Absolutely disgusting and after a taste of each item the entire delivery had to go into the bin!! The food was wrapped up in brown bags and cold. Chicken nuggets in a wrap is not chicken fillets! Aluminium chargrilled donner meat with tinned tomatoes with a hint of chilli as chilli sauce is not chilli sauce. Free garlic bread, what a treat.... burnt tasteless and dry!! Other than that was on time....... unfortunately!!!

Didn't have one of the 2 selected create your own pizza toppings and left it off rather than ask if we still wanted the order to go ahead. Only ordered from this restaurant for this topping so very disappointed. Would have liked the option to change or cancel as the pizza we ended up with was very boring. Poor communication the food was OK.

Everything tasted fresh and juicy. Was all piping hot. Fast delivery very happy 😊

Pizza is consistently good. Crust is chewy and crispy, good amount of cheese and toppings and a good price! 3/£12 deal is our fav! Delivery driver is friendly and it’s always on time or even early.

Delivery driver pleasant chap but would not eat here again or recommend. Felt like the food was rushed to serve and was undercooked, one of the worst pizzas we have ever had. 👎

Pizza’s were usual good quality and the chips were fine, but the container the chips came in was melted. The lid must’ve melted through when the chips were taken straight from the hot oil. Perhaps a sheet of oven proof paper will prevent this from happening.

We ordered 3 14” pizzas, we where told our order would be delivered within 40 mins after an hour and 20 mins we still hadn’t had our pizzas delivered so we rang up and they said it would be delivered with in 10 mins, 25 mins later it was delivered. Our pizzas where Burnt on top and on the bottom... I e ordered from Amici’s many times over the years and I’ve always thought their service and standards where exemplary but this was way below par ...

Glad I ordered from here, I felt the pizza went down hill a bit back but its back on point now, just a bit vexed that they don't read the order right, we paid for extras on our pizza but didn't get em, I'd be alright, but unfortunately the gentlemen at Pizza Amico's don't have to deal with the brunt end of our lass, going on a full on warpath, I doubt the cat will return. Anyway, pizza was good, just give us the extra topping or whatever, because next time I might not feel so brave, and who knows who'll perish.

food was terrible the panini was burnt badly and the mixed donner looked like it had been thrown on the floor and scooped back up again very poor won’t be ordering from here again, still waiting for them to collect the food and refund us

Food didn’t arrive. Phoned Pizza Amico’s after waiting 2 hours to be told they have had to cancel my order and to go through Just Eat for a refund (They weren’t going to tell me). Went to Just Eat and have been informed that the restaurant has marked my order as delivered! Meaning they need to investigate before refunding! Absolute Joke! This would have been the first time ordering from here... I won’t be attempting to order again. I should have trusted the negative reviews!

Pizza bases very burnt (black) on all three pizzas. Onion rings and pop not with the order but after calling they were sent nearly straight away.

The pizza would have been perfect if it had pizza sauce on it and the base wasnt burnt! Its a shame really.

never again will i ever buy what they call food from this place, grilled is swimming in grease, chips taste like been left to go cold then refried and left to go cold again, delivery was 40 mins late and after ring them 20 mins after it was late told was seconds away, and when eventually did get it, UNEDIBLE

Pizza dough was soggy and tasted more like naan than pizza. Cheese was weird and topping combinations were a bit odd... Eg too much onion on spicy pizza.

Excellent food. Ordered one meal to share between two and had enough left for another. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Ordered pepperoni pizza but margarita came, garlic mayo but it was normal mayo. Everything else came right. The pizza didnt have much tomato sauce on either? So lacked abit of flavour. But the dough is the best around so abit dissapointing

The kabab is small, the meat doesn’t represent the order, it was tiny and dry. I called to express my disappointment and question the content of the order, to be told “it’s right mate, I made it” won’t order again and would submit a picture if I could, you all would be surprised, worst £10 spent ever

Have ordered here several times- and the Order has always been accurate, hot, and consistent. The burgers taste flame grilled and the fries are usually crispy and tasty. The pizza had a good, chewy crust and the garlic bread is free and good tasting as well. Kebabs are tasty as well. Delivery is usually early to on time too and drivers are pleasant.

Delivery well over an hour late,

Shocking management. Burnt food. No refund or replacement. Rude staff. Received food at 8.01pm. The takeaway closed at 8pm. Phone call at 8.03pm. Nothing they could do apart from "sort us out next time". Not good enough. Won't be a next time. Only half decent thing was the pizza we received.

I've ordered the same pizza for about 5 times at this takeaway DIY tandoori chicken, ham and spicy beef, so when it came and it had donner meat on it with no ham i assumed i got delivered the wrong pizza the man on the phone was polite and said they ran out of ham, when I explained what was on the pizza and he stated spicy beef has always been donner meat. This Annoyed me I explained never come like this before and I always get this.I was going to order another one the other night then I noticed there was a donner meat option and spicy beef. This then angered me that the man tried lying to me constantly. And for that reason I will not be coming back. I used to love the pizzas here and I wouldn't mind if you ran out of what I wanted but a simple phone call in what I would like to change it to takes a couple of mins instead of trying to convince me it always been like that.

The pizza was hot and the flavours were lovely. Its a shame it was well over an hour late. I wouldn't have minded so much if I'd have had a courtesy call or text to inform me how late it would be. Instead I had to chase up my order. Just for future reference, if you know the order is going to be late, it would be polite to inform the customer.

The meal was 30 minutes late, but when phoned, the staff were polite and apologised, saying the the driver had left only a few minutes beforehand. The takeaway arrived 5 minutes later, and tasted great. Fresh and hot too. The calzone was great!

We love Pizza Amicos and have been ordering from them for years. Great value for money, and good variety of food, so something for everyone in the family. Food always arrives hot and on time/early. I’d highly recommend the garlic pizza breads, burgers and kebabs, (so pretty much the whole menu!)

Well recommended and the Food is delish!

The pizza was amazing, couldn’t be better. The problem was the kebab... the meat was nice, but there was that much grease that the paper bags around the box disintegrated! For an £8 “rich kebab” I was really annoyed that it came with a supermarket pitta. The salad was a let down too. Moral of the story, buy your pizza from here, but not the kebabs.

The last 3 orders have been bad, black burnt panni, greecy pizza, solid hard burnt chips and missing sauces. Such a shame as I have loved this place for years but the food isn't great lately.

In principle it sounds fantastic in practice go somewhere else! Food arrived 10 mins late and he dropped it on the floor in front of me and said “it’s will be ok” the pizza was bread literally with a sample of topping (the type you see under the microscope) I guess that’s why “it would be ok” because there’s no topping to slop about. The bread wasn’t cooked but was burnt underneath! I suggest they get used to there new oven! The flamethrower the could maybe use in robot wars! Was the chefs name sir Killalot?... haven’t even got to the “kebab” yet #less fat on rick waller! Had to use fairy liquid to get he grease off the bench. Glad she didn’t go to aldi this week! Just no!

It was nearly two hours from ordering my food to receiving it. It wasn’t the correct order and the quality has massively gone down hill can safely say I won’t get from here again very disappointing

Never again!!! £13 for a Donner kebab, two small pittas came in a wet paper bag so I was expected to make my own kebab with scraps of meat like they put on domino’s pizzas. For £13 I was expecting chunks of chicken lamb kofti. The salad was red cabbage and possibly onion. Jalanis in silsden make a better donner for £3.50.

Requested delivery for 7pm for a reason, but it arrived at 6.30pm. Doner/chicken combo kebab was alright but was cold! Pitta was warm! Pizza and burgers good as previously.

The food was tasty but only after putting it in the microwave to heat it back up when it arrived. I only ordered a Mixed Chicken & Donner Kebab with Chips but it arrived barely luke warm. Considering that the shop is only 3.8 miles from my house I would have expected better. I think it should have at least been wrapped in tin foil or transported in one of those thermal delivery bags. Like I said though, nice and tasty eventually and good size portions.

We did not receive our order. After attempting to call the restaurant around 17 times with no answer we had to order from another restaurant. They have not been in touch to refund the money.

First time order. Missed the 2 x chips off my order so I rang and they agreed to deliver them, fair play, however they only turned up with 1 of the two large chips we ordered. Nice bases on pizzas, just a shame there's no garlic or herbs used that can be tasted, so they didn't taste of anything and were really bland. Food seemed fresh and hot though, some people might like it, but I wouldn't order again.

Special kebab, not that special meat was ok, but not even big enough for one person never mind feeding 2. Waste of £14 won’t be getting it again.

Food on time, found us in time (we live on a hard to find new development). Recommended by a fellow resident who said they knew where we were. Was not disappointed. Pizza dough spot on, toppings spot on. Will definitely be back.

Food took over 2 hours to arrive. When I called to enquire where it was they said it was a few seconds away. When the food arrived it was cold!

My food was burnt, not wrapped correctly and all opened up filling fallen out and the grease/ juice had leaked out into the bag and all over the food making it soggy..... disgusting response of the delivery driver!!! Waste of money and I would say effort but they clearly put none into it !

Never had issue with this place up until tonight, food and service has always been spot on. However, tonight scheduled delivery was well over an hour and the food then arrived 30 minutes later than the time stated and cold. When we called to ask where our food was at the time we were originally given for delivery, we were told that it had left and would be with us in 5 minutes tops. 2 phone calls and 25 minutes later our food finally arrived and was stone cold to the point we barely touched it. Very unusual and disappointing considering 9/10 times this place is spot on.

Worst takeaway I've ever eaten. Has literally ruined my evening. Pizza was like eating a cardboard brick it was completely burnt. Onion rings wet as the ocean. Soggy. Chips, bland. Burgers pure filth. Got a free garlic bread but it was as plain as a potato.

Food was lovely as always, we usually eat in at the Royal Oak but due to.lockdiwn we decided to get home delivery, we were not disappointed. The delivery driver maintained the social distancing guidelines and we will be ordering again. Definitely recommend Pizza Amicos

Not what we expected, had to make our own kebabs? Ordered an extra portion of chips because one of the items I ordered came with chips! We only received one portion! Nice but won’t be ordering again!

I’ve been going to Amicos for over 15 years and I’ve always loved it. Infact I’ve left several positive reviews on here to say as much. Sadly last night was probably my last order, nearly 2 hours for 2 pizza delivering and when they arrived they where cold and unpleasant. It’s a shame, but I think I’ll try somewhere else next time.

Normally good sevice but late delivery and i ordered 2 chilli sauce and they only sent 1 and it was spilt all over the top of pizza box, driver did offer to bring another but i wasnt going to let my foo go cold while i waited! Food from here is sometimes spot on and sometimes not as good, inconsistent.

2 x Pizzas. Hardly any topping on either of them. Delivered late. Cold. Avoid, there’s better available.
