An amazing night! The food is delicious and the service top notch! Good choice of food and staff made us feel welcome. Looking forward to coming back!

Went here for my sons birthday and my uncle Simons retirement party. Gemma served us and she was very bubbly and friendly. Food was excellent and quick. Drinks flowed freely. Lovely afternoon.

I visited Frankie & Benny's during the weekend with my family. Our food was good and the service we received from Gemma was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend or family member.

Come here regularly for the terrific value big breakfast! Always cooked spot on, hot, tasty and good quality food. Best of all the staff are great! Especially Gemma who is so friendly, always remembers our favourite orders and looks after us so well at every visit. She always makes us feel our custom is appreciated. Look forward to our next meal here.

Gemma at Frankie and Benny's was fab! Her customer service was excellent and she was really helpful as I had my newborn baby with me! The staff here are always excellent and the food is great!

Came in tonight with my friends and we had great service from Gemma. She explained the meerkat offers to us and gave us advice on the new dishes. Definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family.

Visited this venue after attending a nearby course. Pleasantly supprised by how clean and friendly the place and staff were. The waitress nikita was great, explaining the menu options and looking after me. Food was tasty and enjoyable, Burger and chips topped off with a slice of cheesecake. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would definitely go back, though next time I'll take the rest of the family.

Visited on a very busy match day and despite this food and service were both great, in particular waitress Cath was very attentive and on the ball as well as being friendly,couldn’t ask for more!

Went here with hubs and was taken to table by a very lovely lady. Waitresses service was friendly and extremely efficient. The only thing that let it down was that we had to wait an extremely long time for food and a large table that arrived after us were served their food before us? Hubs was ready to leave so I did speak to the waitress who quickly sorted out ours which arrived not too much longer and we had discount as a goodwill gesture which was really appreciated. Excellent customer service!! Food was delicious and we both left extremely happy and full. Would definitely go there again and recommend!

Cath was a fab server, drinks order came within minutes of seating followed by the starter. Fast and friendly service would 💯 go back.

Parking free and plenty of space provided nobody is playing at liberty stadium. Food excellent - chatting to waitress Cath about technology they use - order drink -check on website it's there straight away on the online bill - easy to spot the mistake as well ;-) - I wanted diet coke not full fat. Other half did not finish Garlic bread (it's the future you know) -Cath offered to put into a box to take home. At one point I thought there was a power cut ! Nope Birthday party in the corner and cake would I come back-Yes

i just dont know where to begin with the experience i had here today it was honestly life changing Nikita took me on a journey that was above and beyond my expectations who knew this could happen in such a humble city of swansea thank you nikita i will return !

We booked a table at our local Frankie & Benny’s, arrived to be given a table very quickly at the back of the restaurant, Our waitress, Cath looked after us during our evening meal, very quick with ordering our drinks then onto ordering our meals, I had mixed grill and my other half half Cajun chicken wrap, my meal was brilliant as per for value, the Cajun chicken again brilliant. And to top it of with the 33% voucher of mains it’s even better! Brilliant evening meal. Keep up the good work.

My daughter and I had main meals of chicken carbonara(yum, my favourite) and a steak with a starter side of creamy garlic mushrooms.Both meals were excellent!Our server, Gemma, made sure we had everything we needed food and drink wise, made sure all sauces, pepper and parmesan were given to is.She was very efficient,has a great personality and although the place was busy, still found time to have a chat.She made us feel very welcome, we will definately go again!!

it was my sons 3rd birthday and he wanted American pancakes so I decided to visit frankie and bennys . We got there 5 minutes before serving time , it was freezing cold morning and me and my wife had my 4 year old daughter and 3 year old son with us both freezing cold so I went to main entrance and doors were open so I said we will go in now take a seat ready for a few minutes before service starts. If they didn’t want people walking in surely the doors should be locked , we walked in and all was ready to go table wise they were all set up for customers I thought great we will take a seat a couple mins early and the kids are out of the cold , as we walked to a table we weren’t approached by any one but did have a women yell from behind the counter other side of restaurant that we had to get out till opening time which was by then about 3 mins and she could clearly see our 2 young children. It wouldn’t have been so bad if she was polite, but being rude and throwing 2 young kids out on a freezing morning got the sake of 3 mins i find pathetic and bad customer service, we didn’t have breakfast there that morning I wanted to take my boy for his birthday breakfast in a more customer friendly place

Great place. Fitted us in at really short notice. 10 of us in two booths. Lady who served us was great and efficient. New books to keep the kids busy was great with lots of puzzles. We had a vegan with us and the choice was awesome. Food overall was nice. No complaints. Even had vegan mayonnaise. Well done!!!

Popped in after a shopping trip to Bridgend and to save on the washing up. Glad we did as the food was lovely and great service from Rachel. New Yorker 15 inch Pizza and chips hit the spot. Rachel then managed to save us a third off the bill by telling us of various offers. Not many places do that when you in the restauraunt. Credit to the company. We will be back Thanks

We travel from Llanelli often to visit this branch, as our branch in Llanelli is incredibly poor, in service and food quality. The Morfa stadium provides great food in a timely manner. The food is always hot and full of flavour and the service is always efficient and pleasant. Shout out to Rachel who served us today, she’s an asset to your team. Thanks, will be back.

Visited F&Bs ( unplanned following a football match at The liberty Stadium ) just ccalled in for a beer following a mtch, with the intention of going into Swansea to enjoy the evening, But while there Sam and her staff made us feel very welcome and were chatting while sering us just like old friends, 4 of us reall enjoyed the welcoming atmospher ther, the did all that was possible to show us how valuable our custom was, we were so comfortable there we ecided to stay and enjoy our evening there. A huge thank you to Sam and her crew for a really enjoyable visit ,and we will definately be going back there after all home games at the Liberty. well worth a visit. Thanking you, Rob Banx.

Lovely food, nice menu with plenty of options. The service was excellent, quick and efficient. The lunch time and evening set menu is well priced however the drinks and main menu are expensive.

Had a family meal there this evening. We had an offer from our insurance agrigator making it a great price. Food was decent. Restaurant not crowded and staff quick to respond. Everyone enjoyed. Happy to go back there again.

We booked in advance and were seated after wait a good few minutes for someone to bother and attend to us, I must add the couple behind walked out because of the wait, once seated, after 15 minutes I had to call someone over to take our order, food is fine for what you pay, but I am going back to Zizzi as their service puts this place to shame, worth paying a little extra for decent service, also F&B it’s not just people with birthdays who dine with you, no wonder you are losing market share

Myself and two friends called into Frankie & Benny's Morfa Restaurant last Sunday,we had a great meal there made even better by the polite and very efficient waitress (Rachel), nothing was to much trouble for her. After our meal we were planning to go to a local bar for a few drinks, but after having great service we decided to stay at F & B and have a few drinks at the bar, it was a very good decision indeed, because the bar staff were great to us, thanks Jack & Alex for a great laugh we really enjoyed, you will most definitely be seeing us again. We went for food tonight to celebrate my daughters birthday. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you to nikita our server, also Lucy, Sophie, Ann, hannah and Jack. The food was lovely and well presented. Will return 😊

Am currently sitting in the restaurant with my 10 year old celebrating “ Parents Evening.” We came “on the hop” so to speak to say a “ well done” for working so hard in school, not realising our hometown is playing a football match next door! The place is crammed! But the lovely manageress found us a table straight away. We weren’t expecting to be served or to eat for ages. Far from the truth! Our order was taken almost immediately and food arrived within minutes, cooked to perfection, super tasty and warm and despite how busy it is, the most fantastic waitress Sophie even took the time to check on us as we ate. What was even more wonderful was the way she so easily interacted with our son. She was so upbeat, with a lovely sunny smile, full of personality and the most wonderful manners and disposition. You simply don’t find service of this standard nowadays and we are so appreciative and thankful. Even our son remarked, “She’s lovely she is!” So well done Sophie, thank you for making our dining experience an even better one and adding to the celebrations. Keep doing what you do, you do it sooooo very well. We will pray God blesses you. Lots of love xxx

We normally use this restaurant for pre-match food but on this occasion we only had time for a quick drink. The fast efficient and friendly service provided by both Rachel and Alex was excellent.

Great food! Brilliant staff who can’t do enough for you, especially our waitress Rachel and her manager Sophie who made the evening enjoyable, would definitely go back again!

The staff were very friendly, but waited nearly an hour for only two main courses. Wouldn't have minded too much as they were very busy, but people seated after us were getting their meals before us...

Once again a great service and food here, especially by Rachael & Alex who were great behind the bar!! 5*

We not been for a while have to say was quite tidy inside very pleasant service and great knowledge of the menu. Jack served me at the bar recommended a drink to me and what a very pleasant young man at the table we were served by Gemma for our food and she was a very pleasant young lady and great knowledge of the menu and recommended our meal have to say would go back again

What a delight, after a 12 hour journey the friendly smiles and fantastic service was more than welcome. A special mention to Rachel, Sophie and even Alex the barman who went over and beyond to make the meal great. The food was absolutely on point so well done all

Me and my family all went out tonight to celebrate my sons 14th birthday. We were recommended The House burger as they ran out of pizzas lol although my son really wanted a cheesy garlic bread! Our waiter jack did not fail to disappoint. Really enjoyed ourselves will be back for my husbands birthday to try the pizza! :) thanks again

Had an excellent time at Frankie and Benny’s in the Morfa today! Called in on a whim for food with my mother and boyfriend and was welcomed warmly by our server Jack. Food arrived in a timely manner and was delicious. Great service, great atmosphere, great food! What more can you ask for?

Lovely, welcoming and professional service. However quality and presentation of food was poor. Also room for improvement with regards to tidiness of restaurant. Been to much better!

Called in on Saturday on our way home from Swansea. I haven’t been to this F&Bs in almost 10 years. It used to be my favourite F&Bs out of the ones in South Wales; only reasons haven’t been as haven’t been in the area for quite some time for food. After the visit yesterday I don’t think I would ever return. Very disappointed.Quality of food was low, even the display was below par for them. When asked if you want anything extra and we asked for Parmesan we had almost finished the meal before it turned up. But this wasn’t until my partner chased for it. We went for the 3 pasta dishes and pizza for £24.99 it’s a reasonably priced option seeing as I was considering wings for £5.99 and loaded chips for £4.99 and whatever my partner wanted it would’ve come to the same price. So I don’t know whether the standard of food has dropped because it was “bargain” meal deal or if their standard of food taste and looks has just dropped overall?Customer service experience was standard.Sorry but won’t be returning.

Ants everywhere. Microwaved food. Stale bread. Tiny portions. Please avoid. The quality is shocking. Not every F&B is like this.

Greeted with a smile and very politely also taken to our table.Took our order and food was brought promptly but had to wait for the garlic bread as i believe they forgot to do it but it did come later in the meal all in all the food was good and great staff and the bonus was the music which made it a great atmosphere .

Called in for lunch with relatives, the waitress Gemma was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The two pizzas were delicious the chilli hot dog for the American in our party was just like the ones at home and the chicken burger and fries was great. Can not fault the food or service, the style and music adds to the ambiance. Will be back soon.

Went to Frankie & Benny's for a lovely lunch, very relaxed atmosphere with lovely music in the background, making it a extremely enjoyable meal. Our waitress Gemma was very attentive and made sure we had every thing we needed, first class service.

Came here for breakfast and have to say it was really good seeing as it’s a chain wasn’t expecting much but pleasantly surprised. The service from heather and the manager Sam was spot on as well. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a tasty breakfast

We had lovely food at frankie and bennies tonight. To add to that we also had fantastic service off Jac, we could not fault him.

Two out of four of the pizzas were ordered had raw pizza dough. They looked gray but didn't taste it, unfortunately.

We were served by Hannah and wow we made to feel so comfortable we almost felt like we were at home! Every need catered to and the food was amazing!! Would recommend highly and with all the ongoing offers really reasonable!

I treated the girlfriend to a meal here the other day. It being the first time she had visited, we were both in search of a pizza after a very disastrous and disappointing Pizza Depress (pizza express).

We visited today whilst out shopping for a Quick lunch with my husband and son. We ordered dough balls, potato skins, meatballs and penne, classic chicken burger and a kids meal of pizza, corn and garlic bread.

I am so pleased I came here for food with my little girl the manager Lydia was absolutely amazing with her ! And she made my daughter feel so happy and content there ! Also kita was brilliant her customer service was brilliant well mannered and very polite towards us ☺️

We attended Frankie & Benny's Morfa this evening as a party of 14 (9adults 5children) for my neice's birthday. We were served by Jack who was totally fantastic!!! Nothing was too much for him from taking such a large food/drinks order to bringing out the birthday cake and splitting the bill at the end, Jack had it all under control, you could tell he thrives off large parties and was in his comfort zone which made us all feel calm and stressfree. We cannot thank him enough for making this evening such a joy!!! All 14 of us thoroughly enjoyed our food and the outstanding service from Jack. Will definetly return.

We waited 15 minutes to order our food (the waitress for our table came and asked US if we had ordered with her or not!). We asked for the starters and mains to come altogether as my 7 year old was tired so we just wanted a quick meal. The starters arrived 10 minutes later on their own. After 5 minutes I called the waitress and said that I had asked twice when ordering to have all of the food together. She went off to the kitchen and came back and said they were doing the mains now but didn’t take the starters away to keep them warm, they sat on our table for a further 15 minutes until the rest of the food arrived. Then they forgot our side order of fries. They brought my 7 year old daughter’s food last. My pasta was awful. Once we had finished we sat with dirty plates on our table for a further 20 minutes by which time the original waitress had disappeared. In the end we had to go and find a waitress to pay the bill. Terrible experience and we won’t be visiting again!

I visited this restaurant on Sunday evening for a friends birthday treat. Our waitress was Rachel and the service she gave was really excellent. The food was also excellent hot and well presented and enjoyable. I would recommend this restaurant

Haven’t been here in a while and it was definitely a nice change. Lovely ambience, extremely friendly staff and just a nice relaxed feel. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and must say thoroughly enjoyed . Hubs had ribs and chicken and u could tell everything was fresh and soo tasty. I did try his chicken which was succulent, really nice. Bit pricey but definitely worth it!! Look forward to going again soon.

We’ve been visiting this branch for about a year and have slowly seen it decline. This review is a culmination of many recent experiences not just tonight. And this is such a shame for the servers who are great. The poor management lets them down. We’ve even seen the Manager mucking around on a busy service. A recent visit to the Culverhouse Cross branch in Bristol really showed the Morfa one up and highlights the disparity in experience.

Waited far to long to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Then to compound the matter drinks were very slow to come to the point where we were about to leave. Luckily they arrived with a massive apology. Food orders were taken and the food arrived but with a missing garlic bread that hadn't been added to the order this again was rectified eventually. Its a good job the food was excellent or this review may have been worse. Sadly I think we are shallow enough to come back again. Please get your act together little details matter in this consumer age.

Myself and my sister always come every match day, despite how busy it is we always get excellent service. Heather is our waitress, every game, cannot fault her.

Me and some friends visited the Morfa Frankie & Bennys. It was quite busy there on the Friday but we were seated straight away. heather our waitress could not do enough for us!

Popped in for a late breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was tasty and plentiful and the waitress Heather was very helpful and polite. I recommend eating here.

I visites here a few nights back for my daughters birthday . We were 5 adults one child of 15 pushed onto a little round table i requested another chair to sit on which eventually arrived . We ordered starters 6 quid each three tiny pieces of chicken as i had skewers to start which tasted ok then i thought i was in for something special i ordered a lovely 16 quid burger which was aweful overdone as were all ghe other burgers , hand full of chips and a sour cream . The budweiser was flat which it had been all day apparently but they still served it will prob because it was £4.50 a pint i wong be going back absolute waste of money food is below average at best the burger is below and also had 2 onion rings half cooked

We are frequent visitors to this restaurant and today was no different to any other time. We were served by the ever friendly and efficient waitress Gemma and our meal was to a very good standard. We are never disappointed when we eat at this restaurant.

Had a lovely food like allways our waitress was amazing her name was Carly and she was always checking on us at the write times ( not like other places when they come round everything good with the food when your mouth is full and you like yass with food everywhere )

We visited last night and attempted to get a table around 4pm. We were told by a member of staff that two people had called in sick and that if we wanted a table their would be an hour wait - despite the fact at least 6-7 tables were empty.

Great atmosphere and really fast service. Lovely and chatty waitress. Plenty of parking and a great menu. I had the goats cheese pizza. Took half home. Just ate it lol. Nice and fresh. Will be back soon.

Visited Boxing Day 2018 after the Swansea v Aston Villa match. Good food and friendly staff. A perfect place to rest and relax and analyse the match over a cold beer.

Very helpful an friendly staff, burgers were over cooked for the children, but all other food was lovely. Didn’t have free squishier as advertised on coupon for the children. Waited a while for someone to take payment, but overall an enjoyable visit.

I booked a table for Sunday lunch on Saturday evening as I needed a table for 7 and I was glad that I did. We were seated promptly on arrival by a friendly member of staff. The menu was varied and proided a good choice for all of us. The quality of the food was very impressive as the kitchen was busy but all of our food was served hot. We weren't kept waiting but also we were not rushed. I mentioned as an aside that three of us were celebrating birthdays this week. This was the restaurant of choice for our granddaughter's 15 birthday. When our desserts arrive our three all had a candle in, much to our granddaughter disgust. The staff were attentive and friendly without rushing us at all. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we were happy to hand back empty plates and dishes. We'll use this restaurant again when we're visiting family in Swansea.

We were 3 for dinner. A very big positive for the fabulous calamari and dip. Waitress however told me they were bought in so no credit to the chef there. The other two starters were unimpressive- potatoes skins that lacked seasoning and weren’t at all crispy and the third a watermelon and goat cheese salad, which was a very small portion.

This restaurant is massively overpriced. What a huge disappointment. Shared starter, 3 main meals. 5 Soft drinks. £72! The portions were small. Presentation poor. Taste average. Next time, we'll spend a quarter of the money and have tastier food in McDonalds.

I used to like coming here as the music as well the dress of the servers gave it an atmospheric feel. It has always been overpriced, but as a rare treat i look forward to it

Popped into F&B; Morfa on Bank Holiday monday and it was really busy. We were seated quite quickly & had a lovely waitress Rachel who was really friendly.

No hot drinks available today! Breakfast was lovely. Ice cold orange juice also lovely. Only brown bread though? Why? Staff were friendly but the cleanliness of the place was not the best. Old food under table along with some old cutlery. We were first in so this must have been an oversight.

We are frequent visitors and today like every other time it was another very good meal served by the friendly, efficient waitress, Gemma. We are never disappointed at this restaurant.

Always get a warm friendly welcome anytime we visit, it's a real family feel. Food is always delicious and very tasty and well presented. The staff are always friendly and alway remember to check that things are ok, no matter how busy they are.

Seven for brunch including two teens and two elderly. Ignored by staff for five minutes whilst waiting for a table. Seated us in cramped booth at back but before I could ask to change, he had taken off like a rocket. No smile, no introduction, and standard menus plonked on table, not a warm or friendly welcome. Clearly understaffed but our waitress was lovely. Basic food, and unauthentic seasoning. The herb potatoes are no longer tasty. Long waits for drink reorders or even water. Won't be back in a hurry. Disappointing experience.

Very slow service, expensive menu and feeble portions of chips, bolognese. One of the burger meat balls didn’t have any meat in it. Should have gone across the road to the harvester.
