Terrible service I’ve been waiting 3 hours for my food to arrive when it finally did arrive it was freezing cold

Booked for graduation, despite being 4 days before they cancelled my booking. Was really looking forward to it as i’ve heard good reviews from other people. However, there were structural issues that could not be avoided, due to them cancelling my booking and me paying a deposit to reserve the table they ensured i would get a refund made to the same account i paid from. With multiple calls made and no email to contact there is no response. Quite gutted as we were looking forward to it, however it should not be that difficult to refund the customers who paid in advance when they could not open.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff . Food is always delicious in Prezzo mumbles .

Normalmente me lo paso genial en ASK Italian, mi novio y yo tuvimos nuestra primera cita aquí. Vine aquí para el día de San Valentín y esperó una hora y media para nuestros entrantes. Esperé otra hora para que nos dijeran que había una mezcla con nuestra red y que tardaría un poco más en salir. Pagamos por nuestras bebidas y nos fuimos, sin querer esperar más por nuestra comida.

It was not the easiest to get my order and waiting was long but great pizza overall
