Called in for lunch lovely day people sitting outside and in but loads empty tables walked into restaurant and were ignored woman mopping floor just ignored us and carried on a young waitress walked past and said have a seat there on a large table by door and I will come back and sort you a table waited about another 5 mins and woman mopping floor decided to come over told us to come back in half hour i explained the waitress had told us to sit down till she got us a table she then very rudely told us she’s just a waitress And told again come back in half hour in a half empty restaurant she obviously didn’t want customers and didn’t value the waitress .very rude and abrupt and needs a lesson in customer service certainly won’t ever go back

Locale molto carino, il mangiare per un italiano è di qualità media... Però la location è davvero Top! La vista sul Tower Bridge è impagabile. Camerieri abbastanza cortesi e menzione per il fatto che sono aperti fino ad un po' più tardi rispetto agli altri posti in cui si mangia li vicino

Booked Zizzi's for a family birthday treat. For a starter two of us ordered Bruscetta which was almost too hard to cut even with a steak knife! For mains most had pizza which was ok but I ordered the Chicken Melanese. The menu stated it came with kale and spinach but non came with the meal. It became obvious when trying to order from the menu that many items were unavailable which it appears was the case with the items missing from my meal although this was not explained either at point of order or when delivered to the table. In so far as the deserts were concerned it was more a case of what they did have rather than what they didn't so the requested deserts were not available when it came time to deliver them to the table. As some of us were dining from the 3 courses for £26 menu we had no alternative but to order something we didn't really want. Felt very sorry for the waitress who had to keep delivery the information which was not her fault in any way and who was extremely pleasant, polite and professional. Altogether an expensive disappointing birthday treat all round.

My wife and I wanted lunch and were quite hungry, we were found a table [we hadn't booked] the restaurant being reasonably full. The service was very slow with different staff taking our drinks order to the food order. We were asked after waiting a fair while for our pudding if anyone had taken our order by a different staff member to the one actually had taken the order. When I asked for the bill the waiter brought it then disappeared doing other things and i had to call another to actually pay, despite now, one and a half hours after we arrived the restaurant was nearly empty. The food was of a good quality if the dishes were on the small side. Staff were pleasant but totally disorganised with no consistency of service.

Legitimately the worst pizza I have ever eaten... Granted, this food was ordered via Deliveroo however it took 3 hours to arrive... 3 hours!We ordered the pepperoni pizza, sharer garlic bread and a child's Bolognese... The pizza was burnt on one side, raw on the other and had not even been cut and the cheese tasted like plastic. The garlic bread also had not been cut and tasted like cardboard. The pasta was blatantly old and not fresh as well as being bland and overcooked. I honestly will never eat food from this restaurant ever againThe only saving grace is that we were issued a full refund...

This restaurant has switched to the European 'service charge' model. The food and service was fine but adding 12.5% to the bill (which I only noticed after paying) is a swindle we can do without in the UK. It's claimed the rip-off is optional but it is automatically added to the bill. If it were optional I would have to take an action to pay it, other forms of inertia sales are banned.What makes this even worse is that most of the money will not go to the staff, half will be wasted in tax and most of the rest used by the shareholders to achieve the statutory minimum wage.These dirty practices are not acceptable in the UK.

No es la más cálida de las bienvenidas, pero cuando finalmente nos atendieron nuestro anfitrión fue educado y atento Desafortunadamente una vez que llegó nuestra comida, aunque era sabroso no había mucho de ella y por lo que recibimos muy caro.
