Great themed bottomless brunch, food and drinks were very good and service was excellent. Will definitely be returning

The garlic bread was ok. The two mains were inedible and not eaten. We think the cream used on the risotto and carbonara was off. Absolutely tasteless and minging. Probably the worst meal we have had in a restaurant. Not a good way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Seriously wish we had gone elsewhere!!! Never again.

Ci hanno fatto attendere più di un’ora per farci sedere nonostante il commesso continuasse a dirci che in 10 minuti riuscivamo a sederci al tavolo. Mi sono sentita presa in giro. La pasta sufficiente ma niente di eccezionale che giustificasse l’attesa . Gli spritz erano senza prosecco.

We arrived for our table 5 minutes late, which I apologised for. We were offered to sit in the bar (which we often do) and have a drink or go to the table. We chose the table and were given menus. Time was ticking and no one had been to take any order. 15 minutes later my husband had to get up flag a waitress and ask could we order drinks. Another 20 minutes goes by and the drinks finally arrive. The red wine arrived with it all over the glass stem and one drink was wrong. Still no order taken for food. At this point 35 minutes after sitting down and as no waiter had even acknowledged us we decided to leave. Awful service

Amazing in every way I come here with my wife and 2 boys On Sunday 29th Sept we again had the most amazing pizza and pasta for lunch. Highly qualified chefs here producing great fast fresh food Equally the staff here are again awesome. Special thanks to Diana and Manuel who go out of their way to deliver the ultimate culinary experience. Clean tidy restaurant and very well run We will be back soon. Gary Mander and family.

The staff were very kind, especially Tryph our waiter. The food was delicious. The service was very good. We had no complaints. 😍😍😍

Arrived for lunch, a group of six friends and we were made very welcome. Delicious food, efficient and friendly service - and Marilyn Monroe in the Ladies toilet!

The food was classic Italian though not in an old fashioned way. All dishes were attractively presented and most importantly everything was cooked just right. Service was great and we had the good fortune of a table with a view over Bushey Park which was magical. Service was excellent.

We arranged to meet for my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday . We arrived in time for our 5.15pm booking . We were met by Laura who soon realised that we had a birthday cake which she took to give us after the meal without us having to ask. The table service was excellent and Laura was a key factor in our enjoyment. We rate Al Fornos very highly and the was another star performance.

We had been recommended to try this restaurant, so we tried it. Our first indication that this might not have been a good choice was that no one ever came to our table to begin the service! Everything was on us, from ordering drinks, food, dessert menu or the check. We never received any water or were asked if we wanted anything. Now we did see a glimmer of hope from some of the staff, but one waitress seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. It was like it was the first night they had been open and no one knew what to do. Now it was not all bad, as the food was good, plenty of it and at a fair price. Proceed with caution and definitely be assertive with the staff!!!

Waitresses excellent as all ways. Food over priced and not very good. The wine was like vinegar. And I like a a nice red. So wouldn’t be going back any time soon.

Difficult to review as having been placed at our table, the one member of staff disappeared and we waited and nothing happened so we left. Went to another restaurant where we had not booked (6) and were welcomed, seated and had a great evening. Have been to Prezzo in the past for lunch and had good food and a pleasant enough experience but never have we had to walk away from any restaurant because there was no service! Shame.

Great service from waitress Carla. Food as good as ever. Kids loved it too. Good choice of wines. Ask Italian really know how to keep their customers happy time after time.
