Tsubaki in Tower Hamlets

receive wron order. sushi wasn't fresh at all. call them few times but didn't pick up my call. never gonna order again.

I don't think I have ever written a bad review on this website but I was so upset by the food I ordered in the hope that management can take this on board. Working a Sunday night in the office is never fun, but I had hoped it would be made better by an order from Tsubaki, which was so highly rated online. I ordered Chicken Yakisoba and Prawn Katsu Uramaki. I tried the sushi first but unfortunately it was absolutely soaked through - the rice was visibly saturated in something, and when I ate it, it had a very peculiar taste. Even the roe around the outside hadn't retained its structure and had dyed the rice orange, so I'm really not sure what they were soaked in. In any case I decided instead to try the noodles, which were better but some of the chicken was undercooked and there was a very heavy vinegar flavour. A real shame, as I had such high expectations but it would be good to understand what went wrong.

its amazing service & received fresh food last night. its one of the non-alcoholic healthy food restaurant so far I believe.we enjoyed our meal - specially maki patter was really awesome for us. also enjoyed some special noodles.i believe, I will back soon with my friends & family members soon.

yes.Last sunday evening I have visited this premises with whole family members. they gave us special family meal deal and free soft drinks. Their food quality , service and restaurant's atmoshphere were really perfect , which gave us more satisfaction. food was really authentic and traditional.

They claim the best sushi in London. I'll say it was the worst. I don't think you should have to spit out food in a restaurant when it's something you would ordinarily like. Fish quality was low and the chef obviously had no idea how to slice sashimi. Use of surimi (seafood sticks) was high. Our meal was so poor that I didn't pay. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
