Perfect home made cuisine Italian restaurant. We ordered a pizza and a pasta and the food was delicious! They offer a brunch menu with mains for £10! The service was really quick and we sat outside to enjoy the sunshine! We will definitely come back!

The service was amazing, attentive and friendly. The food was superb! We ordered pasta arrabiata, bruschetta classic, insalata tricolore and the aubergine. All the dishes were a decent size, so so tasty and good quality ingredients. I would 100% recommend this place !

This little Italian restaurant is incredible ! We had a beautiful meal ! The portions are very generous and the food is delicious. Authentic Italian food. The service was impeccable and Melissa made sure we had the best possible experience. We cant wait to go back.

before going there for a dinner I reed some reviews, some were good others really not, now I must say: 1) those people who wrote down some good reviews well they have definitely no taste 2: do not please call it italian restaurant because there are no italian cooking over there and the menu... I better don't say. good luck!

I was here on 16.09.23 and I am shocked at how the man who worked here treated us. We sat for 20 minutes outside for drinks and when we went to order he asked our age and we said 22-24 years old and he said we have to leave because we were not 25 and so we could not order drinks. I said that is not the case in the uk and he said yes it is and that we have to go. So we got up and I went inside to ask the lady what their age restriction is to drink here and she said 18 and to show our id. As I’m asking her he comes over and says no your not 25 so leave. I asked the lady his name and she shook her head and then I asked him for his name and he said “it’s none of your business get out”. I don’t know what the issue was, we were a quiet and sweet group of young women of colour. it felt extremely disrespectful. I have never had this experience and I have lived in this area for 5 years. I have attached a photo of the horribly rude man for context as I did not get his name. Do not come here.

Broad Menu, well prepared, great portions, over our holiday we ate two meals there, during which we sampled. Breaded Brie, Garlic Bread Pizza, Calamari (as both a starter and main) Risotto Chicken & Risotto Seafood, Ravioli, American & Meat pizza, Profiteroles, Pana Cotta, Crème Brûlée, Vanilla all equally good.

Pasta, Pizza, and service was great! Save room for the Tiramisu for Dessert!

It's my first time in my life that I leave a review. I won't leave them because I worked in restaurants for 20 years between Italy and London. But this time I necessarily have to do it because this restaurant claims to be an Italian restaurant but in reality it is not like that. 1) I ate a good pizza but very far from Italian pizza. 2) I asked for a dessert "tiramisu" and on the minus it was written that it was made with zabbaglione but it wasn't like that. It was made with cooking cream with mascarpone. In addition, I asked the staff if I could speak to the chef who had told me in advance that he was Italian but in reality he was not. This is really sad because if there is something written on the menu you have to respect it! And don't make fun of people.. The ending if you want to see an Italian place with a nice selection of music then this is the right place.. But don't expect Italian cuisine because it's not like that (as I said before the pizza was good but very far from Italian pizza) I will be back in a few months to try the tiramisu again and hope it is as described on the menu.

Great place. The staff are lovely, good wine, nice atmosphere and the food is another level. It's perfect, large portions and good prices. Pasta with seafood and tomato sauce are my favourite and the garlic bread with mozzarella is something I could eat every day. I have been several times as well as ordered in. Both perfect.

My first time dining at this restaurant. Very friendly staff. My little granddaughter & her parents are regular. I, personally, had their scrumptious Pollo alla Milanese (bespoke with Arrabbiata sauce instead)…yums!

The food is not worth the money, and the quality is shocking. The ham on (and in) our pizza was store bought. + it was meant to be prosciutto. I’m surprised by how disappointing the food was. The desserts were also underwhelming, the pana cotta definitely did not taste fresh. The staff was lovely, but sadly I would not be visiting here again. Much better and more authentic Italian places in WH.

Inget jag vill rekomendera. Smaklöst, delvis trevlig personal men svårt med kommunikationen. Överpriser! Kockarna är rädda för kryddor. Rätterna ser goda ut men skenet bedrar.

Sorry håller inte måttet. Kocken måste ha glömt vad kryddor är och att smaksätta maten. Kanske därav priset ? Det smakade ingenting.

We were a party of six, and two of us were vegans. There was no vegan options, so we asked if we could bring 2 dishes from another place in. They said no. We explained the situation in a nice way, and making the point that it was late and empty. Same answer. We left.

The best Italian restaurant I have ever been to! compliments to the chef. Amazing customer service from Melissa who was friendly, polite and attentive. Melissa provided a high level of customer satisfaction and care. Would defiently recommend Bella Luna, thank you Melissa for looking after us! we will defiently be back in the near future for our third visit.

We dropped in for lunch on a Monday. There were various lunch specials to choose from, each for 9,99 which I thought was great value. My daughter had pollo al limone and I had pizza marinara. The food was good. The restaurant wasn't crowded, which is important to me. My daughter enjoyed the pop music (which I could have done without).

The food was ok, we asked to takeaway the left over pizza, but they squashed it in a kebab box, wouldn't return here.

A noisy restaurant, with a rude Manager. We visited the restaurant 2 weeks ago and we did not enjoyed. We wanted to leave the place at the beginning, but we thought that it was rude. Bad choice.

Very unwelcoming towards mums with babies. Passive aggressive comments on our way out. Could not believe it

Really bad experience, we were 4 mums with our young once. They did not want us to eat there despite the restaurant being empty. Told us they didn’t sell coffee. 2 of us were having lunch and 2 were going to have coffee. We were not welcome and therefore left.

Me and my Mrs had our first date here. It's where it all began for us. This place is amazing. The food, the staff, the customer service is all amazing. We try to come here every year for either her birthday or Valentines day. We love it here. Thank you Bellaluna

Visited in December 2022. Great atmosphere and excellent service, plus lots of tasty food. We stayed in the neighbourhood and eat here 3 times - dinner and lunch. Recommend marinated octopus, pizza, tuna steak, cozze soup.

We visited London in December 2022. Found this restaurant near our accomodation and fell in love with the atmosphere and food which is very testefull if you like Italian food, it has nice marinated octopus, pizza, cozze soup, tuna steak, bruschettas. We tried them all in 3 visits here. Plus the service is excellent, order was brought fast and the wiaters always smiling.

We decided to eat here Saturday afternoon before going to a show in London. We were the only ones there at 3.00pm but a few people arrived before we left. Lots of takeaways but not intrusive as the drivers stayed outside the door. Very professional service, very clean and most importantly the food was excellent. We shared a bruschetta starter - 3 large pieces of bread with loads of delicious tomato topping. I had chicken with mushrooms and mustard in pasta - large portion of chicken - tasted amazing. My husband had Pollo alla Milanese which he said was delicious. We will be back.

Not part of a chain this small Italian restaurant was a great discovery. The food is good Italian dishes and beautifully cooked, they also do take away and there was a steady stream of orders coming in, one understands why

Food prices are too high for the portions they serve. Pizza ingredients were poor in terms of quantity and quality and they did not reflect exactly the ingredients mentioned in the menu. When ordering the food, the system didn’t show the chance to include drinks in the order. Waited about half an hour for the food to be delivered despite we live literally behind the restaurant. My experience with this restaurant was negative!

Absolutely horrible order experience, pls do yourself a favor and find another restaurant instead. Order being 3h late before cancelling it, absolutely horrendous customer service.

Amazing meal as ever - super friendly service. Had the pan fried chicken breast with mushroom and creamy tagliatelle which was incredible! 100% recommended for an authentic Italian meal

Horrible portion sizes. Have never received such a small portion of calamari ever. Pizza also isn’t that good and very chewy. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Came here after reading the reviews and was pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem in the heart of West Hampstead! The pasta is exceptional, great portion size and FRESH seafood! The food is made very quickly and the service is always nice. The pizza wasn’t ground breaking to me but is still quite enjoyable and freshly made. Will be returning :)

Not worth it. Food was OK. Its a small restaurant and tables are very very close together. You basically hear everything the table next to you is saying. Like a few other reviewers have pointed out- service isn't great and we found some of the servers a little rude. Have been to better restaurants with better food.

The food is amazing! My favorite Italian restaurant!

Went with a friend for food and a drink. The food was delicious and the drink was very nice, as was the very attentive and kind waitress who made us feel very welcome. The reason for the 2 stars is the incredibly rude waiter/potential manager who was very patronising and abrupt with my friend when she politely asked a question about the bill. His attitude was off from the moment he interacted with us and it was clear he was trying to embarrass my friend from the tone he was using. For this reason alone we will not be coming back. It’s a shame really as the food and other server was very nice, but from reading some of the other reviews it’s clear this mistreatment isn’t a one off and best avoided.

The restaurant (main manager) asked us to get rid of my 2yo’s buggy before getting seated ! Literally!!! We went for a quick dinner with our son and this is the reception we got. The restaurant was nearly empty and our buggy would have caused no issues It’s shocking to see such behaviour in a family residential area Bad behaviour, staff who are unhappy to work there, and old looking restaurant with average food (based on Deliveroo orders) Won’t take long before it closes ... good riddance!!

I have been going to this place for 20 years. This place always does good food. For food it's good. However I went yesterday and was shocked at how rude the main waiter / manager was at serving us. He clearly is in the wrong profession. The waitress however was very polite and good at her job.

Best Italian restaurant in North West London. Consistent cuisine, quality ingredients and prompt service. Great variety as well. I highly recommend them.
