Accommodated a 3rd person at short notice even though only booked for 2 before a theatre show

I recently visited this location and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and the waiters ,both Medina and Vishnu, were friendly, attentive, and professional. Not to mention, the pizza was delicious. Overall the great food paired with excellent service makes this spot well worth a visit!

We have been here a lot of time and every single time we had an amazing experience. The food is really nice, really good products, the guys working in here are super nice. A special thank you to Vishnu who take care about us during the dinner, really nice and professional. I recommend this restaurant and I will go back for sure in the next future. Arianna.

Pizza was alright. Quite bland and not well balanced. Definitely go for the buffalo mozzarella if you enjoy Margherita pizzas.

Lovely atmosphere around lunch time. Quiet enough even though it’s very close to Covent Garden. We sat outside and Medina was our waitress. She was very kind and the service was fast and attentive. Looking forward to becoming a regular at this spot

Good food, although a bit pricey for what it is. But the service was super bad. They charged us a 12.5% ​​tip without asking. When we went to complain, they basically told us it was our problem. We pointed out that they hadn't asked us, and they treated us incredibly poorly. A terrible experience. I feel like they're trying to scam tourists.

Franco Manca has the best low cost pizza in the UK!

The place is nice and the quality of the food is really good, the waitress Melege attend us very nicely.

Vishnu was a very good server with brilliant service. Food was quick and he was very helpful.

Very good pizzas, quality products that feed you, you won't leave hungry. The tiramisu is not much, disappointing to be honest, but the pizza makes up for it :)

The pizza was very tasty and the price was right. Our waitress Meleae was very courteous and attentive. If you're in the mood for a quick and good pizza, then you've definitely come to the right place.

Unfortunately it is very busy, the food is rushed out and the staff are running around to try and attend to too many tables across 2 floors. Would advise you avoid if in the area, there are better pizza spots a short walk away.

The staff were absolutely lovely! Medina, in particular, was fab and provided us with great service. We were a table of 8 so I am really grateful for the level of attention that was provided.

Amazing food!!! customer service is the only iffy part, took a while to be served and had to get up to pay for my bill though I asked a couple times, also hear the servers talking about me when I hadn’t done anything to talk about

good location, good food (although it used to be better) but poor service, having been kicked out after 40mn because the table was needed (we had no intention to linger on as we had kids but they always need a bit more time). no crayons available for kids and the music was way too loud, overall it made for an uncomfortable experience

Decent pizza restaurant near Covent Garden. We enjoyed the pizzas as they were tasty and fresh. I highly recommend it.

The food was delicious, but we had a waitress who left a lot to be desired with her attitude. Two of the people who served us seemed to be in as much a hurry for us to eat as they were for us to leave. Also, apparently in London they hardly take cash when paying, and they didn't tell us about it. The “funny” thing about this was that we gave them £30 to pay a £23 bill and they didn't bring us the change. It turns out that they did NOT give change and they did not tell us about it at any time. We obviously asked for our money back and that's when we were treated pretty average.

Very happy and satisfied with this restaurant. My partner and I were in Covent Garden, with everything very expensive and a lot of queues everywhere. Here they gave us a table in 5 minutes and the service was spectacular from the first moment. They charged my cell phone, the waitresses tried to understand me and the pizzas were super, super good. One of the best I've tried. We ordered number 3 and number 9. Out of ten. Super recommended.

Don't be fooled by the entrance. The restaurant is downstairs.

We had exceptional service from the wonderful Harish, who went above and beyond to cater for and pull us out of a rather extreme hypoglycemic situation, by bringing us to the front of the physical queue and all the pre bookings! Forever grateful to you, Harish! The food tasted extra delicious after that, as it always does!!

Too busy, not enough room to move about. Staff not exactly friendly and food was pretty bland, franco manca used to be a good cheap option but it's not cheap anymore.

Great service, friendly and fast, pizza great as ever. I love their homemade lemonade. This branch is not wheelchair accessible.

Passing through London for the weekend and staying nearby, we enjoyed the pizzas and the welcome although very limited in English (the English classes are far away...). Don't miss out on this pleasant place with affordable prices.

We went to this pizzeria during our holiday in London, good pizza, friendly and helpful staff, in particular Medina, a sociable, helpful girl who also knows Italian very well. Medina attentive to our needs and ready to satisfy them all.

My favorite pizza with truffle🤤 Tasty beer! Service not always good! They cook very quickly. Perfect place if you in a hurry and you need eat fast

I recently visited this very busy Franco Manca in Convent Garden, and had an overall enjoyable experience. The food, as always in a Franco Manca, was fresh, fast and delicious. The pizzas never fail to disappoint. The service was friendly, but as the restaurant was so busy, it was a bit slow at times. The tables are also very close together as it’s such as small restaurant- so maybe not the best visit for larger groups. Overall, we had an enjoyable meal and if you’re looking for some delicious, well-priced pizza in London - you cannot go wrong with Franco Manca.

Great as always, Harish worked his butt off to welcome the guests as people still come with no booking (as it used to be) so it’s hard work to satisfy everyone. And because my app didn’t work I still got my 7th pizza on the house 🍕 ☺️

Convenient location, great pizza, what else to say. We've been huge Franco Manca fans for a long time but this was our first time at the Covent Garden branch - no surprises, it's still great pizza!

The food was nice and the service was good. Would’ve like if staff had of checked that everything was okay a few minutes after serving food but everyone was polite. Really good location and busy after 6pm on Sunday. Affordable for what you got, especially in this location. Food order : Main - Pizza No. 4 (Roasted cured ham, ricotta, mozzarella, organic tomato & wild mushrooms) Starter - Baked potatoes, chorizo, organic tomatoes and mozzarella (On specials menu as “bites”) Although the person I dined with thought their drink was flat (coca cola) and I thought mine was too (lemon sanpellegrino)

We tried the Marinara and Italian smoked beef pizza at Franco Manca, and both were delicious! The dough was perfectly cooked, light, and flavorful. The Marinara had a rich tomato taste, while the smoked beef pizza had a great balance of smoky and savory flavors. We also had lemonade, which was refreshing. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was quick. A great spot for a quality pizza experience!

⭐☆☆☆☆ We visited this restaurant with our family on Sunday, February 2nd, at 4:30 PM to enjoy some pizza, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The female server was extremely rude and seemed angry while working. I understand that people can have bad days, but this was beyond that—she was outright unpleasant and unprofessional. Good customer service is essential in any restaurant, and unfortunately, we did not feel welcomed at all. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place based on the service we received.

The most absurd walk-in system. You can't leave your number so just have to wait in the tiniest of foyers in front of the entrance with no seats, and I was expected to for half an hour. Maitre D not remotely accommodating

came here for the £5 pizza deal once with my boyfriend and once with my mum. we had problems with the app and both times Vishnu was so helpful and patient with us. i said how thankful i was for him and he gave us a complimentary limoncello shot! this man is a gem and needs a pay rise!

Franco Manca always delivers but my experience at Covent Garden this week was particularly great due to the attentive and helpful staff. We unfortunately spilled a fresh lemonade and the team were on hand within the second to help clear up and replace the drink which not all places would do.

They have treated us very well and the food was very good. The spicy burrata I didn't expect to be so spicy but still very good. To repeat.

This is the best Franco Manca! Staff is great, pizza always amazing. This burrata was perfect. And don’t forget to order the smoked almonds! The waitress Dryellen was super friendly and had the best recommendations for the specials!! Always worth a visit

Has a really bad mouse problem. We saw three whilst we were there, during the time we stopped eating and left. Two ran across the main floor and one climbed the wall near the wheelchair lift. Avoid.

A little mix-up over getting a table, but once we were there, the food was lovely 👍 Fun fact: the original 1986 Brixton pizzeria was called Franco’s, named after its owner. After Mascoli and Hugo took it over in 2008 they renamed it Franco Manca ("Franco is missing")

Good food. Disappointed that if you book a table you’re still made to wait over 30 minutes after you’ve booked. Don’t see the point in booking. That’s spoilt the mood to be honest. Toilets could do with an update.

Waited for a very long time to get our *reserved* table. Stood in the freezing cold as people pushed in. We were not the only ones affected by the queue jumpers and this made a terrible first impression. We did not get a straight answer from any of the staff. On a more positive note, the pizza was very good.

We had a lovely New Years Eve dinner at Franco Manca Covent Garden - the food was incredible & great value, and Medina our host was fabulous and very accommodating- a credit to your company!

As always the food was great. Franco Manca offer great pizza at a very reasonable price. Tables were very packed in - but that’s central London for you. We went with 2 fussy small boys in our party - and they loved it too. A win all round!

We were 3 people and we didn't like the pizzas. Maybe it was bad luck, because the reviews are positive. I didn't even like the smell when I entered. We asked my daughter for the simplest one with mushrooms and she didn't like it very much.

We planned to go to eat our NYE dinner at Franco Manca in Covent Garden. Once arrived, we had to wait. Then another person came and asked if we have the table booked. We have never booked a table and we have always been eating in that location. As soon as we said no, his response was: I am sorry you cannot accommodate to eat our pizza as we are full. Very sad to actually hearing that and I my response was: Thank you for catching us out. Disgusting experience

Nice and welcoming place, right near Covent Garden, but pizza is sacred for an Italian. Good compared to many others although I would leave it a few seconds longer in the oven to make it crispier. Excellent chilli oil on margherita!
