Tolles Essen hier. Bekannt für die Suppen aber auch die Teller Gerichte mit Reis oder Nudeln sind gut. Für die Kinder gibt es eine separate Kinderkarte und auch preislich hört sich alles im Rahmen

I had an early meal at this Wagamama on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant was not full at that time, so at the patrons were seated in the upstairs section. The service was quick and efficient and the food was very good. Will be back.

When Wagamama first started they had something unique, fresh and new, unfortunately the concept hasn't changed and they've now been overtaken by a slew of similar places that offer a more exciting experience and better food...

Came here after having been up Vertigo 42, a champagne bar just nearby and it was a lovely quiet Wagamamas restaurant in a little pocket of London. Great service and very generous portions!

the Wagamama mix of tasty pan-Asian food served quickly and for a reasonable price works at this branch in the city as it does elsewhere. The building is a 2-storey glass box next to Tower 42 - which makes for good people watching if you are upstairs and at the 'pointed' end of the building overlooking the street. Equally though, passers by can see you too...

Lunch is a favourite for me - its my favourite time of the day, i spend the hours between 10-12 eagerly anticipating the taste of gourmet, or at least edible food. Unfortunately I was given food that was as edible as the shoe of the tramp outside. In addition I think the service was worse than one of the working girls down the road at babble city or abacus, I would advise that if you are after oriental food, to go to anywhere else in the city - I genuinely would rather now go mcdonalds and ask for chicken katsu curry and watch them spit in my food, rather than go back to this particular wagamamas

I go here usually 2 or 3 times a month. It's a very reliable place for simple, well prepared Asian food. This time everything seemed very bland. After my 1st taste my colleague and I were both reaching for hot oil to liven up the bland meals. I had the pad Thai my colleague had chicken curry. Maybe try a different location?

Went for lunch with a colleague - it was mid-week and the place was 75% empty. The waitress insisted we joined someone's table where there was already three burly lads so we would be perched right on the end. We insisted that we had our own table and after a barely concealed huff we were seated on our own, bliss! How to welcome diners! The food was ok, I think it came faster than a fast food takeaway place but it was not unpleasant. It was amusing when she tried to get three lads to join our table and they refused. I really could not understand the attitude the place was far from full so why wind up the customers. One positive thing - my colleague did not like what she had ordered and a manager came forward and he was kind enough to change it for her. The benches they put people to sit on may have been a novelty when wagamamas first came on the scene, but quite frankly they need to change, or at least change with their surroundings. This is in the heart of the City of London and they are in a very competitive market so little things like polite service and proper seats do make a difference.

We (a party of 5) visited this restaurant in Old Broad St by chance - looking for somewhere to eat in the evening & decided to give it a try. The main restaurant is on the first floor - quite big, and not busy when we arrived. We were seated promptly, and the helpful waiter gave us some useful tips on what was what. The wine was reasonably priced & good (Cabernet/Sangiovese blend). The food was very good - served quickly & nicely presented. The ambience was pleasant. We were entertained by a large city worker enjoying stretching excercises on the (inside!) windowsill of his office next door... This was my first experience of a noodle restaurant, and I will definitely return to sample more dishes.

What can I say. Went in to collect pre-order lunch take away. The guy at the counter didn't even bother to ask my order name proper, assumed it's someone else. And told me to come back. When I pointed out he's wrong, he was rude about it. Not even an apology! Should have gotten his name, bald guy at the cashier.

I'm assuming you've eaten at Wagamama before, so know what to expect, so this is more of a review of this particular branch. It's between Bank and Liverpool Street. At lunch time it's heaving - but if you go after 6pm it's quiet and relaxed with enough people to give it an atmosphere but not so many that you feel harassed or is so loud you have to shout. Fast and friendly service.

Have eaten there numerous times over the past five years. If you are looking for tasty food, reasonable portions, good prices and pleasant service - you want to climb up those stairs to this location. To set expectations - this is a nice little establishment in the heart of Bank that mostly caters to the business suit crowd for lunch and quick-little-something dinners. If you are looking to impress that catch of a lifetime customer, you might want to think twice. The bench seating might be a turn off for the truly posh crowd. This place is squarely in the middle. Perfect for combining work with a meal with colleagues, friends or less formal customers. Ladies - you will not feel out of place eating here on your own, either. The food - well prepared, well presented, well served. You can trust the spiciness indicators on the menu. If you prefer more spice, just ask for the condiment basket (if it is not already on your table, that is). Beverages - regular or unleaded, as you wish. No half carafes of wine, but the large glass is really large. The service - truly delightful. The staff is attentive without being overbearing. OK, there are one or two servers who are a bit too quick to take your plates. But a quick warning glance is more than sufficient to get them to calm down and back off. - Again, this is not fine dining at a three-star Michelin palace. Just appreciate the good food, pleasant ambiance and the company of whoever you happen to be with at that moment. If you are not too much of a sour puss, many of the wait staff are delightful conversationalists. I have had several pleasant exchanges with them when the place was not too very busy.Warning: The main dining area is up a rather steep flight of stairs. There is a service lift, however. Just shout up the stairs and they will unlock it for you if you need it.

Clearly, the Wagamama approach to writing your order number on the table-cloth suits the suits in this area, a number of restaurants in the area do the same thing. Good food, reasonable prices, fast service (though its OK here for the server to simply walk up talking to interrupt your conversation). All good, clean, fresh and communal style tables work well.

Wagamama is good japanese food with high standards, but i think its a bit overpriced. For the same amount you spend at wagamama , you could go to the asian market, get a recipe off the internett and make the same dishes for half of the price.

I went there with a group of friends and we paid £30 I think for karaoke and a 2 meal course. The food tasted fine but they changed the menu so less options and most of the people who got the burger it was not well cooked. However, they apologized and cooked again to their liking which is great! The karaoke was fun, I cannot complain in terms of the music selection because most Karaoke places will have the same selection.

I had walked in and was greeted with one of most rudest staff members I have ever encountered at a K10! Upon my arrival I had to gesture the woman behind the counter twice to which she looked straight at my face with a disgusting look on her face which made me feel awkward and like I wanted to leave. Now I'm not in customer service, but I'm pretty sure, if you walk in and say "hello" to a staff member you'd expect a polite "hi or hello", what was her response, "what do you want". Ignoring the abrupt behaviour, as soon as I opened my mouth to say my order, she interrupted and said we haven't got that! And then continued to point out everything that they didn't have in such a rude way that I turned on my heels and left the restaurant. I didn't catch the young ladies name, but she was there around 3:45 at the counter with a young man on the 17th February. Dark hair, didn't have a uniform (maybe management). After this experience at K10, it'll definitely be the last!
