Ordered for delivery, assumed it would be some awesome toastie in fancy bread or funky cheese, but it was literally just a regular toastie with normal bread, standard fillings. It wasn’t bad...but like what you’d expect in a small budget cafe.

These folks provided the catering on the night of a wedding, making pizzas to order in the middle of a field on farmland out of their portable wood-fired oven. They were tasty and filling, made and cooked right in front of us. They were classic thin crust pizzas, and there were fresh basil plants to take leaves from as an extra topping. I'd recommend getting a pizza from them if you see them on your travels, or hiring them to feed a group of people - we were somewhere around 20-30 people, and quite satisfied.

Delicious pizza. Light fluffy base. Loved the Sardinian beer. My wife's aperol spritz was disappointing. Full of ice! Pile in the prosecco Papi's!!

Booked for graduation, despite being 4 days before they cancelled my booking. Was really looking forward to it as i’ve heard good reviews from other people. However, there were structural issues that could not be avoided, due to them cancelling my booking and me paying a deposit to reserve the table they ensured i would get a refund made to the same account i paid from. With multiple calls made and no email to contact there is no response. Quite gutted as we were looking forward to it, however it should not be that difficult to refund the customers who paid in advance when they could not open.

Tastefully furnished hotel and bistro on new wharf area on Mumbles seafront. Friendly check in and very stylish decor with a seaside theme. Room was spacious but overlooked road rather than sea. Comfy large bed with quality linen and towels, high quality fitments, hospitality tray including fresh milk in fridge, art deco bath, fabulous rain shower and Bramley toiletries (but Welsh ones might be more appropriate). We'd suggest a couple of tweaks - the plug is too far away from the mirror to comfortably use the hairdryer, may be impractical to move plug but mirror could be moved nearer to plug. Lid of toilet is damaging the bathroom wall, very unstable wi-fi and unnecessarily complicated tv, we weren't able to access any terrestrial channels but got I-player through the open account of a previous guest. Breakfast was included, but the menus have prices and no indication of what a B&B guest is entitled to. There were plenty of staff standing around but service appeared untrained, we had to ask for juice, no options were offered, we asked about cereal and were told this wasn't available although we could have cornflakes! No toast was provided, and we sat for 20 minutes and nobody cleared our empty plates or offered anything else so we gave up and left. Tables were left uncleared and staff stood far away by bar rather than circulating around, clearing tables, offering refills or asking if people needed anything. A one- course breakfast with no tea or coffee refills doesn't reflect good value or the level of service boutique hotel customers expect. Considering we paid over £200 B&B it was annoying to have no free or even subsidised parking, the website says £17 for 24 hours, but from 1 July the council no longer offers 24 hour parking, so if you check in at 3pm and out at 11am the following day you need to pay £8 from 3pm to 11pm and then a further £12 for 11pm to 11am, and parking availability is limited as many spaces are closed due to building works. I would suggest all Mumbles venues protest to the council about this additional barrier to the hospitality industry. Great location and lovely hotel, but they need to improve the professionalism of service to reflect the boutique hotel vibe they are going for.

Lovely casual place with good decor. Will be back!
