I have been here twice and both times the food and service was exceptional. At last a restaurant that knows how to cook a steak properly. Thank you. This is now the 3rd time we have been and yet again the service and the food was absolutely amazing. Thanks again 👍

Had some takeaway pizza from here on Friday night and they were absolutely beautiful. Nicest pizza’s in sheldon. Price was about £13 per pizza which was very reasonable when compared with dominoes or Pizza Hut and was so much nicer food.

I unfortunately had to change my very positive review about the place. I used to love coming here with my family, but we came back recently and we were really disappointed. I am not sure wether they changed their pizzaiolo or something, but the pizza was overpriced, tiny and not great in terms of quality. Menu didn't change in these years. Service was poor and slow, it took about 20 minutes to even receive a menu. Although I specifically requested a high chair in the booking form, we were given a tiny table in the way of other customers and we had to literally squeeze in to eat our food. Unnecessarily difficult to change an ingredient that I didn't want on my pizza (which they still made wrong). No apologies whatsoever, but I was fed up by then, so I ended up eating the pizza as it was. When I didn't leave a tip for the poor experience they gave me a dirty look. If that was the first time there I wouldn't bother coming back. Maybe we'll give it another go in the future.

I went to this restaurant recently, and honestly, it was a pretty frustrating experience. The staff seemed friendly at first, but the service was super slow. We waited 40 minutes without getting a single dish, and only when we asked a waiter did they check on our order. After that, it still took 10 minutes for the appetizers to show up, and another 10 for the mains. No one checked in with us during the meal, and honestly, the food wasn’t even that great—just average. The owner did give us a free dessert as an apology, which was nice, but it doesn’t make up for how bad the overall experience was. I wouldn’t bother coming back.

Visité Riva Blu por primera vez y me decepcionó mi experiencia de un restaurante tan altamente calificado. Estábamos sentados en el bar justo antes de las 6 pm y después de haber estado con el menú y la carta de bebidas durante al menos 15 minutos, solicité que alguien tomara mi pedido, a lo que me dijeron que estarían enseguida. Pasaron otros 7 minutos antes de que volviera a preguntar. No me dieron una disculpa de cortesía por el retraso solo un grosero "bueno estoy aquí para tomar su orden ahora" cuando le expliqué que había estado esperando al menos 20 minutos para pedir una bebida. Finalmente tuvimos nuestro pedido y pedido de comida tomado justo antes de las 18. 30 . Las bebidas llegaron relativamente rápido, un peroni y un martini pornstar sin alcohol, sin embargo, el trago de vino espumoso sin alcohol sabía a sprite o limonada. bad start to the evening as the address on trip adviser is wrong. The starters were quite good ,but it went downhill from there. The fillet steak i ordered wasnt fillet and it had been butterflied so was overcooked, the peppercorn sauce tasted of vinegar with no hint of brandy or peppercorns. My husband`s lasagne was just a pile of soggy pasta with mince on top. We didnt stay for dessert...

Thanks to everybody for a wonderful evening for my aunt and uncle's 50th wedding anniversary, a special mention for Kitty who was excellent as always
