The staff are very efficient and proactive. The food is excellent and authentic! Whenever I have been it’s always very busy which is a testament to the quality of food & service. It’s definitely our family favourite.

Our daughter chose Settebello for her 21st birthday. It was an impressive storm going on outside and there were some impressive Italian offerings going on inside. Everyone really enjoyed their food. Pizzas, pasta, garlic bread, all excellent. We want to do a particular shout out to Kieya, who served us. Really nice interactions with us as a group. Some lovely witty exchanges; and we felt appreciated and looked after. Waiting staff like that can make a meal really enjoyable, and Kieya did just that. Thank you.

My absolute favourite restaurant, freshly cooked food, and beautiful wine. Such a friendly team who works and owns it. I have been going for 13 years and still my favourite restaurant my daughter also loves going and requests to go as much as me.

Este es un maravilloso establecimiento italiano semi independiente. Visité con algunos colegas de trabajo y tanto el servicio como la comida estaban mucho más allá de lo esperado. La comida era excelente, a pesar de que "simplemente" tenía una pizza era mucho más de lo esperado. Era ligero y lleno de sabores - mucho más allá de algunos otros lugares de pizza que he frecuentado. La señora que nos dio la bienvenida y nos sirvió fue refrescantemente agradable y no podía hacer lo suficiente para cuidar de nosotros y garantizar que nuestra noche fuera lo mejor que podía ser. Si estás en Stratford, hazte un favor y prueba este nuevo lugar, no te decepcionará

Booked an early table at 6pm and had choice of tables. Went for mains with veg and was impressed with portion size and taste. Food nicely presented too. Bread/oils brought out to open, even though not chosen, a nice touch. Great selection of drinks on offer. Servers attentive but not intrusive, they struck the right balance. Good value for money and hoping to make another visit soon!

Happy buzzing ambience and delicious home cooked food. The calamari were cooked to perfection with the lightest delicious batter. I had the seafood 'Mare' risotto, which was creamy and rich with a hint of chilli. It is hard to improve on this, especially as it was all topped off with friendly and effortlessly efficient service. Thank you.

Lovely food in a lovely old building with lots of character. We all had the 2 courses £16.95 menu and all enjoyed the meal. Very large portions and was served by a lovely lady. I would award 5 stars except the dining room was very cold despite the heating being on. We will definitely return especially as it’s within walking distance from the town centre.

We had a really large group booking here recently and it went amazingly, we had someone in the group who is vegan and the head chef specifically helped them work out what they could eat and what they can alter for their dietary requirements. We were having a birthday party and any questions leading up to and the day of they helped us out through the whole process, it was a great time and well definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful food, the whole evening was lovely with great service. We had the lobster pasta & lasagne with garlic bread. Lobster was so fresh and the dish was full of flavour & the lasagne was the best we've tried in a while! It's definitely 1 of our top Italian's. Cannot wait to return!! 🤩

Fairly disappointed. Wish I’d of gone elsewhere. Food bland and expensive for what it is.. garlic mushrooms tasteless, slimy spicy chicken wings ?? In gravy.. calzone not the best and the cannelloni more like a lasagne. Salmon tagliatelle was nice but due to the salmon being smoked. There’s other local eateries which I wish I’d tried. Ciao baby is up the road and is far nicer.

Had a wonderful meal for two tonight at Don Alberto in Holmes Chapel. We’ve passed many times driving home & finally dropped in. What a fantastic surprise - Lovely interior & ambiance. Well set out with good spacing between tables. Kieron announced he was looking after us. We had a seafood linguini & chicken carbonara mains. We arrived quite late - only an hour before closing but the guys were great & all the food was beautifully cooked, so compliments to the chef. On Kieron’s recommendation I’d sampled their own micro brewery Don Alberto lager & again all good. Pristine white cloth napkins was also a big tick. Kieron looked after us really well. Nothing too much trouble. He even gave us the details of the restaurants Spotify background music. When U drop in on a place & it’s this good it makes the evening. It’s a great little find for us & we should’ve called in years ago.
