Having been a long time fan of Leon and its mission, I am afraid to say it has thoroughly gone down hill. The Victoria branch is abysmal. Having purchased food from there regularly over the last 3 years, its inability to have food ready at busy periods and the speed of service for ‘fast food’ is appalling. The staff are badly organised and not customer oriented. I am sorry to have bothered them.

When I first moved to London, Leon was GREAT. Really good quality food. It's now basically on a par with McDonald's. Poor, poor basic quality. Dear god, please sort it out. Use better quality ingredients again. Leon used to be so good and is now such a loss. If random kebab shops can easily be ten times better than this, for the same or less, there's no excuse.

I'm sat on the train staring at the egg pot that I don't have a fork for. You would have assumed that the staff would have put a fork in the bag along with the napkin. You'd be wrong. Level of attention paid to customer needs is pretty shocking. In a train station especially, people are rushing to get to places and small things like this can ruin a morning.

I used to eat a lot in Leon and I always felt the big welcome but in this restaurant it's been pretty depressing. The vegan burger didn't have cheese because they ran out of it. No hummus, they ran out of it. No chips, they ran out of it. I feel like I wasted my money here today.

Waiting for a train as many people do often requires a specific type of service inside a train station. I can honestly say Leon let me down on all fronts except how understanding the kind member of staff was when I handed back cold, inedible food that arrived 20 minutes after ordering it. The branch was empty at the time. I think it’s super important to recognise how many customers will return time after time and choose Leon above all the other outlets inside Victoria Station IF they can sort out these issues. I will never go back but imagine how many people will If the food comes quickly, looking great, hot and tasty.

Leon is a great store, similar to the other big fast food chains, only healthier. It became my favorite food shop in London while I was there because it was absolutely delicious. The Leon at Victoria Station is of course not excluded from this, but it is definitely loud near the tracks.

I ordered the Thai chicken curry. It was immediately handed to me as it. It had obviously been sitting there on the rack for while. It was dry, uninspiring and the portions risibly small. I used to go to Leon a lot when it first opened, and I’m an admirer of Henry Dimbleby and the work, he’s done With the nation’s nutrition, I can only assume he now has zero influence on how Leon is managed. Furthermore I could see no proper recycling of the enormous amount of paper and cardboard and wood cutlery each branch must generate every single day. It’s pretty disgraceful that this hasn’t been addressed. but the main gripe is the very very average food for seven quid. I was handed a insipid and unsatisfactory dish in a cardboard box. Never again!

Staff very friendly. Chicken looked undercooked and was cold and chewy. I was worried about eating it as I'm getting on a plane in 2 hours. Service was slow and missed my train as I was waiting 15 minutes for my food with only two couples ahead of me in the que. Give yourself at least 20 mins so you don't miss your train too and I don't recommend the chicken!

Visited the branch in Victoria Station on Sunday 23 January in the afternoon and the service was appalling. I was ignored by 4/5 members of staff who were chatting behind the counter. When finally acknowledged I was hardly given two words and was handed my food whilst still chatting to his colleagues - didn’t even look at me. Training needs to be given on simple procedures such as politeness and manners. Wouldn’t go back there if you paid me.

After being harassed by a customer because a staff member removed his food from a table without his knowledge, I formally lodging a harassment complaint, however the manager met me with a poor response and with absolutely not assurance that when customers are harassed there would be proper measures put in place, I was even told that it wasn’t something that could be fixed and that it was a he said, she said matter despite there being several witnesses. It was only until I started to leave that I received a very rushed “I’m sorry.” from the manager. Managers should not victim blame customers! He complained about not having enough budget for staff.. that is not my problem. If a customer comes to you with a problem the very LEAST you could have done was apologise. There was absolutely no empathy or quality customer service. I was only met with excuses as to why it was not his problem that I was harassed due to his staff’s incompetence. Very disappointed - Staff are not vigilant at all. I will no longer be visiting this branch.

I often use these restaurants because the food is of consistent quality and you can eat fast if you only have a short time. Sadly this was my first visit to the Victoria Station restaurant and the food was terrible.The beef was very chewy, the deserts stale and the service almost nonexistent.It very much felt like a restaurant not trying very hard to impress. I won't be keen to go back.

It wouldn't be fair to rate this branch in order to rate Yo Sushi generally. I wanted to rate and star this one 5 stars simply because it's the nicest of all the Yo Sushis in London. The guys at Stratford are rude and Poland and Russell Square often hit and miss service, often lacklustre.What I like very much about this branch is that the staff are very good. They seem to work well in sync and are genuinely very friendly and always accommodating when ive asked for something unusual. The staff and manager are really good. It's also the best place to eat at Victoria station

I had been experiencing an intense craving for avocado, and couldn't satisfy it anywhere, at least not in a vegan dish. I explained to the waitstaff who sat me and he took special care to inform the chef of my desires and 'special needs'. I know that the Yo Sushi is overpriced, considering the small portions, the a la carte method of charging (even a fee for water) and the very bland and somewhat austere, but I was treated well and enjoyed the avocado rolls they made for me.

I must declare an interest straight away, I am not a fan of Yo Sushi, and find the whole operation to be incredibly expensive for what is decidedly average food, but my son loves it, and so with a weary sigh of resignation, the family acquiesced to the young man's culinary choice. To be fair, the layout of the Victoria branch is considerably better than the counter only branches, and we were able to sit together in a booth. This is where the positive outlook ends. The conveyor belt proceeded to display the usual array of miniscule "dishes" and as nothing particularly appealed to us as vegetarians, we ordered some dishes from the waiter. Of these, my son liked the yasai dumplings, and so when I saw some of the same on the conveyor belt, same colour plate, same sauce etc, I picked them off. My wife took a bite and immediately stated that they weren't the same, and tasted totally different. I took the dumplings apart, only to find what looked like distinctly meaty looking pieces inside. I double checked the menu, and yes, the plate colour was the same as the advertised vegetarian dumplings, and they had exactly the same sauce and garnish, but these were very different than those ordered directly. I asked to speak to the manager, and the head cook came over, telling me that the manager wasn't there, and that she, as head cook was in charge, I explained the situation, and was very annoyed that this was met with an almost indifferent shrug, and one of those "sorrys" that are intended only to shut you up. Having pressed the case, and asked if I would be so casually dismissed if a religious observance dictated my choice, she eventually offered, " well you don't pay for those then..." We decided to leave at this point, and asked for the bill. When the waitress came to add up the plates, I asked that she speak with the head cook to make sure we didn't pay for the unwanted dishes, and this seemed to cause utter bafflement. Eventually, the previously unavailable manageress arrived, and by this time I was fairly fed up (pun definitely not intended) with the whole affair. The manageress, having heard our explanation of events told us we had nothing to pay at all, and was seemingly sincere in offering the apology that had been so unconvincingly given by the head cook. Although this was very fair of her, I desperately wish that it had not had to come to that. This is 2016 and some people are vegetarian, quite a few in fact, and to be treated as if your personal choices are utterly unimportant is incredibly frustrating. Most shocking was the fact that even when the head cook examined the suspect dumplings, she was unable to identify what the meaty looking stuff was, even which animal it may once have been. She suggested that it was,"......meat, yes......" but no more detail was available. Surely it is not expecting too much for the actual cook to know what is in their food, and if they don't, how on earth is the customer supposed to know? Discussing these events some days later, my son looked at me rather sadly, and said, "I guess we won't be going to Yo Sushi anymore then?". "No" was all that was needed to be said.

I went there with a group of friends and we paid £30 I think for karaoke and a 2 meal course. The food tasted fine but they changed the menu so less options and most of the people who got the burger it was not well cooked. However, they apologized and cooked again to their liking which is great! The karaoke was fun, I cannot complain in terms of the music selection because most Karaoke places will have the same selection.

Ridiculous internet service. Q4 2024 and they can’t take an order. Won’t be using them again. Not sure what planet or country they are working in, but it’s definitely not South west England

I had walked in and was greeted with one of most rudest staff members I have ever encountered at a K10! Upon my arrival I had to gesture the woman behind the counter twice to which she looked straight at my face with a disgusting look on her face which made me feel awkward and like I wanted to leave. Now I'm not in customer service, but I'm pretty sure, if you walk in and say "hello" to a staff member you'd expect a polite "hi or hello", what was her response, "what do you want". Ignoring the abrupt behaviour, as soon as I opened my mouth to say my order, she interrupted and said we haven't got that! And then continued to point out everything that they didn't have in such a rude way that I turned on my heels and left the restaurant. I didn't catch the young ladies name, but she was there around 3:45 at the counter with a young man on the 17th February. Dark hair, didn't have a uniform (maybe management). After this experience at K10, it'll definitely be the last!
