Visiting Swansea for the weekend from Kent. Booked a meal at Frankie and Bennys Morfa Park and so glad we did. Perfect end to a fantastic day. Delicious food and excellent service from Jack. Jack was extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us. A real credit and asset for Frankie and Bennys. Huge thank you to Jack and everybody we met during our stay in Swansea.

Have been here two weeks in a row following emails I've received about offers. Good offers, good food and great friendly polite service from Heather on both occasions. Also nice that other people were around checking on people aswell. You can also see the chefs are always flat out working and food is always hot and tasty. My Grandmother loved it. I just wish there were more chips lol

The waiter who served attitude stunk. He clearly didn’t want to be there and wasn’t interested in ‘customer service’.

Just had a lovely lunch here . We were greeted as soon as we entered and given a suitable table for my husbands wheelchair to go under without sticking out in other people's way .

Visited recently for a late lunch. The minute we stepped in the door, we were welcomed by a very pleasant waitress (Heather). Heather continued to provide an excellent service to our table, suggesting side dishes to accompany our meal. How she keeps so cheerful when the restaurant is busy shows her commitment to providing everyone with the best eating experience.

My son in law has had a major promotion and my daughter rang me to tell me and to celebrate invited me to Frankie and Benny's,Morfa.Swansea.There were eight of us,all family.My partner,two daughters,three granddaughters,my son in law and myself.Always thought that F@B was very commercialised so was pleasantly surprised to see how family orientated it is.The children were welcomed,colouring sheets and colouring pencils were provided which my girls loved and kept them busy until the food arrived.A really good,affordable menu for the kids and the same for the adults.Our waitress,Heather was so good,helping the kids and advising us adults about the food.I had a steak and it was stunning.She(Heather)also told us about the discounts online which you can use simply by logging on to the site.Thoroughly enjoyable experience,the kids loved it,as did we adults and we are all looking forward to going again.And a big thanks to Heather for looking after us.

Was served by heather, such a polite and friendly demener and helpful throughout our dinning experience! Throughly enjoyed.....food was delightfully cooked. The only bad point was someone left a floater in the toliet but this wasn’t down the the establishment just a rather large dinner!

Hope it had improved after all the awful reviews but the manager obviously doesn’t read trip advisor. Food was all frozen warmed up.... dreadful. I cannot understand how this business still exists.

Visited the Morfa Frankie and Benny’s on St David’s Day, went for a family meal. Arrived roughly around 12pm and got seated straight away, a few people in there however not too many. Our waiter was called Jack, he was friendly took our drink order straight away and brought them over to us and then took our food order, he put a meal and a starter on the lunch menu making it cheaper for us which we wouldn’t have realised if he didn’t mention it. The food was outstanding and really tasty. Excellent service that needs to be rewarded.

Called in with the family on half term week at lunchtime. Busy but staff as always were fantastic at arranging a table and seeing to our every need. Big shoutout to Heather (one of Morfa’s best 👍). Thanks All the Griffiths’s

Visited F&B; Morfa with my partner. The food was fantastic, particularly the meatballs. The food came quick, despite the restaurant being quite busy. We were served by Jack, who was polite, funny and very welcoming. Will be visiting again!

After disastrous experiences in nearby restaurants we arrived late at F & B's Morfa Swansea. We were treated like Cop's by our servers Lucy and Jack. The food was cooked to perfection. This was our 1st ever visit to a F &B; restaurant and it will not be the last. However other branches will have a lot to live up to as the bar has been set very high.

Needing a quick bite to eat after a long day of shopping, my partner and I popped in. The food was lovely and the service was fantastic. We were seated straight away and our waiter, Jack, was professional, funny and very welcoming.

I attended your establishment recently, due to reviews from friends and colleagues. Partners and myself were left in a state of happiness, due to the food and especially due to the service of one of your employees, by the name of 'Jack Edwards'as I remember. He served us with respectful and proper manners, but wasn't shy to join in with friendly humour. While also maintaining a professional behaviour, looking after us and making sure our experience was that much more premium. Thank you. Bravo.

Recently ate here using the groupon deal. It is a great value two course meal for two. The food isn't exceptional and the service isn't the most attentive when busy but for what I paid we couldn't really complain.

Went there for my granddaughters birthday shown to our table nobody came to take drink order the older waitress apologised and took our order wasn’t very busy but waited about 45 min for our food to arrive it went cold very quickly due to the air conditioning - seriously it’s January no need for it to be on. Won’t be going there again

Was passing and decided to stop off at this restaurant. I have to say the service was exceptional. We were served by Gary who couldn’t do enough to help us. Would definitely return again :-)

Decided to have lunch with friends as part of the celebrations for an upcoming birthday. I’d been sent a voucher to use as a birthday ‘gift’. I wasn’t able to use this ‘buy one get one free’ as we ordered from the lunchtime menu! Friends persuaded me to stay although the only reason we went was to use the voucher - very disappointing! I know the very small print says mains from main menu but still! Food pleasant - had loaded potato skins and spicy chicken as starters and we all had the cheese burger as a main. Upgraded chips with cheese and bacon were delicious. The woman serving us was very pleasant and attentive. Toilets clean but with an old fashioned slow hand dryer! The place was quiet for a Friday lunchtime. I don’t think I’ll be going back - prefer independent places to eat rather than a chain. OK though for what it is

Went in for a family birthday and the food was as good as it always is, Gemma looked after us really well and was really helpful with a few fussy eaters. We will be back again soon and would recommend to anyone.

Not up to the usual standards. We were a party of 7, including an infant who needed a space, and were given a table to seat 4. I had to add a small table to the end myself to accommodate us all.

Normally enjoy my visit here pre and after a match at Liberty, but today I was astounded by the price of a large Diet Coke 'NOT' Bottled. £3.19 Thank you for my visit 🙁🙁🙁

Recently first time visited Frankie and Benny, not really my type of venue but this time did have a pleasant surprise. Food was good, and as we had living social voucher then it was really cheap, I think with the 20 pounds voucher we spend arounnd 35 pounds for 2 adults and a kid. Had 2 mains, kids menu, desert, glass of vine and 2 beers, so very good price for all we had.

Visited here some weeks ago, we usually go to the Morfa restaurant but decided to give the Swansea one a go.

I like this place alot, have been a few times!!! This particular visit was with my kids, and it was very busy. Guy with accent ( i think hes a manager) was very apologetic and gave my kids some colouring books. Very friendly and got our drinks quick! The waitress Nikita was also lovely and the food is great for all our family and was quick considering it was packed and nice atmosphere:) thanks

My first visit to Swansea Frankie & Bennys and I wasn’t disappointed. The service was friendly and efficient, value very good. We had the salmon fillet which was succulent and to follow sticky toffee pudding to die for!

I'm really sorry to give this AVERAGE rating as this place could and should be much more effective. Starting with the waitress who was a little bit annoying asking us like 5 times if we are ready to place the order??? And we still didn't read the full menu...

They were very short staffed so understood the delays in serving etc and to be honest that wasn’t the issue.

Service. Food and staff great. Cant say much more than that. Great venue for a family get together. Food to suit everyone.

We arrived on a Saturday lunch time for a spot of lunch with friends which we hadn’t seen for a while. The restaurant was not busy I appreciate that we were a large table but it took over 45 minutes for are food to arrive we were not told there would be a wait. Our drinks took 20 minutes to come and no one explained to us that there would be a delay or apologised. The staff were far from attentive or motivated to serve us. Also messed up are order and my meal came sufficiently long after the rest of my friends.

We are massive fans of Frankie & Bennys! Food is always good, service is usually spot on! I would highly recommend downloading the app as it will entitle you to some Amazing discounts!

We chose this restaurant because it was within walking distance. We arrived to a near empty restaurant and ordered a bottle of red wine only to be told all the wine glasses were being used by other guests all maybe 6 of them. We were given milk shake glasses to drink our red wine out of. It only got worse, service was slow, most of the food ordered was either unavailable or over cooked when delivered. My food spaghetti bolognaise went cod waiting for the Parmesan to be received, by the time it was received the food had to be sent back to be reheated. The cost if the meal was exorbitant for the poor choice and food received the spaghetti bolognaise seemed to be either out of a jar or a poor ready meal.

We go here fir all my grandchildren’s birthdays ,food excellent two courses after 5 £9.95 service always good free refills on soft drinks and the highlight the kids love they bring the cake turn of all the lights in the restaurant and play song Happy Birthday then ,congratulations, the kids love it , and so do all the other diners a must try for a family restaurant , and couples the service is always with a smile thanks again .

We were lucky. Arrived in Swansea early for the match against West Brom, called in F&B; on the off-chance of a table and as long as we finished before 2pm we could have a table. I would advise that you book a table if intending to go before a game. The ribs were great and so was the cheesecake. Blue Moon beer was also good. Check for deals on their App - we had 2 meals for the price of one.

I went with my fiancee, as this was first time I had visited this restaurant and while it had some good points there were some others that are not so great.

Thought i give this restaurant a try as ive never been here before my daughters always say cant believe you never been there as food is outstanding well they wasnt wrong on that one i think a xtra xmas pressie for those two on the list anyway food is outstanding staff very freindly and helpfull .

Because of a 50% voucher. Terrible food. Think it's cooked in the morning and warmed up or kept warm all day. The chef needs changing. It's poor value for money even with 50% off. Not recommended until there are new staff in the kitchen

Not impressed with the food we had a voucher for 50% off which was good , but waitress came to take our drinks order before we ordered food we ordered two refill cokes later we ordered two main meals and then when we asked where the refill coke was we were told there was no refill available with a main meal only with the lunch menu !!! We should have been asked if we had been there before and we should then have been told that the refill wasn’t available with a main meal very unhelpful staff , and dark and dingy place wont be in a hurry to go there again thats for sure.

Staff are polite enough, but it can be hit or miss on service. We didn't have to wait long to be seated, but had to attract the waiter's attention to place drinks and food order. Food is OK, pricey for what it is, but my order did come out wrong, and the plates were cold. Glasses were also dirty, perhaps that's why the lighting is always low!! Music is a bit loud, when it's busy it can be hard to hear the people sat with you.

The floor was covered in food like there had been some kind of food fight. None of the staff seemed bothered and just stepped over it. That should have been a warning...... the food was Luke warm and tasted disgusting. I sat there for 10 mins trying to catch someone to have it returned but no one came anywhere near us. In the end we just paid and left. Don't eat here!!!

This place is a little hit and miss , the lunch time menu is ok , the food is all American / Italian mix , the family deal is good value and will easily feed 5 . the biggest issue is the staff , they are very rude , and try to force unwanted or requested items on you , watch the bill for add on's .

a family meal on a very busy Sunday afternoon, there was a small wait for our table and served plastic cups for our drinks, reading other reviews this is a theme at this restaurant.Food. everyone's food was served together and hot for both mains and starters, there were no complaints and all food was of high qualityService. Our waitress was brilliant, very attentive, dealt with one of my family's dietary needs exceptionally well.Value. Frankie and Benny's have never been a budget restaurant but no where near fine dining either. Atmosphere. it was busy and the music wasn't too intrusive. Restaurant was clean as was the facilities although the areas outside could do with a little tidy.

Called in to have a pre match meal and drink.As no table ready had a drink at bar but unfortunately had to have plastic glasses which I'm not a lover of. Sat down for meal and asked if plastic glasses could be changed and waiter obliged.We both ordered fish and chips which arrived vey quickly.The fish was excellent with lovely crispy batter.We had an ice cream sweet to share which was delicious .Would recommend as staff and food were excellent

booked to take my granddaughter for her 21st and family for food as it is only 5 min walk from our house always pass it never been inside, must say as i saw the dirty marque up out side thought omg what have i let myself in for but inside was awsome the food was super steaks were cooked as we asked for kids had pizza ohh to much they took loads home there were 5 adults and 1 child food and drinks around 120.00 not bad as 3 meals were huge steak meals well cooked served and piping hot only let down was the marque outside needs good clean will use again as food was great

Had New Yorker, everything looked undercooked and insipid. The chips are awful, the onion rings dreadful..... They think they can serve rubbish because they are so near the Liberty.... Not true, people will go elsewhere.Prices are ridiculously high for Swansea. If you have to go there, only go with a voucher.

Had food at a discount price with the app so couldn't complain, children had a meal deal which they enjoyed but wasn't offered their drinks refilled.Food was cooked lovely and we didn't wait long.Will return especially with a discount.

With Franike and Benny's, if you have been to one you know what you are getting. I like the food they serve here and they always have a good range. I think that it can be a bit expensive for a chain restaurant. However, if you have the Frankie and Benny's app they have lots of deals on it which makes it a lot better value. It's always a safe bet if you are looking for a bite to eat.

Called in here on a Friday evening, it was quite late, about 8.45, so were seated immediately as it was quite quiet.The food isn't the best, it's ok, portions are small for the price too. Staff were friendly enough but service wasn't that good. In fact I think our waitress went home after giving us our mains, so we were then just ignored. Nobody asked us if we wanted another drink, desserts etc. As our son had a child's meal a dessert was included, however as it was now approaching 10pm & no one in sight we asked for the bill & complained. They then gave us the dessert as a take away!! Will not return here in a hurry!!

The service was great thanks to the waiting staff and the food was of a good standard but that was just it, it was good not fantastic. The portions and the standard of food are not reflected in the price which is rather high and you get a similar quality of food next door in the harvester which is cheaper.

Visited this establishment and was amazed to find that they do not offer white toast as part of their breakfast so they lost a star for that ☹️ otherwise an ok breakfast I had the Eggs Benedict and my partner had the Papa Grande breakfast. Nice food but to be honest not worth the money so they lost another star for that. I'd say for quality for money it's no more than a 3 ⭐️ restaurant for breakfast.

Went in for drink before rugby match with mates. Asked for Magners cos there was no other cider - off!! Son wanted pint of Becks- was pulled from Becks pump but was advised it was Bud light. Mate wanted a beer was told only bottles available - Doombar £4-90 a bottle!! Tills not working- short staffed. Place gone down the hill!!

What an absolute hole, over rated food i wouldnt gave half of it to the dog, service was appaling, taking your plates away before we even finished, not very welcoming and prices are scandalous

I don't tend to eat out much, so first visit to any Frankie and benny s, I had steak, tiny, fair bit of gristle, few chips, peppery onion rings, overpriced. My daughters basic cheeseburger was tasteless, better at MC Donald's and fifth of the price. While my sons shared meal of pizza, meatballs and chips was large, I found the pasta tasteless. Absolutely amazing staff, I hope you are nice to them because our waitress worked her legs off, totally pleasant, best customer service, however for me it will be a long time before I go to a Frankie and bennies.

I remember when frankie and bennys was a good place to eat. The restaurant looks tired and worn and the staff not interested. The food wasnt good for the price. Pasta was bland and the burger was dry.

Despite being left waiting to be seated for 5 minutes ..seemed to be short staffed ,this was a pleasurable visit.We ate from the lunch menu large starter portion of bruschetta was served soon after ordering.Our main courses did not disappoint.Excellent considering they were busy and they are a national chain,

We popped in for a quick lunch and they had an offer on, all burgers £5.95. The waitress was good to point out that we both needed the app so I quickly downloaded it to my husbands phone and we both ordered burgers. I had the Bourbon beef and my husband had cheese and bacon. Both burgers arrived quickly and was served with chips and coleslaw which were really tasty. Good value meal though £3.10 for a large diet coke was a bit much. I would def return. Thanks

Our choice today was chicken in mayo wraps with chips & coleslaw. My husband had his as it came but myself i changed the sauce to 'red french' which is absolutely stunning, very friendly staff & their aim was to please

We visited today on arrival we were met by Dave he showed us to our table where they took extra time to discuss our special dietary needs. Having spent some time discussing our choices it was obvious nothing was too much trouble on placing our order and drinks order we were welcomed by savannah who had a good knowledge of menu both food and drink making our selections easy and clear. The food arrived presented and tasting perfect. Can't fault the food or the drink. My dad has difficulty swallowing due to throat cancer and the staff were great recommending things and reassuring my dad he could have anything he wanted they would make. The chef even took time to prepare the ribs off the bone. I can't recommend this place too much this is one of many times I have come here and every time the staff and management have been accommodating I wish other frankie and bennys and restaurant chains would take a leaf out of their book as the experience was exceptional from start to finish. My dad has difficulty eating anywhere and to have this little gem and be able to bring him here is fantastic. Thank you to Dave, savannah, the chefs can't wait to come back. X

Hi guys. Frankie and bennys in my eyes is a nation wide money spinning machine. The food here is not upto standard of what Italian food should taste like. We had some friends over from sardinia and took them here. After leaving we asked them about their thoughts of the "italian" food to which they replied "italian, ha, what the hell was that?". The restaurant is dingy and could do with some more lighting. The staff here generally don't care about you and will happily leave you waiting for as long as possible for a table, drink orders, food orders and the food itself. Although they are very efficient when it comes time for the bill. The food is edible but expensive for what it is. If you want to save yourself the time and hassle in the future and you want tasty Italian food go to pizza vesuvio across the main road from here. Frankie and bennys; low quality food, bad service, avoid if possible.

Visited this restaurant after staying in the nearby premier in. Breakfast was advertised at £5.95. However coffee was extra and so was toast. The service was slow considering there were only two other people waiting. The bacon could only be described as more than crispy. Overall very disappointed and felt that there was no value for money.

Food is super cool mainly ordered Buffalo wings and chicken caujon. Dishes are nice. It has separate bar session and celebrate customer birthday wishes to everyone.

Had an enjoyable evening to celebrate my grandsons birthday. The staff were very accommodating despite obviously being stressed. There were a lot of children in a number of parties (at one point felt like I was in a crèche). It quitened down quite quickly and then it was a normal restaurant. I suspect we were just a bit unlucky. Overall food and service were as expected. Good, efficient and friendly and delivered our cake as requested.

Visited the restuarant last night. Had excellent service. Waitress was brilliant. Food was amazing. Presentation of food was stunning. Waitress was very helpful in giving us a number for a taxi. Can't remember her name she had glasses,we were there for 7.30 and had a purple rain cocktail. X

Nice food, lots of options and a great offer on atvthe moment where kids ear free with a paying adult. Meal sizes were large and food was tasty. Friendly staff as always here.

Went to this fine eatery. A group of 6. Had soup of the day for start. Divine. The waitress Rachel give us all soup jobs. For main I had a succulent steak meal. Not bad. The waitress we had for the night couldn't do enough she give fantastic lip service. Will definitely go back for the fantastic soup and service from Rachel. We was all ecstatic with the happy ending we all received. Can't wait for my next visit

Love going to F&Bs for breakfast as a weekend treat. Food is relatively quick and the staff are always great, other than the male waiter who always seems to work in the mornings at weekends. Every request, be it sauces, asking for the bill, or even taking our order in the first place seems to be a massive chore for him which he shows clearly on his face everytime I come for breakfast. I imagine he must be incredibly difficult to work with, so fair play to the rest of the staff who are always friendly and make us smile!Today as he walked past the kitchen, we heard him snap loudly at the chefs, shouting "you're not the only ones who are busy today!!". Completely unwarranted and made for an awkward meal for my table and the tables around us who all made comments on his behaviour and rolled their eyes at him too. I get the feeling that he'll read this feedback, laugh at it and it'll put him in a bad mood ready for his next shift, which I sincerly apologise to the staff, chefs and customers for.

Went here for my grandsons 9th birthday. Prior to arriving there was a problem with the fire alarms which when activated turned off the gas cookers they rang to tell us about the problem and gave us a choice to go to the wind street restaurant. Too late to let everyone know so we all met at the Morfa restaurant as arranged. The restaurant was open and an engineer on the way to sort out the problems so we decided to stay. The staff were very apologetic and gave everyone a free drink and complimentary starters which I felt was a really kind gesture. We had a lovely time my grandson really enjoyed and our meals were lovely. Well done to all the staff for managing a difficult situation so well.My only negative comment is that the lighting needs to be a bit brighter it was quite dark where we were sitting.

I visited with friends one Monday tea time. I've never been a fan of Frankie & Benny's, I've visted the other Swansea restaurant on two occasions and the service and food has bee never been upto scratch. I've visited the restaurant in Cwmbran also and again, it's the same. Customer service isn't a priority.We chose here as it was an easy meeting place for everybody to visit.We sat outside but went to the bar to order food as nobody greeted us upon entry.They were out of Archers, so I couldn't have the specific cocktail I wanted. This happened at the other restaurant - they were out of vodka; so the majority of drinks were off the menu!We waited a good 45 minutes before there was any sign of our food; but after 30 I had already returned to the bar for a re-fill of drinks. Even then, we had to wait a good 5 minutes for somebody to attend the bar and serve us - I think there were more staff than customers, but still, it took somebody ages to attend to us.After 45 minutes, I went back to the bar to chase up our order; the manager apologised and advised he'd chase this up.He returned 5-10 mins later and apologised our order hadn't reached the kitchen - and that as a good will gesture he would offer a free desert or drink refill. I took up the offer of a free desert.The food was good, but the service was shocking, and I won't attend here again - but after I submitted a complaint to the company regarding my visit they offered me a £20 voucher.I will use that to my content, and that WILL be my final visit. TGI Friday's for the win in future!

My daughters choice and it was terrible. Waiting time was poor and the food was big standard pre prepared mass produced. I am sure teenagers like this but I did not. I prefer TGIF which is in the city centre. Lots of other nicer places to try in Swansea

Sat in Frankie and Bennys watching both of my sons eat feeling frustrated and hungry. On arriving I asked the waitress for the special dietry needs menu, being vegan I wanted to check what I could eat, only to be told that while they had a gluten free menu their special dietry needs menu was only on the computer. While the waitress and the manager consulted the computer I went online on my phone and found out for myself what I could eat. The waitress came back and told me that there was only 1 item that was vegan and I had to tell her that a number of dishes were suitable and that the pizza without cheese would be ok. After confirming with both the waitress and manager that I wanted a veggie pizza without cheese, after quite a long wait they brought me a pizza with a pesto base instead of the tomato base that was on the menu, I had to inform the waitress that pesto had cheese in it so I couldn't eat it, she offered to make me another one but by this point my boys had almost finished their meals and I'd lost all confidence and the will to live. Very disappointing that while other restaurant chains and independants offer either a full on vegan menu or clearly label dishes that are suitable, Frankie and Bennys not only don't do this but they also don't educate their staff and management on what food they serve. If you have an alergy to any food types then I'd give this place a very wide berth.

Had one waitress who was very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help but the bar man's social skills were very poor as was the food aswell as being totally tasteless.Wouldn't eat there again out of choice.

We asked the waitress "Why is it so dark in here?" and were dispassionately told "Because the Sun is bright outside". The fact was that the décor is drab, the service is drab and the food tastes like the 'Chef' or 'Cook' hates it and you. Overpriced for what it is, you'd have to be missing an important element in the act of digestion to eat in this establishment, your taste buds.I genuinely feel that if Frankie and Benny's actually cared about food, that the staff would care about working there. I never blame staff, I always blame their employers. Shame on you, Frankie & Benny's. You've turned what is an art to most into a money making scam.

Husband treated me today to lunch out at frankie and bennys. Waiter who showed us to table didn't seem overly friendly but waitress who came to give us menus and get our orders was extremely friendly. It was lovely and cool inside. Hubs had New York chicken and I had bacon and cheese burger with coleslaw and fries and garlic bread for side. Food was lovely and garlic bread was extremely gorgeous. We would go there again though prices are more expensive than some other places we eat out at. Overall it was a nice lunch out.

Been a big fan of this restaurant in the past but was soo disappointed today .Very limited menu with £ 2.50 starter and £6.95 for main .Service was good but food was very very disappointing .Sorry but will not be back soon .

Not being one who usually complains, having waited tables in the past, I try to give the benefit of the doubt as far as I can. Unfortunately our experience tonight broke me and left my family and I very disappointed. We went out this evening for a family meal. Knowing it would be busy, being a Friday night, we were prepared to wait for a table. However what we weren't prepared for were the rude and ignorant staff that we encountered once seated.Our waitress passed by several times (at least 8) yet didn't acknowledge us even once. We were not even offered drinks until my husband spoke to someone after 20 minutes of sitting there waiting. The man my husband spoke to about taking our order was also rude (We think he was one of the management team given his attire). He rushed us to take the order and was extremely blunt and aggressive in his tone and manner. Our waitress did not check on us at all, and only seemed concerned when a manager was at the table doing the checking.Funnily enough though, when it came time to pay she was as pleasant as could be, happily explaining how to provide a tip should we wish using the card machine. Needless to say, we will not be eating here again.

Had lunch here. All very good. Food - the norm, service - quick and friendly. A good choice if you're not looking for anything too fancy. If you just after somewhere decent with good service then this is a solid choice.

Nice meal, lots of places closed so not much choice. Waiter was very friendly and accommodating. Good won't ever set the world alight but you get what you expect. I had s burger that was thick and good quality.
