Great pizza. Dryele looked after us very well. Would recommend !

Very busy evening, fabulous team work from the front of house, serves and kitchen. Disha and Manuel were amazingly patient yet efficient in such a hot and bustling environment.

Amazing place, the food was fantastic and not pricey and our waiter, Manuel, was very nice and polite ✌️😌

Being Italian, living in London, I have tried many pizza places. Found some that are really good. For that reason, I can't give more than 3 stars. It was worse than Franco Manca by Russell square. Pizza (has a marghetita with burrata and kelemata olives: the dough was half baked so a bit "chewey" needed more oven, def too soft. I have been asked if I wanted a whole burrata or halves... sliced, the girl meant, but you don't cut the burrata. Basil was really only a couple of leaves in the middle. Not too bad, but I wouldn't repeat.

The employee/attendant Manuel was the one who served me and we loved everything about this place! I recommend coming🍕

As an Italian Neapolitan I was really curious to try out this place. The menu was clear and detailed, it followed the culinary tradition but with a little enjoyable twist to it. Pizzas were tasty and flavourful, several options to pick from. The service was quick and the staff sweetly nice, in particular Vishnu who took great care of us, by making sure we enjoyed everything and that our cups were always full. It was an overall excellent experience, I’d definitely recommend it.

Very good food at a very good price. Well connected to the rest of the city and very quiet to eat, as for the food, very good, a lot of variety of pizzas and they serve it very quickly. A very good experience to repeat in the future

Ok pizza as other franco manca locations. Felt that service was lacking here, seemed to be that they were too busy and so waiting staff did not take care with taking orders, checking if our orders were correct and were very rushed, and very hard to get their attention.

Excellent pizza (the pizza chef is Italian) and very good Manuel (the waiter) very helpful and kind... you can hardly find such a good pizza in London with excellent service

We stopped for a pizza during a holiday in London... without too many expectations as Italians we were pleasantly surprised. Excellent value for money, fast service. Thanks to Manuel who served us in a friendly and punctual manner. Advised

Nearly walked back out but the pizza looked good and my feet were sore. Came in with my wife and 2 kids (8&2) the 2 year old was asleep in the stroller but after the fuss that I will describe she woke up and we managed to seat her at the table and fold the stroller away. Started off with an awkwardly unwelcome behaviour. The free table at the top of the stairs that we lifted the stroller too (as staff watched) with sleeping child was said to be reserved. We were then ushered to the lower seating area down a slow and awkward accessibly elevator to a windowless basement with 0 customers and no atmosphere. We asked if we could sit outside but was told that all the people that where sat at their tables with drinks where costumers from the bar next door and they had no staff to service outside. Upon returning upstairs I asked before leaving if we could indeed have the original table at the top of the stairs which eventually they said we could have now my child was awake and they moved the supposed reservation downstairs. Once seated they did take our order quickly and the food came surprisingly quickly. However they now all of a sudden where waiting tables outside serving drinks and food 🤷‍♂️. The orange juice was in a thimble size tumbler which was expensive for the size and no one offered water until I had to ask the front of staff to bring a bottle. Pizza was OK, I’ve had better, was very doughy and big crusts. They didn’t give us the kids dessert either. We just paid and left, Won’t return and don’t recommend,

It was so great having Italian pizza over here and it's my first time having one. The service and food were so great!!

Great Franco restaurant. We were a party of 12 and they put us downstairs. You could see just how hard the team were working and our waiter (didn’t get his name) was efficient at remembering who ordered what and where and when the pizzas came, all 12 arrived at the same time and were delicious. I’ve always been a fan of Francos but this particular spot was fantastic, friendly, efficient and hard working. Cheers guys.

The pizza is very tasty, but it's a little sad that they didn't warn you that when you pay in cash, there is no tip, but maybe it was then, I don't know now, but the pizza is really very tasty 🍕

The most beautiful evening. Five Stars. The chef Toms created what I can only describe as the most divine meat laden sourdough pizza this side of Rome. His attention to detail only preceded by his generous topping selection. The waitresses Meleqe and Dishe also did an excellent job of transporting Toms masterpiece from pizza-oven to plate. They were lovely to chat to and were very hospitable. If I had enough money, I would hire Toms as my own personal chef.

Considering the amount of people that sitting in and outside the restaurant, I was surprised how quickly our pizzas were served! And the quality was excellent. Great job!

Sat outside, watching the world go by and the excitement of the comings and goings of the stage door of 'Six' before a performance. Food was delicious, reasonably priced and was delivered with prompt service. Really enjoyed.

Enjoyed eating here and service was good. I would happily come again, as the pizza was good although nothing special. The limoncello spritz was a bit watery. So, yes I would go again although there are other places I’d try first.

Don’t bother here ! We travelled here after trying the Franco manca pizza at Tesco and loving it so much and expected the restaurant to be even better. The waiter wasn’t that friendly upon arrival. We asked for garlic bread once seated, which was lovely, but waiter left without asking us for our drinks order , and then waited ages to be asked what we would like to drink. Once our drinks arrived , beer arrived in a bottle even though we asked for on tap , no glass given with the beer , and the red wine was served in a beaker too. Then we had our food order taken and asked for a jug of water. Food came , wasn’t great at all , didn’t eat much of it and had to ask AGAIN for water to come as we didn’t want to continue eating without a glass of water. By the time the water arrived we didn’t want to eat anymore. Not a single check back on the food from the waiters. We stacked our plates up to make it obvious we had finished eating and waited over 20 minutes for someone to come over to collect plates. Someone ( I believe the manager ) came over to collect plates and asked how the food was. I said we didn’t enjoy it. No comment from manager. We asked for the bill , waited another 20 minutes. Ridiculous, left £20 on the table and walked out. Will never be returning. Very dissapointed 👎🏻.

My low-cost great pizza of choice in London, one of the most respectful of its Italian lineage money can buy. Their excellent sourdough could bring more food on each plate but you may top it with extras.

Just make sure you book in advance as there is usually a queue. Pizza is absolutely amazing!!!

What a disappointment, came to Franco Manca before covid and was one of the best pizza in London. Now it’s like Pizza express, the dough was like a piece of cardboard and tasteless, tomato and mozzarella tasteless too. The photos you see on google are nothing like the pizza they serve. You can see now that they prioritise quantity over quality. Waitress didn’t even ask how was the pizza when I asked for the bill. For sure I won’t step in a Franco Manca ever again :( :( :(

The gluten free pizza was excellent. It's not a GF atmosphere so perhaps not a great choice for severe celiac disease.

Admittedly it was pre covid when we last visited a Franco Manca so times have changed but this visit was very disappointing. Sat downstairs which is a basement, next to the kitchen and toilets - eugh ! Service was quick, pizzas were floppy and tasteless, toilets looked like the Thames had burst it's banks- floor awash with water. Don't bother, there are loads of independent eateries in the local area that are much better

Ordered a pizza for take away and specifically asked to swap to vegan cheese and remove halloumi so there was no dairy on the pizza (receipt confirmed this order). The pizza arrived with halloumi on and when front of house staff were confronted with the mistake, they repeatedly denied it was halloumi. Eventually they accepted the kitchen had made a mistake and it was dairy but at no point apologised. He also then said “didn’t I know the pesto had milk it in too” (which it didn’t say online). I showed him on the online menu it didn’t mention milk so he checked allergens and then confirmed it didn’t so unnecessarily causes more issues. Wouldn’t trust this restaurant to get orders right.

The tables are far too close together. This results in unhappy diners who have to either limit the volume of their conversations or listen to other patrons who are too loud, it’s not a great balance. The staff seem rushed and preoccupied, such a shame as it could be a great venue.

Love the pizza, nice area to visit and near the Jubilee Market, a must place to shop!
