordlessly shoved into my hand like I was the one mismanaging the KDS. Please hire more staff to help out on evening shifts and/or pay your staff better, they’re having a horrible time.

I got the Brazilian black beans. The beans were flavorful but the rice…terrible. Very hard, no flavor. Not edible. Also ordered the vegan burger and it was ok. The bread and sauce were good but the actual patty was blah. It tasted exactly as I expected a vegan burger would taste, not good.

Cold food and dirty tables, not what I've come to expect from Leon. First and last visit at this branch. Yuck.

Having been a long time fan of Leon and its mission, I am afraid to say it has thoroughly gone down hill. The Victoria branch is abysmal. Having purchased food from there regularly over the last 3 years, its inability to have food ready at busy periods and the speed of service for ‘fast food’ is appalling. The staff are badly organised and not customer oriented. I am sorry to have bothered them.

I asked for a white Americano from one half of the store. A black Americano was delivered from the other half. While I was establishing whether it was black or white the woman who made the coffee was staring at me. "If you want milk you need to ask". Need i say more...

The chicken had a flavor reminiscent of what one would expect from a quality butcher, which I found quite impressive. However, I did notice that it lacked a bit of seasoning and was served warm. Overall, it was a satisfying chicken burger.

I'm always so happy this place is open so late! Service is always brilliant, food hot and tasty and good availability of items of the menu all day long. Plenty of gluten free options.

When I first moved to London, Leon was GREAT. Really good quality food. It's now basically on a par with McDonald's. Poor, poor basic quality. Dear god, please sort it out. Use better quality ingredients again. Leon used to be so good and is now such a loss. If random kebab shops can easily be ten times better than this, for the same or less, there's no excuse.

Expansive stale chicken wrap and stale cold chips. Tasted like they had been there since yesterday. First and last time to Leon. There’s plenty of other good options in Victoria station.

I'm sat on the train staring at the egg pot that I don't have a fork for. You would have assumed that the staff would have put a fork in the bag along with the napkin. You'd be wrong. Level of attention paid to customer needs is pretty shocking. In a train station especially, people are rushing to get to places and small things like this can ruin a morning.

Came here on 23 June at 6 pm. After waiting 10 minutes I had to follow-up with clueless staff. The lady didn't know what I'd ordered even though the receipt was right in front of her. Exorbitant prices and tiny portions. The love burger was missing cheese and appears to have shrunk. Incompetent staff. Avoid.

Missing key items from the menu and meals, doesn’t accept the Leon rewards scheme

I used to eat a lot in Leon and I always felt the big welcome but in this restaurant it's been pretty depressing. The vegan burger didn't have cheese because they ran out of it. No hummus, they ran out of it. No chips, they ran out of it. I feel like I wasted my money here today.

Just a flag that this Leon charges almost double that of others. I am a regular customer where I work in the City and my usual order is just over half the price I paid at this branch.. Prices are not obvious on the boards so I was caught out here.

I left a very detailed feedback on Leon’s website but I thought it would be healthy to reach out here with a slight reminder that this is one of the busiest stations so your food and service should always be spot on. And despite from the size of order your customers always expect equal respect and quality. It was not given. Absolutely at all. Really upsetting.

Waiting for a train as many people do often requires a specific type of service inside a train station. I can honestly say Leon let me down on all fronts except how understanding the kind member of staff was when I handed back cold, inedible food that arrived 20 minutes after ordering it. The branch was empty at the time. I think it’s super important to recognise how many customers will return time after time and choose Leon above all the other outlets inside Victoria Station IF they can sort out these issues. I will never go back but imagine how many people will If the food comes quickly, looking great, hot and tasty.

Had the falafel wrap which was really nice, the coffee not so much. I know it's not Leon's fault but the train station itself, we had people asking us for money whilst we were trying to eat and then there was a crazy guy outside boots who was screaming, it was a very odd experience.

I didn't like the flavor, the variety, or the price.

The food was good, but it wasn't a dish that made you want to eat more.

Amazing….. A lot of Restaurants and best Drinks….

Leon is a great store, similar to the other big fast food chains, only healthier. It became my favorite food shop in London while I was there because it was absolutely delicious. The Leon at Victoria Station is of course not excluded from this, but it is definitely loud near the tracks.

Went for breakfast here every morning for 4 days and couldn't fault it!! Would highly recommend!!

I ordered the Thai chicken curry. It was immediately handed to me as it. It had obviously been sitting there on the rack for while. It was dry, uninspiring and the portions risibly small. I used to go to Leon a lot when it first opened, and I’m an admirer of Henry Dimbleby and the work, he’s done With the nation’s nutrition, I can only assume he now has zero influence on how Leon is managed. Furthermore I could see no proper recycling of the enormous amount of paper and cardboard and wood cutlery each branch must generate every single day. It’s pretty disgraceful that this hasn’t been addressed. but the main gripe is the very very average food for seven quid. I was handed a insipid and unsatisfactory dish in a cardboard box. Never again!

Food was so healthy and good services nice place and so nice atmosphere

Came here to grab my breakfast before heading down to the coach station. Service was fast, especially for a busy Monday morning, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

Just watched as a lady working there offered and then carried a customers bag to a table for them.

The staff here are lovely! A small girl had a drink spilt on her and they were so helpful and kind. Lovely people, put a smile on my face :)

Halloumi wrap was quite dry, and not much options left at 7pm. I found it expensive.

Even though I had to wait 10 minutes a couple times for food to be ready, the service was always good, the food was well done, and it was always tasty. Big box, Paleo bar, and the ginger bars were fantastic.

I ordered Brazilian Black Beans and a Latte. I like the food- simple yet tasty and filling; and the coffee was good. The table sitting arrangement is not that comfortable and no personal space. It was very open, that’s my own personal opinion.

I walked to the store after getting off the train, I wasn’t famished, but obviously also wasn’t not hungry. After some consultation with the lady serving about favoured burrito filling went for beef, she was very helpful though a bit overkeen with the Jalapeños - she had a stunning smile maybe never to be forgotten and a personality to match - slight jokes aside great burrito, great customer service and thanks

Staff very friendly. Chicken looked undercooked and was cold and chewy. I was worried about eating it as I'm getting on a plane in 2 hours. Service was slow and missed my train as I was waiting 15 minutes for my food with only two couples ahead of me in the que. Give yourself at least 20 mins so you don't miss your train too and I don't recommend the chicken!

La comida es un tanto extraña si estás acostumbrado a la dieta mediterránea o similares. Muchas opciones veganas, eso bien. Fuimos otra vez pero no volveríamos.

Just want to sing the praises of the Leon on the concourse at Victoria; I use it a lot, often with children in tow, and the staff are invariably quick, efficient, cheerful, kind and helpful. The food is great and their mocha coffee is literally the best coffee I've ever had.

Nice food, a bit overpriced though especially given the portion size.

Had a great lunch here on the way to Lewes for a wedding. Great service, nice and clean and the staff were brilliant. Particularly Eleni who was a great host and had a nice chat with us! Definitely the best Leon in the Victoria station area

Ordered an avocado & halloumi muffin which was decent. The mocha was tasty - perfect comfort drink for the autumn weather. Service was quick - got our muffins immediately upon payment, and waited for only a minute for our drinks.

I have fallen in love with their 'English Breakfast in a box'. It is tasty and just right to start the day. In fact, I liked it so much, I exited the tube at the Victoria terminal just so I could eat their breakfast.

I’ve ordered chicken satay box but asked for salad instead of rice and I got charged extra ? That’s ridiculous that salad is more expensive than rice. Definetly not a friendly place for people who eat low carb

Power hour smoothie sucked my iced latte had an extra shot of vanilla making it too sweet, Mac and cheese bites were extortionate considering they were just okay and nothing to write home about.

Popped in to LEON Victoria station, served by Destiny, very helpful, cares about her customers needs. Should go far.
