Bell Italia restaurant in Gravesham

Once we got seated, no one served us for a good 15 minutes, until I got up and asked if we could be served and ended up getting brushed off. Until my partner asked Adel if we could sit in his section, as soon as he seated us, he served us straight away. And he was absolutely lovely and a great waiter! He turned our frowns upside down and we were able to enjoy the rest of our night there. Thank you Adel!!

Had a great dinner with friends, we had a table of 16 and all of our requirements were met quickly and accurately. Food was great and portions were good.

Lovely atmosphere, nice Christmas music playing but not too loud. The food was delicious and we loved that it was bought to the table by a robot, the kids loved that too. We were served by Thomas B who was very polite and attentive. Thanks for a lovely visit, will be back later in the month

Visited bluewater and ate at Bella Italia I cannot be complementary enough of Ben our waiter he was charming and so professional while providing a fantastic service for our family. Can’t thank him enough what a gem for your organisation

Had the best lunch. I am gluten free and I was shocked to see such a variety, no other restaurants offer 5 desserts that are gluten free. John was our waiter and he was amazing also

Amazing food and great service. Went here for lunch the service was great our server Tamara was friendly and attentive. There was also a robot who could deliver your food which was novel. Will be back

Had another great meal at Bella Italia. We were served by Tamara and the robot waiter. Service was fantastic. Food was fantastic and obviously the company was fantastic :-) we will be back.

ivana service was fantastic and absolutely perfect. she welcomed us with a warm service and gave brilliant recommendation for the food which was also lovely.

Went there for family lunch and sat down for 20 minutes with no one attending our table, I had to flag someone down even though the place was practically empty about 7 table were occupied in total and they had more than enough staff just walking up and down. Took 30mins from time we ordered till when our food came, then had to flag someone again to take our dessert order after eating and again to pay the bill, it was ridiculous. Just overpriced rubbish. Hardly any chicken in the buttermilk burger, no offer of sauce for our fries so we ate it like that as I was tired of raising my hand up like a school child to get someone’s attention. Pizza size has shrunk and not as good as they used to make them. Their dough dessert was just awful, super dry, hard and seems like a reheated cookie dough so very over baked and definitely not fresh. As a baker myself I’ve tasted some interesting dessert but this skillet dessert was shockingly bad that even my dessert loving kids refused to eat anymore after one bite so we just left it there. I’ve said few times recently that I won’t come back to Bella Italia because their food and service has gone down the drain but I sometimes remember the good old times when food was great and service exceptional so I gave it another try but never again, just a waste of my money and time, they even make Cafe Rouge that was so bad look good unfortunately they’re not there anymore.

Great service by Sabina. Drinks and food came fast. Very pleasant and coffee were amazing. Amazing atmosphere I will definitely be back again!!
